City break, site seeing. A good position for this. Room 102, was clean & tidy. Main shower head didn't work properly, but smaller shower head was fine. Sink was difficult to get over to shave. Fan in room hit the safety cage, so had to remove it as the room is very warm. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, electric toothbrushes. But it was perfectly usable, clean & tidy, well positioned. Any staff we spoke to were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

So i was a bit nervous after reading a few reviews but thought i'd give it a shot. But it was cosy and a lot cleaner than expected! Easy check-in if you are familiar with digital keys. There's no reception, everything is online. I didn't receive an e-mail about check-in, but i called the day before my check-in date and it was easily fixed. The only thing i'm missing is a better ventilation in the room as the room got warm even though it is pretty chilly outside (mid-June). But we were provided with 1 small fan. And we had a room with a window in our bedroom that was possible to open. Although we hardly could keep it open at night due to the noisy night traffic. By keeping the window closed the noise was cancelled pretty good. Me and my friend stayed at a 2-floors room on the 3rd floor. Be warned, the ladder to the 2nd floor of the room is pretty steep.

Clean and compact. We were in room 005 which was very warm, a fan had been provided which is good because we wouldn’t have coped otherwise. Shower was a bit of a challenge, if the main shower was used the tray flooded the floor and it was all very slippery. If the hand held shower head was used there was less flooding. Really easy for bus and underground connections, would recommend.

Nice and simple check in with digital keys/codes. Nice modern room with mini kitchenette which was a bonus. Paintwork a bit tatty and could do with a refresh. Location okay, but nearest tube station is a good 15 min walk.

Stay was fine, downside no lift if you have heavy suitcase not good. There was no full length mirror only bathroom mirror. The room was well equipped and clean. Easy to get in and out of through the prior communication details sent via email.

Nette, ruime en schone kamer met badkamer. Leuk dakterras. Zelf inchecken met codes en dit werkt perfect. 3 dagen voor aankomst instucties van medewerker gekregen. Goeie ligging. 15 minuten lopen naar Tower Bridge. Bus haltes om de hoek.

Wasnt bad for the money. Kitchen was lacking a few basic things like a plug for the sink, tea towels , no cloth for washing dishes. We had no frypan either and our friends did on the 3rd floor. No fresh towels during our 4 night stay which was disapointing. Area wasnt great either witnessed an armed hold up on the first night at the pie place across the road.

After an initially clunky check in process getting into our room we found everything to be comfortable and offered all we needed for a couple of days in London. However the noise all hours of the night was extremely loud. The hotel is on a busy road and whilst we appreciate London is a busy city the room is not sound proofed in any way. It’s an old building that’s been converted with wooden sash windows. Bigger, more chain-y type hotels tend to have sound proofing. We found it tricky to sleep with the noise! Also the bathroom was very small and difficult to fit into! Thankfully we’re both slim but if you’re slightly larger I don’t think you’d fit in the shower. Also, no lift that we could see. So don’t book unless you’re happy with stairs. About a 15 min walk to London Bridge Tube Station. But overall comfortable enough to manage for a couple of nights whilst in London.

Nice quirky little hotel, close to transport. Staying in the Mezzanine room meant lugging suitcases up 3 and a bit flights of stairs would live to see a dumb waiter stem installed for luggage as well as maybe a fridge in the room. Otherwise a decent stay

It was a little smaller than what the photos conveyed. The light did not work on the right hand side of the bed. Bit of mould in the shower. No plug socket for the kettle on the table. Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, coffee bags were good.

Had a fantastic stay at the CitySpace Tower Bridge. Room was immaculately clean and well resourced with tea and coffee. The hotel is well positioned for transport into central London with a bus stop just around the corner. Local shops pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Will definitely stay here again excellent value for money. Better value than the so called cheaper chain hotels.

Für den Preis okay, aber trotzdem ein paar Sachen auszusetzen… Als wir einchecken wollten, hat der Code für unser Zimmer zwar funktioniert, jedoch war es offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Nach persönlicher Nachfrage bei dem Personal, das gerade ein anderes Zimmer gereinigt hat, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir beim Service anrufen sollen. Die Dame am Telefon war nett und hat uns ein neues Zimmer zugeteilt. Dieses war aber auch noch nicht fertig geputzt und wir mussten ca. 10 Minuten warten, was aber kein Problem war. Der Check-In verlief also nicht optimal, aber das war zu verkraften. Im Endeffekt war das Zimmer nicht super sauber, aber es hat gepasst. Das größte Manko war für uns der unangenehme Geruch im Bad. Es roch irgendwie modrig und der Geruch wurde auch durch die eingebaute Lüftung nicht neutralisiert, sondern eher noch schlimmer gemacht. Wäre der Gestank nicht gewesen, wäre der Aufenthalt für uns deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Overall, the room was very disappointing. The bathroom was smelly and the tap / shower head were not clean. The room had a weird side door behind a pillar that was locked but without a key and I kept wondering if someone might be able to come in. There was no way to shut down the natural light coming from the light well, no curtains or shutters and I was awake with the sunrise at 5am. The light well itself was disgusting, with purple mold growing on it. The space above the bed was clearly unfinished and the mattress over-used. I would definitely not come back and not recommend.

We booked a room in this hotel for 5 nights, no one comes to clean our room, we had to write all the time an E-mail to ask someone to come and clean our room and bring toilett paper and new towels. One night, we came back to our room and the door was fully unlocked and opened, the lights were on, we were scared because we thought someone was inside the room or our stuff were stolen! We were lucky, we found everything in his place.Perhaps the Cleaner forgot to close the door. It was such a terrible experience!!

I didn’t have high expectations going in because the reviews for this place were pretty bad but I gave it a chance because a lot of the reviews seemed to be complaints about room size which I thought they were pretty straight forward with. My room was small but exactly as it was described in that regard (a twin bed with its own bathroom). It was also quiet which was nice and the bathroom was actually much nicer than expected with a nice sized tiled shower that had two shower heads but that’s However, the facility and the room itself were filthy. The bedroom in particular smelt like smoke as soon as I walked in. There were smudges/stains/something along most of the walls, the sheets/comforter had hair on them and some small rips/holes, there were stains in the mattress which I only saw because I always check the corners of my bed for bedbugs before getting in, and stains along the bottom of the fabric lined bed frame. There was also a lot of dust in the room in general. I was only staying one night so I didn’t bother trying find somewhere to stay. But I honestly didn’t sleep much at all while I was there especially since I’m a solo female traveler and the only way the door locked was by pulling the handle up and trusting the electronic lock. There was no secondary lock or bar to use from the inside.

Good location but noisy as on main road but you would expect that in London and it’s advertised as such. Rooms are well equipped with small kitchen and very small bathroom. Decor is a bit depressing and dark in the main room especially when the window is so small. Would suggest brighter colours No air conditioning which mean we had to keep windows open during night and as I said it’s noisy. Location is great for London Bridge and Bermondsey street full of bars and restaurants is directly across the road. Good stay and will go back (I am an ex Londoner so know what to expect with noise but can appreciate the reviews saying as such. You will get this in most cities to be fair.

The rooms are compact, but clean and safe, the all electronic key works well, but I never got the App to work. Rooms are a bit worn, but the biggest thing for me was the road noise, which is significant and there’s no double glazing.

A room with no window, convenient but no good if you have claustraphobia. It has power supplies next to the bed but you have to put the kettle on the floor to reach the plug. The shower is ok but small not good if over 6ft as the cubicle space is limited. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft which helped with the sleeping.

The shower is ok but small not good if over 6ft as the cubicle space is limited. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft which helped with the sleeping.

This CitySpace room with mezzanine bed is a very awkward stay. The stairs promised to bed are actually a ladder and very unsafe. The kettle had no way of reaching plug unless you hold on a sloped ceiling and actually hold it in air!!! It was hot and instead of both using double bed one had to sleep on sofa! Not ideal and did not say no lift to room on top floor until booked!!!! Not ideal would not recommend this weird room.

After an initially clunky check in process getting into our room we found everything to be comfortable and offered all we needed for a couple of days in London. However the noise all hours of the night was extremely loud. The hotel is on a busy road and whilst we appreciate London is a busy city the room is not sound proofed in any way. It’s an old building that’s been converted with wooden sash windows. Bigger, more chain-y type hotels tend to have sound proofing. We found it tricky to sleep with the noise! Also the bathroom was very small and difficult to fit into! Thankfully we’re both slim but if you’re slightly larger I don’t think you’d fit in the shower. Also, no lift that we could see. So don’t book unless you’re happy with stairs. About a 15 min walk to London Bridge Tube Station. But overall comfortable enough to manage for a couple of nights whilst in London.

Hadn't receieved any check in info, however the team on the end of the phone were helpful. Apart from the stay was only activated for 1 night instead of 3 which meant we couldn't access the room. Tbags etc weren't topped up on the Sunday which was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful when we saw them

So i was a bit nervous after reading a few reviews but thought i'd give it a shot. But it was cosy and a lot cleaner than expected! Easy check-in if you are familiar with digital keys. There's no reception, everything is online. I didn't receive an e-mail about check-in, but i called the day before my check-in date and it was easily fixed. The only thing i'm missing is a better ventilation in the room as the room got warm even though it is pretty chilly outside (mid-June). But we were provided with 1 small fan. And we had a room with a window in our bedroom that was possible to open. Although we hardly could keep it open at night due to the noisy night traffic. By keeping the window closed the noise was cancelled pretty good. Me and my friend stayed at a 2-floors room on the 3rd floor. Be warned, the ladder to the 2nd floor of the room is pretty steep.

My second stay here. There are no staff on site: check-in and entry to your room is managed online so you do need a smartphone or tablet. That said, the remote system seems to work OK. This was my second stay here. Last time, the room I was allocated had some maintenance issues. This time, no problems. The room was tiny, windowless, but contained everything I needed. Deluxe 5* it ain't! It's quite a long way from Tower Bridge but there are some useful buses nearby. With full-service hotels (and even partial-service hotels) in London so expensive now, this may be a cost-effective option - but you do need to go into it with your eyes open to what exactly the offer is here.

Check in was awful. I hadn’t read my email and you need to check in online. I had no data and was standing in the freezing cold asking to be let in so I could get warm. Walls must be paper thin as I heard everything that was going on all night!

The hotel never did cleaning in our room . The virtual keys didn’t work the second day so I was locked out . Only because I called the hotel’s main office someone helped providing me a code to enter . I wouldn’t recommend to stay in a self check in place because everything is self done . Had to change rooms two times with the first reason being the room wasn’t cleaned from the prior occupants, and the second room having a faulty bathroom light beyond repair of the maintenance team. Staff were excellent when coming to our aid for assistance.

It is a little confusing as there is no reception area. You have to rely on your service and hope that someone is available at all times to answer. Once you are check in however the experience is great! The location is cute and near lots of restaurants, shops, and transportation.

Good location but noisy as on main road but you would expect that in London and it’s advertised as such. Rooms are well equipped with small kitchen and very small bathroom. Decor is a bit depressing and dark in the main room especially when the window is so small. Would suggest brighter colours No air conditioning which mean we had to keep windows open during night and as I said it’s noisy. Location is great for London Bridge and Bermondsey street full of bars and restaurants is directly across the road. Good stay and will go back (I am an ex Londoner so know what to expect with noise but can appreciate the reviews saying as such. You will get this in most cities to be fair.

Zero complaints from our stay, were concerned with some of the reviews but we were well aware we weren't staying at the Savoy prior to booking. Room was clean, yes a touch small but we got what we paid for and knew it going in. For the weekend this was half the price of other hotels and was more than great value for money. Have paid a lot more and stayed in a lot worse places in the past. This is great value for money, good location (10 mins or so walk to london bridge station) and we would be more than happy to stay again.

Had a fantastic stay at the CitySpace Tower Bridge. Room was immaculately clean and well resourced with tea and coffee. The hotel is well positioned for transport into central London with a bus stop just around the corner. Local shops pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Will definitely stay here again excellent value for money. Better value than the so called cheaper chain hotels.

Nette, ruime en schone kamer met badkamer. Leuk dakterras. Zelf inchecken met codes en dit werkt perfect. 3 dagen voor aankomst instucties van medewerker gekregen. Goeie ligging. 15 minuten lopen naar Tower Bridge. Bus haltes om de hoek.

This property would have been absolutely fine, except that the room had no ventilation and the ensuite had no door, so upon arrival it smelled like a used toilet and was an unbearable space to be in. This problem would be easily solved by improving the ventilation in the room. Otherwise it is almost uninhabitable.

I booked this single room just for the night as I was in London for work. The codes to get in the building worked fine, but I was worried to see the door didn’t lock from the inside. My bed constantly moved, the shower didn’t stop dripping, there was a bad smell from the drains and the general state of the room was bad.

A "comfort" double bed room is ideal for one person with less luggage. Nice modern furnishings, clean and secure and comfortable bed and nice hot power shower BUT Very cramped with two people and little to no storage space. Toilet seat was broken. Sink very small so water goes EVERYWHERE. One power socket with hidden short extension cable so to boil kettle is a risky balance on the bed or windowsill - and mirror in bathroom so not ideal for curling/straightening hair. Nice staff but only contactable by phone downstairs. Was given iron but no ironing board. Partner pulled into a safe place (not obstructing vehicles or driver or passenger view) to drop off luggage and was ticketed a hefty fine which tarnished our already expensive stay.
