The hotel was very easy to get to. It’s very clean outside area is a large pool area fire pit area, golf putting area and it’s very nice. The room was very clean very comfortable very large. The staff is very nice all of them. The breakfast they offered was so many choices And the people that were preparing the breakfast were so nice as well and very clean.

We loved our room here! It was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchenette is always a plus when traveling. A few downsides: the pool is extremely small. We came during summer (the hottest months for palm springs) and there was no room to be comfortable in the pool with 4 other families there. We wish there was another pool to help alleviate this. Wish we could’ve spent more time at the pool but there wasn’t even space. The other downside is you cannot have more than 2 lights on at a time without the power going out. Minor inconvenience but still. The staff was nice and greeted us daily! Would stay again during the cooler months but not during summer.

This place is great. It has everything you need. It’s a newer property with modern decor, large rooms, comfortable beds, updated TVs with all the streaming options AND cable, free breakfast, walkable dining options, free breakfast, a fitness center, a pool, a bar… really, you name it, they have it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And the rooms have beautiful mountain views.

A terrible stay. On a work trip. Hotels air conditioning down for the 2 night stay. Could not sleep in the hot room. Made my 9pm to 6am work assignment very difficult without getting any rest.

Everything was great with check in and the room is always clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, some of the EV charging stations still don't work as I have stayed there 3 times in the last 4 weeks and the EV charges have not been fixed. A major reason I stay there is for the convenience of over night charging.

Our stay was really nice. The property was well maintained and the breakfast was a great bonus. On another note, our room must have been used as a pet friendly room because my girlfriend had a black light showing multiple urine stains in the room and bathroom. Our t try on also had a strange noise and vibration that only tolerable cus I was so tired and slept through it, but my girlfriend couldn’t and kept waking up.

Indian Wells Tennis brought price of this one bedroom suite up to $700/night and the sofa bed is nothing but a hard sofa because the mattress on it was very very thin so you could feel the metal bars on you. Don’t advertise a sofa as a bed if no one can sleep on it. Got a charge for $4.95 for high speed internet which we didn’t do but hotel refused to take away charge even after I called to question the charge. Marriott is my least favorite chain because any service issues I’ve had they have not responded with any type of customer service. Pictures of suite show it to be bigger than it really was. King bed very comfortable. More towels should be provided for the 2 days if housekeeping isn’t coming.

This Residence is uniquely located in close proximity to restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, fast food places. I spent 3 nights with a family of five in a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed was so bad, I woke up with a very sore lower back pain. The toilet/shower totally lacked the concept of privacy. The sliding shower glass doors and partition were clear with no frosting, making it not at all user friendly for both toilet and shower use at same time.

The property was clean with friendly staff and accommodating to our needs. To note is that the hotel is on one of the busiest highways , so noise in any suite at the front or side is a detriment. They moved us after night three to the back which was super quiet. Having a suite with a separate bedroom which is what we had , kitchen good size living room is great for a longer stay. Highly recommended

The staff are mice and welcoming. However we stayed there for 3 nights and we did not get house keeping service. We had to change our own bedding. When we asked, we were told there Re only two employees for housekeepers. That is not something customers should be concerned about. We paid for full service and we should get full service.

Checked in and the front desk clerk told us the hotel was over booked and gave us a room other than what we booked. The room was dirty and smelled terrible. We said we didn’t want to stay in the room and the clerk checked us out of the room, called the cops on us and told us to get out. It was pretty unreal. His name was Candy and he seemed high on something. Even the cop Who showed up was like wow, I wouldn’t stay here, that guy is really off. So no hotel room on a holiday weekend. Had to drive three hours home.

When we arrived, they were a tad busy but very efficient. Once I was checked in and went to my room, I found out it was a double which I had reserved a king. When I called the front desk, they told me because I had booked with the third-party that it was what I had to work with. So I pulled up my reservations. Made sure I had booked a king room 670 feet. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation. The young lady was very courteous and found me another room with a king bed.. it was a regular king and I had specifically asked for the 670 foot king room. So, I went back down to the desk and explained the situation again and she found an accessible room with a king on the first floor. So we accepted it. But other than that the atmosphere was great, the staff was very friendly and courteous at all times. The hotel is very clean and orderly. We had no more incidents and enjoyed the rest of stay.

Pleasantly surprised by this property. Ez check in. Clean newer rooms that surprised us! Quality of the room, furniture, kitchen, bathroom was top notch. We loved the bed and linens and pillows. Wanted to stay longer but we had to leave. Found a great breakfast place 2 blocks away ( the palms cafe) with delicious food. I don’t like hotel breakfasts but this one was adequate if you stay and eat here. They close at 9 in the morning which is too early. Can’t wait to come back!!!

With the brilliant Indian Wells Tournament near by, the hotel rocketed prices which we accepted however the price charged did not match the facilities offered hence the 3 star rating. The property is new, has loads of parking, is relatively quiet and in a good part of town. The studio room was clean, big and comfortable. Only problem with the hotel was the breakfast had nothing left on the Sunday - I accept that there was a time change however we had a 10 hour flight and were on a different time zone - so no excuse with the room charge!
