Centrally located, an easy walk to the best restaurants and shops. Beautifully designed and well appointed public areas. Excellent breakfast and a lovely bar. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had a room on first floor, with very little light, which was a minor disappointment. But, it was spacious and a very nice bathroom. Overall, we were happy with the choice.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was spacious and inviting. The shower and facilities were all in great condition. The shower was very roomy. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the staff were helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Lou and Sandrine. Location was excellent and the little bar on site was quaint and homey.

Ein Hotel in Top Lage mit sehr freundlichen, verlässlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Mein Standardzimmer war, in jeder Hinsicht, super. Parken ist ebenfalls kein Problem; Ein Q-Park Parkhaus ist 4 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernt, am Hafen. Man ist also nicht auf die Hotelparkplätze angewiesen, die oft bereits besetzt sind.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. The parking garage was bit difficult to drive in and out, but the staff helped with that too.

Great two night stay in this lovely, centrally located hotel. Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. Staff happy for us to arrive early and securely leave our luggage and same at departure. Lovely big comfortable bed, good wifi and TV. Can't fault the hotel in any way. Would happily return.

This hotel is in a great location in Intra Murros, just a short walk to one of the main gates (be prepared for big crowds and cobblestone streets that are a bit tricky to negotiate with suitcases) The lobby is light and well decorated and there's a lift. Except for one notable exception - an older woman who was very unfriendly - the staff were great. Standout was Maria when we checked in. Excellent recommendations for restaurants etc. The room (we paid for an upgraded Superior) was very large with a separate area with wardrobe and luggage racks. The condition is quite tired and shabby but very clean and functional and the windows open. However, for this price I would expect more than stirrer sticks and very limited offering of tea bags etc. Also, bedside tables very small and flimsy metal stands. Bottled water was refreshed every day and breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall a good experience.

We purchased parking at the hotel and one of their staff members put a crease in the left rear of the rental car. They seemed very indignant that we would accuse their staff. We know they have security footage of the parking area and can easily verify what happened.

This hotel within the walls was perfectly situated for our visit. It was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do while waiting for our ferry. The people at réception were really welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had various requests and each time they took the time to phone different places for us. They made our stay special. Sadly i forgot to get their names. The rooms are clean, comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was good and the local yoghurt was excellent. There is an sitting room where you can have drinks. Paid parking is available for a limited number of cars. So if you need parking, book in advance. Because of the service we will definitely stay here again.

Location was ideal for parking outside the city gate and walking in, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Room was great with amazing views of the church. Staff was super friendly as well. We did not eat or use the bar but it looking nice. Highly recommend!

You can’t find a better location if your number one sightseeing destination is the Cathedral. It is inches away and you will never get lost since this hotel is next door. The staff is so helpful with directions, transportation to airports, dining choices. Hats off to Ms. Layla who was very helpful. This is a beautiful town and this hotel is the best is town .

Hotel was excellent. Absolutely great location in walled city - easy access to shops and ramparts. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no A/C available - opened the windows to get room cooler - was OK, but not ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Very modern hotel within the walls of the old city. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go and surrounded by a multitude of restaurants and bars. Superb breakfast - they even had genuine Canadian maple syrup! Very helpful staff.

Nous avons réservé une suite pour 5 personnes sur le site hotels.com. A l’arrivée, le directeur nous annonce que nous devons payé 25€ supplémentaire pour rajouter un lit pour la 5eme personne alors que tout était inclus dans notre réservation. Ce tarif n’est d’ailleurs ni indiqué sur leur site, ni affiché dans les chambres… La qualité du matelas laisse à désirer pour le canapé lit, les douches manquent de débit d’eau et fait du chaud-froid. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles avec très peu de choix, des crêpes froides… Heureusement après réclamation auprès de hôtels.com, on s’est fait rembourser les 25€ mais aucune réponse de la direction sur le sujet !

We would have given 5 stars for everything if we had chosen continental breakfast, however opting for cooked was a mistake. Three offerings, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Try were all luke warm and very disappointing. The continental breakfast was fine. Now for the positive. The staff were brilliant, helped finding car park. The room was immaculate and made up each day a pleasant bar area but no restaurant which did not matter as surrounded by eateries of all kinds. Our two spaniels thought they were in heaven. Dog beds and bowls provided. Great central location for both inside Intra Muros and outside. Go for it!

Good option for a stay within the walled city. Nice room, good breakfast although they get tour groups which can leave the breakfast buffet a bit depleted. Friendly staff. Good overall.
