Exactly as expected. Staff were helpful. If you are arriving look to check in late as the rooms may not be ready for usual time of 2-3pm

Good Location.About a 15 minute walk to the UBaun. Shops and restaurants near by. The room was clean, decor in room was dated. Did not take advantage of Breakfast at Hotel but did enjoy the lobby bar. We were in town for Octoberfest. 20 minute walk to the Festival grounds.

Room - clean, decent sized, great location (esp for Oktoberfest). Air conditioning was inadequate, and shut off on its own every 2-3 hours, even at night. Could not get temp under 23.5C/75F. Front desk was no help. Room also had a note that a flat sheet could be requested from the front desk but NO ONE at the desk knew anything about that. We were given a twin duvet cover instead. Breakfast was overpriced, eggs were cold right as they were put out.

They said the hotel was full, so there wasn’t much other than giving us a sheet to sleep with.
