Excellent facility. Excellent food. Thanks to the restaurant manager Bikram and the chef Karthick. Excellent buffet breakfast and Lunch. We are pure vegetarian and the chef took time to prepare some delicious South Indian cuisine taking into account all our requirements. We will continue to use the hotel and the restaurant during our visit to India.

This hotel stands off the street and on the grounds of a large hospital. It's tricky to find! The rooms are excellent, except that they have no desk or work chair. (Nor is there anywhere in the hotel to work, other than the restaurant. That's because there are no public spaces in the hotel other than the lobby, the rooms, a courtyard, and the restaurant.) The restaurant is the standout feature of the place, because it is excellent, especially the a la carte menu on offer for lunch and dinner. P.S. Some of the bathroom fixtures in the guest rooms need replacing or adjusting. This cannot be done by visual inspection and requires actually testing nozzles and drains.

The restaurant staff was just simply great. The food was pretty good as well. The hotel though seems like much older then it really is. Maybe the upkeep(?) The very first night our bathroom sink was NOT draining. Had to get engineering to get it fixed. The bathroom tile itself is polished tile without any grains so we both slipped on it. The manager then provided some mats that helped. We stayed 5 nights all together. On the 6th day our flight was at 11:30PM and so I asked for an extension. There was all kinds of drama and left us in limbo of not knowing what was going to happen. They charged us half a days stay stating that the hotel was full AND our room had a late check in coming in. I came to find out it was not the case and there wasn't anyone waiting to check in our room. I would've appreciated it if you were just honest about. You want the money I will give you the money but don't use the lame excuse that you're full and someone has a late check in. Just be honest about it. Just this incident leaves a sour taste and hence I would not recommend this hotel.

Stay was amazing , the room was good , big , clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and they knows how to provide hospitality and take care of their customer. I am very happy with the service. Even in the restaurant my 5 year old son was very happy with the service and he started telling they are very and nice and really taking good care of us.

The hotel is excellent but the approach road is not.I received an upgrade to the room but the room air is not pleasant and it takes a while to dispel the bad air. I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Chennai again. I am from Australia.

Room doors are not sound proof and lot of noise coming in when people in the hallway talks. So much Echo noise too. Bathrooms are not upto the mark. This is a 2.5 star hotel i would rate. Definitely not 4star.

This is the second time i am staying in this property and have decided not to stay anymore. Reason being that the front office staffs are all pretty new and they are very slow. They need someone senior to be with them and keep coaching them. I have sent an email and have sent two reminders and still no response. I am emailed frontdesk.chrome@theaccordhotels.com for an explanation to why my credit card has been charged around INR 4000 when i have settled all my bills through cash. Very poor service.

5 star service. Hotel staff are well trained and knowledgeable. They understood what our requirements were prior to asking for one. Offered us free breakfast and coffee as we departed early for the airport. Highly recommended if you want reasonable price and 5 star service.

Very comfortable stay that was better than other more expensive hotels we booked during this visit to chennai. Staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests we had. They extended checkout by an hour and also stored luggage. Mouli helped with every request we had and weighed our suitcases too for our flight. Santiego in dining area took so much care, ensured vegan food was available and also had our favorite dish made for breakfast. Stay here felt like home. Yoga instructor was very knowledgeable and helped with exercises to relieve back and neck pain after travel. I will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone i know.
