we rented a Tipi all was ok the onl thing is they should propose the costumers some help with bringing the luggage and bags to the tipi we had a 15 minutes uphillwalk an my wife and me we are 64 years old this was wreking with all the bags and the cooler we would of gladly pay a fee for this service and judging on the other customers faces i think more then one would gladly pay Apart from this pur stay was geat and fun

property not as advertised, no lights up hill to accommodations, bathrooms 250 yards away. no lights in rooms, no clear images of the insides of accommodations. property wont respond to english callers, called over 45 times when my friend called using french line got through instantly. not advertised correctly needs a disclaimer you'd be better camping in a tent.

LA villa sur pilotis à un charme fou. Dans la nuit des ratons laveurs m'ont réveillés. On pouvait voir les ours du parc depuis la terrasse. Super expérience. Il y a des douches et une cuisine commune. Le tout très propre.

We had a panoramic chalet, which was very comfortable. Soon, after arriving at our chalet, another couple arrived who informed us that they were given the same chalet number. After a quick call to check in administration, this was easily corrected. The hot tub was excellent after a great day on the trail feeding the deers and barbecuing outside. The beds were comfortable, and the property in general was spacious and very inviting. We ordered the full breakfast which was delivered to our chalet about 8 AM. We were very happy with the presentation and the variety of breakfast items delivered. There was something for everyone in the basket. If there is one thing, I regret is not bringing additional carrots to feed to the deers when they appeared outside our chalet in the morning.

Very nice property. Washrooms, shower room and the kitchen pavilion was very clean and well maintained. The tipi we stayed on was nice but be prepared to bring your own beddings.

Amazing experience and excellent food at the restaurant, but make sure to make a reservation. We stayed in a Tipi, so I can’t vouch for their regular rooms, but if the outdoors is your passion then you’ll find that the communal areas are clean and properly maintained. Don’t expect good phone signal and make sure you put your food away if you don’t want raccoons entering in the middle of the night inside your Tipi. Ice and water are supplied and the bathrooms/showers are in excellent shape.

Absolutely worth it for the wolf chalets! We stayed with 3 kids, the couch is wide enough to sleep even though it doesn’t pull out. We stayed in the arctic wolves chalet which is farther to the side and has no balcony. The wolves circle the area regularly, sometimes alone, sometimes together. You will see them plenty. They start howling around 2am, last howl was around 530-6am, almost right outside our windows! It has a full kitchen and fridge, so you can make your own diner. We ordered takeout from the restaurant on site - a tad on the expensive side, but delicious! The rest of Parc omega is fantastic. Bring carrots with you for your entry! You will be greeted with hundreds of Elk immediately. More can be purchased half way through the Parc. We drove the property in the morning and again in the afternoon, we saw different activity from animals at different times (bears, foxes etc were much more active at the end of the day, bison were by the roads in the AM etc). Your stay includes entry to the Parc both days - arrival and departure day, so take advantage of the bear feeding at night and the wolf feeding in the AM. Very cool experiences for only guest staying over. We loved every part of our stay. Pack your patience at check in - we waited over an hour to check in. They have things for kids to do while waiting - a small splash pad and large chess board outside, ping pong tables inside, and they had a bird of prey with a handler answering questions.

We stayed at the prospectors' cabin and had deer come to our cabin and graze. Only a 5-minute walk from our cabin to the private bear and wolf viewing boardwalk (only for accommodation guests, not general admission tickets). The shows were amazing and informative. It will become a yearly trip we plan to continue. 10/10 worth every dollar! Next year we are 100% doing WOLF CHALET!

Close encounter with wolves on the other side of the living room window peeking in, and hearing the wolves howl at sundown and sun up was purely magical! Impressive, fresh breakfast that we bought in advance was delivered in a basket at our doorstep in the morning. I cannot say enough good things about the Wolf Lodge. It was everything I dreamed for celebrating my husband‘s birthday and Father’s Day in the same weekend. Staying here was probably one of the best gifts I’ve given him ever and was a phenomenal memory that our family will never forget.

What an incredible experience! Accomodations were excellent. Exceeded our expectations and was very clean! Wolves came up to our windows was really cool! I highly reccomend it. The trstaurant was out of this world, we were very pleasantly surprised how amazing the food was. 10/10 highly reccomend it. We will be back again.

The staff was wonderful. The service was excellent, but there were a couple of issues with the room. I think a circuit has gone out, causing two outlets to fail off the kitchen. The fan switch in the upstairs bathroom isn't responding and we couldn't change the temperature to the upstairs. It was so hot (26.5 degrees)

Séjour de 2 nuits au chalet des loups, c’était fantastique de pouvoir regarder les loups longer les portes fenêtres de notre chalet et la 2eme nuit de les entendre chanter à 6h du matin. Le chalet est très confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut et nous avons pu profiter de l’entrée du parc durant 3 jours. Je conseille fortement ce parc on a pas pu voir les ours ils hibernaient 😏
Séjour de 2 nuits au chalet des loups, c’était fantastique de pouvoir regarder les loups longer les portes fenêtres de notre chalet et la 2eme nuit de les entendre chanter à 6h du matin. Lodge des Loups. Boreal.Una casetta in legno su due piani, con vetrate enormi sul bosco, immersa nel bosco, completamente a nostra disposizione. Si vedono uccelli di ogni tipo, uno azzurro bellissimo. E anche scoiattoli.Un sogno. Andiamo a vedere il feeding degli orsi, in particolare all’Orso nero, simbolo del Canada.Mamma mia, sono animali meravigliosi e vederli così da vicino fa impressione! Più tardi, nel lodge, al calare della notte, un bellissimo lupo artico appare davanti alla vetrata. Poi due, poi tre. Poi vanno via, ogni tanto riappaiono. Una meraviglia.Ci sediamo in terra a vedere la vetrata nella notte, come se fosse un maxi schermo, attendendo e gioendo ogni volta che ne appare uno. Finalmente decidiamo di andare a dormire in quel posto magico. E altra magia… nella notte veniamo svegliati dagli ululati del branco che ululano all'unisono! La mattina dopo assistiamo al feeding dei lupi, altro spettacolo! E infine il giro del parco...un'esperienza davvero fantastica!

Absolutely worth it for the wolf chalets! We stayed with 3 kids, the couch is wide enough to sleep even though it doesn’t pull out. We stayed in the arctic wolves chalet which is farther to the side and has no balcony. The wolves circle the area regularly, sometimes alone, sometimes together. You will see them plenty. They start howling around 2am, last howl was around 530-6am, almost right outside our windows! It has a full kitchen and fridge, so you can make your own diner. We ordered takeout from the restaurant on site - a tad on the expensive side, but delicious! The rest of Parc omega is fantastic. Bring carrots with you for your entry! You will be greeted with hundreds of Elk immediately. More can be purchased half way through the Parc. We drove the property in the morning and again in the afternoon, we saw different activity from animals at different times (bears, foxes etc were much more active at the end of the day, bison were by the roads in the AM etc). Your stay includes entry to the Parc both days - arrival and departure day, so take advantage of the bear feeding at night and the wolf feeding in the AM. Very cool experiences for only guest staying over. We loved every part of our stay. Pack your patience at check in - we waited over an hour to check in. They have things for kids to do while waiting - a small splash pad and large chess board outside, ping pong tables inside, and they had a bird of prey with a handler answering questions.

Wow! The Panoramic Chalets are stunning. Spacious and inviting. I'm glad they're is no tv to distract the kids from the gorgeous view. My only regret is not booking a longer stay 🙁 Highly recommend and already planning our return.

Beyond expectations in every way! Beautiful, clean, Modern, high end property and features. We had access to the fire pit with wood provided. Close encounter with wolves on the other side of the living room window peeking in, and hearing the wolves howl at sundown and sun up was purely magical! Impressive, fresh breakfast that we bought in advance was delivered in a basket at our doorstep in the morning. I cannot say enough good things about the Wolf Lodge. It was everything I dreamed for celebrating my husband‘s birthday and Father’s Day in the same weekend. Staying here was probably one of the best gifts I’ve given him ever and was a phenomenal memory that our family will never forget.

We were looking for something fun to do in the area. The animal experience was fun! Lots of laughs. Spent the night in the Pods. It was creepy when the whole park lost power. The restaurant had a generator and the staff assured us we could stay until the power returned. It lasted about an hour. We had a great meal while waiting.

I was very disappointed when I stayed there. On the first day, I informed the check-in counter that my room's electric lights were blinking and dark. Unfortunately, the young boy who worked at the check-in counter replied that the solar energy system was normal. After sunset, there was no electric power and no lights. I tried to talk to the check-in counter about my difficult situation but they were off duty. Therefore, I lived in a horrible night with my friends. The next day, I went to the check-in counter and informed my difficulty. However, the check-in counter's young boy replied with the same old answer. That was the solar system's energy reason. I was unhappy with his answer. I told him that it was a sunny day yesterday and today was a sunny day too. How come there was no electricity from the solar system energy. Was overall a great family experience in the park but was disappointed that check in was very slow and incompetent. We arrived half an hour before check in time and were told our pod was not ready yet and to come back after check in time. Half an hour after check in time we were told it still wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. We stayed at the prospectors' cabin and had deer come to our cabin and graze. Only a 5-minute walk from our cabin to the private bear and wolf viewing boardwalk (only for accommodation guests, not general admission tickets). The shows were amazing and informative. It will become a yearly trip we plan to continue. 10/10 worth every dollar! Next year we are 100% doing WOLF CHALET!

AVOID. Total incompetence and full of excuses. Couldn’t even check in due to their appalling communications which of course they blamed on everyone else. Forced to go elsewhere and thank goodness I did as when I contacted them to explain they hadn’t given me check in information and had ignored my requests for help until five days later they couldn’t care less and trotted out more unbelievable excuses. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT BOOK.

We were driving through Parc Omega when we received a call stating our tipi was ready early! How a ing that they reached out- definitely not expected. When we checked in, the man behind the counter ( sorry can not remember his name) was friendly and professional, and switched to English as soon as we said hello. He took the time to explain everything and answer questions. We got to see the wolves and bears being fed, the tipi experience was amazing ( first time) would definitely recommend staying and experiencing the tipi!

we rented a Tipi all was ok the onl thing is they should propose the costumers some help with bringing the luggage and bags to the tipi we had a 15 minutes uphillwalk an my wife and me we are 64 years old this was wreking with all the bags and the cooler we would of gladly pay a fee for this service and judging on the other customers faces i think more then one would gladly pay Apart from this pur stay was geat and fun

Nous sommes arrivés au chalet des loups et avons découvert un logement chaleureux et fonctionnel, spacieux et joliment décoré. La vue sur les loups est merveilleuse, leur chant sublime la nuit. Dommage que nous ne les ayons pas revus lors de notre petit déjeuner, livré entre 8 et 9h. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

We had a panoramic chalet, which was very comfortable. Soon, after arriving at our chalet, another couple arrived who informed us that they were given the same chalet number. After a quick call to check in administration, this was easily corrected. The hot tub was excellent after a great day on the trail feeding the deers and barbecuing outside. The beds were comfortable, and the property in general was spacious and very inviting. We ordered the full breakfast which was delivered to our chalet about 8 AM. We were very happy with the presentation and the variety of breakfast items delivered. There was something for everyone in the basket. If there is one thing, I regret is not bringing additional carrots to feed to the deers when they appeared outside our chalet in the morning.

Amazing experience and excellent food at the restaurant, but make sure to make a reservation. We stayed in a Tipi, so I can’t vouch for their regular rooms, but if the outdoors is your passion then you’ll find that the communal areas are clean and properly maintained. Don’t expect good phone signal and make sure you put your food away if you don’t want raccoons entering in the middle of the night inside your Tipi. Ice and water are supplied and the bathrooms/showers are in excellent shape.

Beyond expectations in every way! Beautiful, clean, Modern, high end property and features. We had access to the fire pit with wood provided. Close encounter with wolves on the other side of the living room window peeking in, and hearing the wolves howl at sundown and sun up was purely magical! Impressive, fresh breakfast that we bought in advance was delivered in a basket at our doorstep in the morning. I cannot say enough good things about the Wolf Lodge. It was everything I dreamed for celebrating my husband‘s birthday and Father’s Day in the same weekend. What an incredible experience! Accomodations were excellent. Exceeded our expectations and was very clean! Wolves came up to our windows was really cool! I highly reccomend it. The trstaurant was out of this world, we were very pleasantly surprised how amazing the food was. 10/10 highly reccomend it. We will be back again.

We had a lovely time at the Omega cabin (wolf lodge). The wolves do come up to the window but usually the younger ones did. The older ones didn’t come so close. We didn’t get to walk along the perimeter of the compound to watch the feeding and since we didn’t know what time the feeding was at, we missed it. Our room A/C controller was out of battery so we tried to call reception but didn’t get through. We had to go to the reception physically and they were very helpful. However, using it was a challenge without a manual. The room amenities were great and we appreciated having a kitchenette and dining table. Also the outdoor space was really nice. Overall, a great experience!
