Second time staying in this hotel, & am happy to stay again on any future visits to Da Nang. Staff are lovely & very friendly. Hotel is in a very convenient location for the beach, & a number of excellent dining options. Breakfast is a basic buffet but good. Rooms (single room last time, 3-bed room this time) are very compact, but very clean & comfortable. Pool is clean & cold, but photo-trickery make it look much bigger than it really is ;) A good place to stay, especially at the excellent rates offered.

Staff were very nice. Chauffeur was very helpful with bringing luggage in hotel since it was a steep climb. We made sure to tip him. Pool was nice as well. We were able to check in a bit earlier although we only used this hotel for a few hours stay until our bus arrived, it was still a great experience.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel. Helena, Nancy, Giselle and their team of staff were super-friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, and really spoiled us. They were so attentive to ensure everything was perfect for our time in Da Nang. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was really comfortable. It was quiet and we slept very well. The hotel is located about eight-minute walk from My Khe beach and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby to suit every budget and taste, including Japanese, Korean, local and Western foods. The breakfast was excellent and offered a big selection of dishes so there was something for everyone. The rooftop swimming pool was great for cooling down on a hot day and the massage we had in the spa was amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

Great location as not too far from the beach. One of our rooms had. I outside window and they just had a door opening onto fire escape to get more light. Buffet breakfast was good. Pool had a good view but not really space around it to relax. Happy with price we paid

ダナン最終日、遅いフライトだった為、リゾートホテルチェックアウト後に、子供達をしっかりとお昼寝させる為に利用しました。フライトまでのデイユーズでしたが、一泊料金を払っても、値段がお手頃だったので良かったです。部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みのサイズですが、綺麗に清掃してあり、しっかり仮眠できて良かったです。ただホテル近くにカラオケ屋があるのか、その音が少しうるさかったのと、ホテル内のプールが使えない事が残念でした。ホテル内に併設のSPAもあるので、子供達が昼寝している間に夫婦で交代でマッサージを受けましたが、カラオケの騒音の為リラックスは充分にはできませんでした。徒歩圏内に人気のシーフードのレストランやお土産屋さんもあるので最終日のショートステイには良かったです。

The staff was amazing, Gigi, Leena, and Luquin were mostly who I dealt with and I would now consider them friends as they made my stay ultra positive and fun as they were very professional and cared about my stay at their hotel and city. Even the other staff who I hardly saw were awesome as well, not one negative thing to say. It’s a few blocks from the beach but it was still close to the water and the area was safe with lots of food around. The only reason I gave 4/5 on the property is that the gym was very small with very limited equipment.

A nice solid 3 star hotel on the fringe of the foreigner district. Nice overall stay, good size room, view was OK and breakfast was included. Very good value. Only the gym was underwhelming and in need of major upgrade located in the basement access from outside.

We stayed there for two nights. There was water damage in the room. It can potentially develop fungus, which you already could see on the walls and bad smell in the room. The bath was bad because the water ran under the tub and on the floor. It was not very clean. We found a big piece of hair in the bed. The personel was very friendly, but it was too much. We got micromanaged at the breakfast - you shouldn’t make it a buffet if you want to interfere in all things. It was loud from the other rooms. On the other side, the spa personnel was very good and professional. We got a nice massage.

the rooms are old and absolutely nothing like the pictures. Construction site noise starts from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning and continues throughout the day. the breakfast was not edible. The cleanliness in the room and in the hotel in general leave a lot to be desired.

Room smells cigarette's, ac blows noise like a wind turbine, bed sheets look nasty and old. Over price comparing to similar hotels in the area. I wouldn’t stay here again. Marked name of hotel to avoid in my future trips. Stay away from this one

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked them for food recommendations and they always gave the tastiest ones! They were also super helpful with helping us book taxis when we couldn’t find any cars available on grab and were knowledgeable about all the events and peak traffic hours so that we were well informed when going out. The room was gorgeous and we loved our view and the spaciousness of the room. I definitely will be coming here again on my next trip to Vietnam!

I recently stayed at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel, and the experience was excellent. The guest relation team (GiGi and Nancy) had done an amazing job with checking in with guests everyday to make sure that their service meets all satisfaction. I appreciate that they asked me for feedbacks so that the hotel can work on improving their service. No other hotels have ever done that before. Their breakfast buffet is another plus. There are many many options to choose from, and all the dishes are delicious. We often opted in to have breakfast outside, but we had to eat their breakfast everyday because it’s so good!! I highly highly recommend you to stay with the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel if you have plan to stay in Da Nang because their rate is very affordable and their staff is super attentive to ensure you have the best experience while staying at the hotel.

Nice, spacious rooms with good amenities (towels, bathroom necessities, hairdryer etc). Walkable distance from the beach and some nice restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Unfortunately, our stay left us a bit shaken as on the 2nd and last night, we were awoken at 2.30am from loud screaming and crying from a neighbouring room which went on for at least half an hour. We tried calling reception (which we understood to be 24/7) multiple times during this period only for the phone to ring but remain unanswered. We were very concerned. The next morning, sleep-deprived, we reported this to the reception and were informed that the staff handling the night shift was busy with a late night check in and hence not able to respond to the calls to the reception. This explanation is also concerning, as it is evident that there is no contingency or back up plan for when a staff needs to be away from the desk at night, and if there is an emergency in one of the rooms. For instance, there could have been call forwarding of reception calls to the staff's mobile phone. It's a pity because other than this incident we could have had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Property was clean. The location is close to the beach, within a 10 min walk. Just be aware that the hotel is near a school so the noise may be bothersome to some. Windows did help reduce the noise. The breakfast that was included was good with a variety of food.

The hotel had very good amenities. The free breakfast wasn’t bad but the coffee is always cold. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. My only complaint about the room is the positioning of the AC. It blows directly on you when lying in bed.
