Asiana Grand Hotel

Rooms are big and bathrooms too. Clean and comfortably king size bed. No restaurant o the hotel but plenty outside. Swimming pool ok. Neighborhood is to noisy until 2am. I wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel is new and very clean. Well equipped rooms with shower and a separate soaking tub. In room safe, hairdryer , iron board , mini fridge , smart TV. Good lighting and latest in door key tech. Walking to many restaurants and groceries. Breakfast was plenty choices and good quality.staff were excellent. I only spent 1 night as I was connecting to another flight next day but managed to use most including the pool which has an attendant. Great place and decent price.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and it really 5 star hotel but they have a club at the first level where they stay until 4am. I was at the 3rd floor but still hear the music and vibration. I didnt get a good sleep because of that.

Bathroom was nice and big, good pressure. Rooms are big beds are comfy AC very strong amazing hotel would recommended and go back. Nice reception area with complimentary tea and dates. Amazing swimming pool and massage.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil in der Beschreibung stand, dass die Zimmer schallisoliert sind. Allerdings ist das Hotel und das Zimmer laut. Man hört deutlich den Straßenlärm, das Geschehen auf dem Flur und bis drei Uhr nachts den Club mit Musik und Bass. Eigentlich ist es unverschämt die Wände so dünn zu bauen, wenn man im Hotel ein Club hat. Wer also im Urlaub keine Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Umgebung ist abgelegen man sieht kaum Touristen. Kann interessant sein, wenn man das andere Dubai sehen möchte, wo die Einheimischen leben. Das Frühstück ist klein und übersichtlich - auch keine 5 Sterne wert. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Gäste allerdings eher laut und teilweise rücksichtslos. Kleinkinder dürfen nicht in den Pool. Was für uns natürlich mit kleinen Kindern furchtbar war.

The reception desk was really helpful and so was the doorman. The room cleaning and providence of bath towels were terrible. Door was left open by the cleaning staff and bathrooms were not great. There was an aweful smell and the staff at the night club were very unfriendly as we were passing by them to go to the lift. Breakfast was ok but couldve had more options. Coffee had to be paid for. I'm not sure how the hotel obtained a 5 star ratings. Either dubai standards have been lowered or these operators are given permission to operate without inspections. There was no one who offered the services that hotel will assist with. Not sure if it was a 5 star hotel and it was sub-standard. Cleaning cloth was left in the room, cups were not washed. I guess hotel owners are trying to cut costs but it gives a bad image to Dubai's reputation

Un hôtel où il faut payer pour les lit extra bed pour enfant ,la chambre et grande mais il manque de la fraîcheur, seul point positif la salle de bain qui est digne d un 5 étoile le petit déjeuner 3/10 je dirais même un hôtel 2 étoiles et supérieur. Et j ai passer mon temps à la réception car j avais 2 réservation séparé et j ai voulu garder la même chambre du coût une longue attente 30 mn à l accueil pour me libérer et aussi j ai était prélevé de l argent sans savoir d ou ça venait après vérification c était l acompte garantie j aurais aimer savoir avant . La piscine c est du 2 étoiles le maître nageur et cacher derrière la porte d origine indienne ne sert à rien . Bref à 250€ la nuit avec le petit déjeuner sans lit pour enfants plus un cartier ou vous avez des rats au tour !!!! Passez votre chemin svp

One the best I have stayed in Dubai. They are constantly cleaning and staff are super friendly. Mr Lwin and Mr Shayan (and a lady, don't recall her name) were always available to help.

A great hotel. Cleanliness, staff and the rooms are outstanding. I was traveling from United States and honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Room Not clean. Management did not respond. Breakfast menu not amazing. Toiletries were little sachets.

We arrived around 11am even though check-in was at 3pm, but they kindly accommodated us and even gave us an upgrade! Great location, easy to get around Dubai with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and convenient access to the souks and other attractions. The breakfast didn't have a huge range of options but other than that no complaints. I would still highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted to stay in this Grand hotel. The staff was brilliant. Thanks to Alok, Binod and other staff who were so helpful and friendly. The hotel food is top notch. I would highly recommend .

We did not have a good experience with them. While the property would be quite nice, it is badly maintained and managed. We reserved an executive suite for 2 adults and 2 children and even inquired where the children's bed would be placed (sofabed?) a week in advance. After replying that the sofa is not a sofabed and our question about where they will be placed were not answered, we arrived (after midnight) finding no beds for our kids. Not only that, but they also charged us US$50 per bed and night. Breakfast was also low quality. Sorry, but I would avoid this hotel.

We booked 2 children and 2 adults and they expected us to sleep on 1 bed, the sofa was not sofa bed so had to pay for extra bed. Breakfast was okay, not huge choice but staff are great and very helpful

Closer to airport but no much choice on food

Had a great stay, a very nice and clean hotel. Close to local amenities with strong transport links. The staff was lovely and most of all kids loved it.

I had a great stay at Asiana Grand hotel. The staff were amazing. The room was clean. The hotel was close to everything. I will be back and stay here again!

The area around the hotel is terrible, feels very unsafe. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids but when I came to the hotel they told me the room has 1 bed and I need to pay for 2 more beds, crazy!!!

Veldig bra hotell! Veldig bra frokost. Litt langt til T-banestasjon i 40 varmegrader, men billig for vanlig taxi i Dubai. Noe flystøy fra flyplassen når man slapper av i bassengområdet.

Luktade rök i korridorerna. Frukost under all kritik, inget utbud på bröd, pålägg, yoghurt och muesli.

Although they promised me to keep my luggage for 3 days before I arrived at hotel they denied to store the luggage because of their hotel policy. I had to find an alternative in the last moment because the Hotel Manager denied. Additional there was working at the Hotel so it was very loud. The breakfast variety was very poor. The rooms are very beautiful but the management is very bad! I won‘t come again!

The service was poor including dining services. The breakfast quality was poor. Asiana Hotel is a much better choice.
