Stayed 2 nights

Booked a suite. This room has no dresser or drawers of any kind other than the nightstand. How is a guest supposed to unpack and not be forced to keep his clothes in his suitcase? Plus the nightstand drawer was partially blocked by the refrigerator, and the open closet had a bar only two feet from the base making it unusable to hang clothes. Poorly run and managed: 1. The phone did not work because it is a cordless phone and had apparently been off the station too long. Why didn't housekeeping check that? 2. The trash can wasn't emptied. 3. The bathroom sliding door had a broken handle. 4. Only one of the two TVs had a remote. 5. I booked the hotel in part because it advertised having a restaurant. The front desk at check in said there isn't a restaurant. Maintenance said there is. The guest directory said there was one. There wasn't a restaurant, only a bar with limited food and hours that did not match what was advertised. 6. Ice: your materials (through the QR code in the room) do not explain where ice is available. 7. Only one glass in the room. The bar gladly provided another, but that inconvenience should not have been necessary. And the hotel general manager ignored my email addressing these matters sent the day I checked in. Not worth the money. Much better options available in Memphis.
