This place was awesome. Perfect location as close to the city center but not chaotic and loud 24-7. Everything walking distance- bakeries, cafes, fruit stands etc. The pool was clean and cool. The check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The master bedroom bed was actually king size, and not a queen. Very satisfied with our stay!

The apartment was lovely. The location was ideal. Lots of space. The communication was difficult. They needed the taxes paid prior to access, but the links didn’t work. The ad says parking available, however you have to pay for it separately and we weren’t told that until we arrived. You can’t access the parking until you physically get into the building but there’s nowhere to park while you get the keys. The parking is very difficult. It’s super narrow. When we arrived a large SUV, was parked in the charging space, (not charging) and stuck out so far that it took 20 min and a 50 star turn to exit. There is no elevator to the back apartment. So we had to lug 4 exceptionally heavy suitcases up the marble stairs. The beds are very firm as is the couch. The hot water is only good for 1 shower every 30 minutes, so plan accordingly.

It's one of the more upscale hotels (rather apartment) I ever visited. The apartment is spaceous, clean, well equiped and tastefully decorated. The pool was great to relax after a hot day, but often also occupied by other guests. The apartment is very well situated for excursions by foot or metre (a station is just next door). You must arrive well prepared, because the entrance is not easy to find, especially the parking garage. I'd come again (budget permitting)

Apartment was perfect for us for a long-term stay with child and dog. There was ample closet space and also a storage place for our luggage. The unit was easy to enter with clear instructions and company very responsive via whatsapp. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for cooking and longer term living. It was also nice to have interim cleanings to keep sheets and towels fresh. Having access to a washer and dryer for laundry during a longer term stay was also very convenient and close to the unit, but we did have a couple of days when selfish tenants left their laundry all day which made the one shared machine unavailable. This was not the fault of the building, but a sign stating good etiquette might help.

The apartments were in a good location for us, easy walking to food & supermarkets. It was extremely helpful that we could leave our bags in the apartments main offices upon checking out and the staff there were fantastic. Our only concern was it was sometimes noisy coming from the pool area (not sure if the pool needed to be topped up with water) and sometimes from the stairwell. But overall it was great - having 2 bathrooms was great & also access to the washing machine and dryer was very helpful. We would stay again :)

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location right next to the Gracia Metro station. The apartment is quiet, has elevator and washer and dryer in the building. We requested and were given a crib and a high chair for the baby. Gracia neighborhood is nice to walk around with a baby, with lots and lots of restaurants and cafes, many streets closed to traffic on the weekends.

We booked this place per the description listed as it has an elevator. We discovered when we arrived that they unit has a almost 20 stairs! Apparently this was the only unit with the stairs which bothered me alot because they knew we had a baby as they arranged a baby crib and high chair. Overall, the unit was nice except two things; One there were some small ants in the kitchen, second issue was the blinds in the living room was just a sheer sheet, and all other apartments are facing you. Basically, no privacy. Again this is the only unit with this condition. I think other units are way better. The location is perfect, the facility is very good but the management staff were not much of a help or at least with us. I would recommend this place for others but I wouldn't come back again after what happened with the stairs.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment. It was a great location - very walkable to restaurants and shops, and easy to get to public transportation. The apartment was very spacious. We loved that there were 2 full bathrooms. Communication with host was great as well. The 2 issues we had were there were ants everywhere. We noticed it when we first entered (they were all gathered around some crumbs that weren't swept up). Throughout our stay, we dealt with much more ants. The second issue with the bathrooms had poor ventilation. There was definitely mold around the showers. Hopefully these things can be taken care of as the rest of our experience was great.

Very clean and spacious place, we were comfortable with two adults and two teen boys. Free laundry on site which was nice! Staff very responsive! A little bit of a cab ride from things but worth it because of space.

Cons: They need to put shower caddy’s in the shower. It is very annoying having to keep your products on the shower floor. The shower in the main hall doesn’t work as the shower head falls out of the shower holder. No conditioner was provided, only shampoo and body wash. We were only given 4 towels for 4 guests for 3 days, a few more would have been helpful Especially with a pool you have to use the same towel for the shower and the pool. It would have been nice to have coffee included. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. It felt like sleeping on the floor. You must have the pool fixed as my daughter’s foot was sliced. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything from babies crying to doors slamming all night. Pros: kids loved the pool. Location was great. Clean unit. Overall I would not come back as this was the stay with the worst amenities over our 17 day stay in Europe for the price we paid. Our flight came in 2 hours early and we were told we could store our bags until our unit was ready but they failed to mention the office where we could store our bags would be 15-20 min taxi ride from our unit which isn’t convenient or helpful. They also wouldn’t allow us to sit by the pool until our room was ready instead we had to pay 100 euro to get our unit 2 hours early.

Fantastic apartment, had everything we needed for our family of 4 (2 adults plus 2 young children). Apartment - 2 rooms were great, enough space and ensuite also a plus. Had one of the best showers I've experienced! The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, DW and hob plus all the pots and pans etc. The only slight downside was that the sofa was uncomfortable. Location - Spot on, great location to Gracia and Fontana stations as well as a bus stop on the doorstep. Walking distance to Av. diagonal and Passeig de Gracia. Also can walk up to CosmoCaixa Service - fantastic support from the team at EnjoyBCN, kept us updated up to check in and during the stay. Made everything very easy for us. Great apartment and thoroughly recommend staying here.

The apartment was very up to date. Clean, spacious, and modern. The area was great and close to Metro and Bus. Management was extremely responsive. Liked the cleaning service and the changing of towels. That was unexpected but very much appreciated. I only have a few negatives: the mattress was very uncomfortable for all of us. There was no extra blankets either. However, I asked and they brought more bedding so that was appreciated. The sofa sleeper is also very uncomfortable. But overall, it was a great stay! And very reasonable. I would recommend EnjoyBCN again and hope to stay with them again.

Property was safe and secure but a fair way from the attractions. Most places of interest 40 minute walk although the metro stop is very close so that might not be a problem for those wanting to take public transport. Second room with twin beds very small and we were not given codes to enter the property and had to contact Expedia for assistance waiting with our bags on the street for 1/2 hour so not a good start. Property clean and tidy and would suit a family with 1-2 small children.
