The Parking was the only area that causes us concern - its a busy location so particularly in the evening, finding parking within the lot can be a little challenging. But we have always found a space.

Very nice comfortable rooms and building. Maybe should work on minor things; ice machines not working and drinks poorly made in the bar. But rooms were very clean and nice. Not a noisy hotel. Very pleasant visit. Thank you!

Friendly staff, very clean, quiet, comfortable room, great water pressure in shower, easy in/out, convenient parking with no extra fees, great gym, nice pool although we did not use. Breakfast is NOT included with your stay FYI. Area is ok although not a huge variety of restaurants/shops within walking distance. Free laundry room if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The service and staff were great. However, the bathroom had this smell of Sewage. When I told the person at front desk, she said that they knew exactly what that smell was.. I was like if you knew the room smelled like that, why would you allow a customer to book the room and say nothing about it?

Lack of parking spaces. Other guests took up two parking spaces (double parking). The shampoo dispenser is empty. Shouldn’t this be checked by the housekeeper prior to guest check-in? Disappointed and it was late. I don’t want to call guest service.

I won\'t lie, this property always have issues. Last time, my room-specifically the bathroom, was covered in ants. The maintenance man said "this is a common issue when it\'s cold". I had a pair of dirty pants left on my counter (which they immediately removed after I called, but still), the hot water doesn\'t get or stay hot, the heater doesn\'t always work either BUT the service from Laura, the Front Desk Supervisor is always superb and the only reason I go back.

We stayed for 2 nights, in the morning of the 2nd day, we asked for house keeping before leaving the hotel but when we came back at night, the room is not done and the desk person says my request was never recorded. So we were left without clean bedsheets and towels. The next morning, house keeping knocked on our door several times at 8 and 8.30 in the morning. Worst.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Fremont Milpitas was outstanding. The hotel is exceptionally clean and situated in a quiet location. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a good-sized fridge that added convenience. The bathroom was large and featured refillable bottles, which was a nice touch. The on-site bar offers great drinks, thanks to Piluchi, who makes some great drinks. I had to change rooms three times the first two days. The remote shades were not working in one room. I was given an adjoining room which I did not ask for. In the last room, I could hear the person over me who was extremely loud. The staff did nothing to make things right. I received an apology but that's it. Once I checked out on the 3rd day, I informed the manager about my horrible experience. She decided to reimburse me for one night and I thanked her. I had to call several times to find out why I had not received my deposit or the reimbursement. The money they charge for rooms is ridiculous and the service does not match. A friend and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was also poor. My entire stay was a complete nightmare. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again.

The front desk checked in to a room which the blinds will not work and it’s always open - when i called they said yes the blinds will not work and here is another room to switch after we unpacked everything- if you know the blinds will not close then you shouldn’t checkin. Very frustrating.

The staff is always super friendly and it is my go to place to stay at whenever I come to Fremont to visit. I never have a hard time finding parking, checking in and out, whenever I need something front desk is always receptive. The room does come with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave which is really nice! Only thing is, the WiFi can be a bit spotty and doesn’t always connect to everything. The mini fridge in my room was unplugged, which was a bit weird but I didn’t mind just pulling it out and plugging it in. Would recommend staying here!

Place (lobby & room) is very clean and Nicely designed. Heater didn’t function properly so my wife and I had trouble sleeping due to cold room temperature. May be our preference is 73-74deg. But no matter how we set the temperature, it stayed 70-71F all night. Also water strength and volume was not enough. I’d wish they had better shower head. Bathroom fan didn’t turned off and it went on all night so it was also disturbing our sleep.

Reservation was not correctly processed so I had to make another one which incurred another deposit. Additional days were discussed several times during my checkin and I trusted it was completed. The lady at the reception was asking to pay twice for the same room, she was keep ignoring you didn’t pay online, Later she didn’t say sorry for her mistake, strange attitude she showed. The stay was wonderful. The only issue was that I had rebooked my reservation due to tropical storm Hilary for the following week, and when I arrived, the hotel did not have my booking. They could only locate the cancelled status with the confirmation number. The front desk was super kind to call hotels.com to assist, however, they had to wait over 50 min on hold for an agent. So i had to wait in the lobby that entire time until it was corrected. Another issue was that my floor hallway (outside the elevators) smelled like baby diapers for a day and a half...but when i checked out, it smelled great!

Nice place to stay. Quiet, shopping center in a walking distance. Feel safe even seeing of "your responsibility for your car" signs in parking lot. I realized the simliar signs everywhere around the city and San Francisco area. Just don't leave your bags inside the car when parking.

The bar food was delicious. I had the fried pickles. So good! Their cucumber gin and tonic is also quite delicious! Everything about this stay was so warm and welcoming. I was happy to return with my service dog who was getting a checkup at the pet hospital next door. What a great retreat from the city while getting your animal looked at.

Excellent air conditioning. At first I couldn't tell there was a blackout roll down blind, so I safety-pinned the curtains together my first night lol. Bartender Paluchi was very nice and made great Mai Tai's. We're night owls and thought Fremont would have more eateries open at 9pm on a Friday night but it didn't, although I suppose that's most places. Would stay again.

We loved this hotel! Fabulous service at both the front desk and the restaurant. The food was pretty basic but it was fine. Nice bar! The rooms are clean and really great. The pool was clean and nice. We would stay here again.

In town for a family event and stayed 2 nights. Modern, clean, easy to get to hotel. Free parking, good size room, bed comfort ok, dog friendly. The typically free breakfast is $18, but there are lots of food choices just 2 min drive away. Would stay here again, easy stay.
