Great location, spacious, elevator and balcony. My low rating was it was not advertised on Hotels.com as being an a A frame loft bedroom with steep stairs to it. We are seniors and although we don't have restrictions we do have our preferences and lofts is not one of them. The owner was unable to provide us alternate accommodations...

Overall good facilities. The bed was too short for anyone over 6 feet tall.

A maintenance issue meant we were unable to stay at Marino Place but we were upgraded to a bigger apartment and were still able to park at Marino Place. In fact they suggested an alternative with on site parking but it was quite far out so it was our choice to use Midsummer. Excellent communication

The apartment was great. Check in worked well. We were greater by a lovely lady Sally who explained everything well. The fridge was stocked with milk and water and there was tea coffee and sugar.
