Le pire "chek-in" de notre vie ! Personne pour nous accueillir sur place puisqu'en fait ce studio est dans un immeuble résidentiel où tout est informatisé. Impossible de faire l'enregistrement facial même après 4 jours. Parfait pour les geeks. Dommage de proposer ça au Brésil ou les contacts humains fonctionnent très bien.

Adoramos a localização, o apartamento não estava limpíssimo. A sacada estava todo suja. Mas voltaríamos O acesso à propriedade não fui tão fácil .

Charlie and their management team have no clue of what they are doing. I received check in instructions with a code prior to my arrival. Once at the property I was left outside in the street because no ome communicated with the fromt desk I was a guest. There was a waiting threshold area but I was treated like a criminal and left waiting in the street. After handling this via the chat I gained access i to the building but the code provided didn’t work. Another 45 minutes for the to resolve the code situation. Annoying to say the least. In addition their cleaning standards are very sub par. Dirty towels, bed sheets and filhty balcony. Not worth anyones money. Go elsewhere tbh.

Very secure place. I’ll stay there again
