Shower was mouldy and had to call each day to have the room turned over. Housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly and put out by having to service the room. We booked parking in andvance and paid up front only to find the car park had been oversubscribed on one occasion - property needs to manage parking allocations better. Overall, good not great.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. CBD ist etwa 15 Minuten mit der Tram entfernt. Wer fit ist und Zeit hat, kann den AAMI Park, den Botanischen Garten und Downtown fußläufig erreichen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. In einem Park in der Powlett Street, ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, gab es ein "Public BBQ". Mein Apartment war mit modernen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Lediglich die Spülmaschine war qualitativ etwas schwächer. Das Kücheninventar war klug zusammengestellt und ließ fast keinen Wunsch offen. Im Schlafzimmer stand viel Stauraum für Kleidung zur Verfügung. Im Bett konnte ich hervorragend schlafen. Das Gym war nicht riesig. Es enthielt aber ein modernes Laufband, auf dem ich ein paar Kilometer gelaufen bin. Ich hatte das Hotel zufällig gewählt. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Access card to lifts cancelled before 10. 00 Lifts busy and had several loads of bags, my wife caught on top floor unable move without my help, are both pensioners, bit of leeway would be great this made for a terrible customer experience,, also found out later that morning i must have left my car unlocked im car park and glove box and centre console contents taken, car park not secure Will find hard to recommend property

We stayed in a 1-BR apartment. Very tasteful furnishings, very new bathroom, bedding and linen was excellent and the bedroom was completely dark due to perfectly fitted black out blinds. The size of the apartment and fully equipped kitchen and washing machine plus dryer is perfect for longer stays. Staff on site were helpful and friendly. Car park was only $22 for the night.

The property had been completely renovated in last year or so. It looks great. Our one bed apartment had a great layout and style. Hotel is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket and CBD. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only slight negative was the diffused fragrance throughout the hotel - it was a nice smell but was too strong. We found and switched off the plug in diffuser that was in our apartment which helped a lot. We would do the same next time and happily stay there again.

Clean and modern, room was pleasant and everything worked. Onsite secure parking. No information in the room - where the gym was located, although it was not hard to find as it was on our floor, but would have been harder if on another floor. Would have like more info about what was available in the area, google helps, but we like to have some info in the room. Also no instructions on how the TV or air-conditioning worked. Again we worked it out, but it is always better to have a guide. Over all the welcome was pleasant and any questions we did ask were answered.

Room was in new condition. We had a room at the rear of the hotel so no view, but it was quiet. 2nd time we have stayed in the hotel and found the bed less comfortable than the first room. We like to leave a window open, but this room did not have the option. Overall the staff are pleasant and helpful. Gym is sufficient for one at a time.

Hi there, I booked a two night stay in the hotel as i wanted to stay close to Gertrude Street. The lcoation was excellent. I first checked into a studio on lower ground at rear of the building and it felt quite dark. I needed to work on my computer during the day so i asked if i could mvoe to a brighter room. The staff were so accomodating and i upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the street side which was much brighter. The entire staff during the stay were very friendly and really made my stay a great one. I would stay here again.

It was a pleasure to be greeted by Ella at reception. She was polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our room was quiet with no street or noise from adjoining rooms being able to be heard. I would highly recommend. We will definitely being staying again on our next trip to Melbourne.

This new property is very comfortable and well appointed. My only niggle was that the airconditioning unit feels significantly overpowered for the studio apartment. I needed to turn it off through the night as even at its lowest setting the fan overwhelmed the space with noise. Otherwise a great property for a short stay.

Great place to stay Only annoying thing was the room key cards expired before the checkout time and had to go down to the reception to get them reprogrammed so we could load the car and checkout. This has happened here previously so maybe you shouldn't make the keys expire before the checkout time
