The building and surroundings are not clean they don’t match the pictures shown in advertisement also it’s not fully accessible, there is an elevator after first floor but it’s a one person elevator, however the actual apartment its clean and comfortable.

A fine place in a great location. Comfortable beds, if a little basic. 2 showers and sleeps 11. A lot of stairs, but not a problem unless you have young kids with a pram. The reception is around the corner but needed to ask someone for directions. Wasn't clear the reception was at a local hostel.

Good location, close to Aerobus stop from airport, close to metro station. Close to supermarkets, cafe and eateries. Only issue was it can get loud at night as the road is busy

I rented two apartments for 3 nights. Both apartments were located on the top floor of a building separate from where you check-in. The only lift they had to take us to the rooms fit only one person and one personal item. Very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. If you are traveling with anyone who requires a wheelchair or a walker, the lift is completely inaccessible and I would not recommend this property. There were stairs you had to take in order to get to the lift. I was traveling with four elderly adults who had difficulty accessing the apartments. The apartments themselves were spacious, however, they are in an old building. One of the apartments faced the street with no insulation so we could hear all the street noise all night. If you end up with this unit, I can guarantee no sleep unless you come prepared with earplugs. The second apartment had toilet sewage issues. The smell was so unbearable we couldn't use one of the restrooms. I booked through Expedia and was guaranteed one price in my confirmation but ended up paying more at check-in. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the discrepancy with Expedia and took a "not our fault" attitude. The area itself is very busy. On our second day outside of the apartment, we saw someone attempt to rob a woman. Overall, the stay was below average. After coming from a wonderful hotel stay in Madrid, this was disappointing. There are so many better places to stay in Barcelona, I recommend you avoid this one.

Great property. Well appointed, face cloths would be appreciated but we didn’t ask so that might be on us. We would stay here again and we would recommend to others. There are a lot of stairs in the building we stayed in so if mobility is an issue this property wouldn’t be for you. People watching in the area is excellent. Finding this property was quite challenging but it is a hidden gem.

The flat would have been fine if the windows where not covered by a non see through sticker , there was no hot water in the second bathroom one day the elevator disn work and there was no soup in the one bathroom that had hot water. It was nothing like advertised.

Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings. Hanging racks and drawers for clothing is adequate. Full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. Also washer/dryer combo was in kitchen -which we used once. There was also a drying rack. A dining table with 4 chairs. Hair dryers and lots of plug were convenient. They came several times to clean and provide fresh towels. We communicated through WhatsApp -which I highly recommend to have on your phone. Tour groups also use this in Europe to communicate. No view, but we were not in room that much. Beautiful park square is located right around the corner. Close to Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas. I would stay here again!

We got put in another building next to where the reception is. Close but not as nice. None of the pictures they have posted is from the apartment we stayed in. We were on the top floor and had to climb up the stairs to the seventh floor. The stair case was cramped and narrow and dirty. The only other option was an old claustrophobic elevator, very tight and suffocating. The plumbing was in bad shape and slow draining, barely usable unless you were happy to stand in dirty water that pooled up both in the shower and the sink. Very noisy couldn’t get much sleep at night. The dryer didn’t work properly. Had to air dry our wet clothes. We paid for 3 nights but ended up moving to another hotel on the third night so we could get some rest.

Très bien situé. Bien insonorisé. Matelas confortable. Par contre, ce serait bien de spécifier qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Notre appartement était au 5 ieme et c'était difficile pour nos amis plus limités physiquement. Nous avons dû prendre quelques douches à l'eau froide, le réservoir d'eau chaude fonctionnait à moitié, malgré que nous en avons avisé les responsables.

Leiligheten lå utenfor der taxi kunne stoppe, og resepsjonen lå et annet sted. Leiligheten lå i 4.etg uten heis, svært høye etasjer, så det var ekstremt tungvint å bære alle kofferter, barnevogner og barn opp alle etasjene. Renhold OK, men svært enkel og utrivelig leilighet. Vi bad om barneseng, det var ikke på plass. Veldig tungvint at resepsjonen lå et annet sted, og få kunne engelsk.

The place was very old. It needs a remodel. The washing machine broke. It was “fixed” the next day but still didn’t work right. The washing machine smelled really bad. The water temperature fluctuated while showering. The air condition unit wasn’t working properly.

This location is great! Staff amazing and very accommodating! They were particularly great with supporting us with additional nights given our flight cancellations due to Air Canada strike! We stayed in 2 rooms based on availability and both were spacious and clean! Def worth reviewing and paying more for the larger apartments with higher ceilings and balcony view!

Great location, apartment was updated and very cute with all amenities and good space. You do hear the noise of the Rambla at night but this did not bother us as we are used to city living.

This location is great! Staff amazing and very accommodating! They were particularly great with supporting us with additional nights given our flight cancellations due to Air Canada strike! We stayed in 2 rooms based on availability and both were spacious and clean! Def worth reviewing and paying more for the larger apartments with higher ceilings and balcony view!

We originally rented a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. We loved the air conditioning and kitchen amenities. Our son got very sick one night and we contacted the emergency number and they had a doctor at our apartment within the hour. We were so thankful for their guidance and help! Great location - 20 minutes to the beach or 20 minutes to the Barcelona Cathedral in the old town.

The flat would have been fine if the windows where not covered by a non see through sticker , there was no hot water in the second bathroom one day the elevator disn work and there was no soup in the one bathroom that had hot water. It was nothing like advertised.

Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings. Hanging racks and drawers for clothing is adequate. Full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. Also washer/dryer combo was in kitchen -which we used once. There was also a drying rack. A dining table with 4 chairs. Hair dryers and lots of plug were convenient. They came several times to clean and provide fresh towels. We communicated through WhatsApp -which I highly recommend to have on your phone. Tour groups also use this in Europe to communicate. No view, but we were not in room that much. Beautiful park square is located right around the corner. Close to Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas. I would stay here again!

Wonderfully spacious property in the heart of the Gothic zone of Barcelona. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and for such an active area so quiet at night, Also was delighted by the bathtub which is rare in many other locations. Thx again.

I rented two apartments for 3 nights. Both apartments were located on the top floor of a building separate from where you check-in. The only lift they had to take us to the rooms fit only one person and one personal item. Very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. If you are traveling with anyone who requires a wheelchair or a walker, the lift is completely inaccessible and I would not recommend this property. There were stairs you had to take in order to get to the lift. I was traveling with four elderly adults who had difficulty accessing the apartments. The apartments themselves were spacious, however, they are in an old building. One of the apartments faced the street with no insulation so we could hear all the street noise all night. If you end up with this unit, I can guarantee no sleep unless you come prepared with earplugs. The second apartment had toilet sewage issues. The smell was so unbearable we couldn't use one of the restrooms. I booked through Expedia and was guaranteed one price in my confirmation but ended up paying more at check-in. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the discrepancy with Expedia and took a "not our fault" attitude. The area itself is very busy. On our second day outside of the apartment, we saw someone attempt to rob a woman. Overall, the stay was below average. After coming from a wonderful hotel stay in Madrid, this was disappointing. There are so many better places to stay in Barcelona, I recommend you avoid this one.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere from this location, it was safe and the communication to the property manager was great (he gave his cell number so we could reach for him for anything needed along the way)! there was a little grocery store right before the apartment which made getting food/drinks for the apartment super easy. would definately stay here again!

Amazing apartment hotel right on La Rambla. Very convenient to all attractions. The metro stop is 2 blocks away. The staff are outstanding. The only downside is it gets very loud and noisy in the evenings and early morning since the plaza and bars are right next door.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected - spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. There was more than enough room for our family, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and many of Barcelona’s top attractions. It truly made exploring the city so convenient. What stood out the most was the outstanding management. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal location with proximity to metro and main tourist attractions including - playa de Barcelona, Sagrada Família, park Guelle, etc. lots of nice places to walk to and explore. Also close to excellent dining options. Would love to stay again! Host was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with.
