The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We chose this hotel because electric charge plug-in was advertised. Unfortunately, it was for a Tesla and weren't able to find an adaptor.

The elevators were down during our entire stay. It would have been nice to know in advance, as my husband had knee replacement surgery & stairs are difficult enough, let alone having to do it while carrying bags! If we had known, we would have requested to have a room on the ground floor. Other than that, our stay was good

We stayed in a handicapped room and loved the big shower without having to climb in a bathtub. We travelled in a truck with trailer and found there was ample parking. The breakfast was excellent with the attendant making sure everything was fresh, with plenty of eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles.

My check in was a little strange. The front desk person seemed either very new and wasn’t trained or just very unorganized. The hotel is new so it is in good shape but our room had what appeared to be feces wiped on the bathroom walls so it made us uneasy on what else wasn’t cleaned properly. I appreciated that they accommodated my request on room location.

It was obvious that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned (trash under the desk, a pile of what sppeared to be dust or sand right inside the door & the walls definitely needed wiped down), but overall it was a decent stay. Don't know what the deal was with the heater, but the temp was set at 68, yet the heat kept kicking on & the temp never got below 75, so had to turn the AC on &.that didn't seem to help regulate the room temp, either. Appreciated that the front desk accommodated my request for a quiet room & a late check out, though, due to a 10 a.m. virtual meeting.

It was a perfectly adequate stay and met our needs with a reasonable price. We slept well and found the room to be comfortable and quiet. The bathroom lacked places to hang clothes, toiletry bags, and towels, which was our only complaint. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Good location, but the property needs updating. On our first day as we had breakfast, we listened to 2 different guests checking out who had problems with their rooms. In our room, the toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle, and the room smelled musty. Despite most hotels cleaning every day nowadays, this hotel still only cleans every 3 days. The main problem was the other guests - the hotel seems to cater to kids sporting trips, so on our Friday evening, we got to listen to a boys lacross team run yelling up and down the hallways and jump around in their rooms until after midnight. The front desk tried to quiet them down, but weren't successful and had no solution except to move us. Saturday night was nearly as bad. Yay for earplugs... Would not stay at this property again.Definitely would not recommend.

We checked in late but still had a good experience. Craig at the front desk was pleasant. The whole place is very updated and clean. The room was clean and bed was really comfy. Our room was on the front of the hotel and faced the Interstate so the traffic noise was a bit loud, but not sure what could really be done about that. I would definitely stay here again when coming back thru this area!

Clean, well kept, conveniently located with good service. Stayed for a few nights and enjoyed it overall. Two complaints, that aren’t huge, but would’ve made the stay excellent. First, water pressure could use some improvement. Second, when calling the front desk (later in the evening) to ask for bedding for the pull out, he wasn’t helpful at all. Just said they are out and wanted me off the phone. No attempt to help at all. Which was odd given the level of service we otherwise received had been great.

This is my second time staying at this Hotel. On my first time, I felt welcomed, by friendly employees, we even left a good tip for the lady serving breakfast. This second time, I believe the employees working at the property hate life. They did not want to work at that hotel and showed by being rude and unfriendly. I'm probably looking for another hotel next time.

Checked in Saturday evening about 5pm. No one at front desk. Had a bell to hit for assistance. Maritsia finally came out of a back room, Cardi B. loudly playing from the room. No smile, no welcome, very non friendly. Worst check in experience I’ve ever had. No signage at all regarding location of ice machines. Came down from 4th floor and asked front desk, again hitting the bell for assistance. She said ice machines are in the stairwell on each floor. Went back up to our floor but ours was broke. Has to go down to 3rd floor to get ice. Dirty carpet in the hallways, lots of areas needing paint touch-up. Windows in room were old and no insulation from road noise. Don’t recommend.

The front desk manager, Tiara, is so kind and approachable. She personally brought a nice warm just-out-of-dryer to our room even though she was supposed to be off the clock. I will definitely book at your hotel, should I need to in the future. She is truly an asset to your business!

We checked in at midnight. The clerk gave us a key that did on work on the room assigned. Went back down, and gave us another set of keys..that he said should work! Went back to assigned and still didn’t work. My husband was about to go down again, when a woman came to the door. The room was already occupied!! After apologizing to her, we went back don again! The clerk was mad because we were upset that he didn’t know the room was already occupied! He insisted on calling the room to ask what they were doing in that room! We asked him to not disturb them again, as we thought there were kids in the room! He would not listen. Then we were told that there were no rooms available! After 20 minutes, he finally found a room. This whole process took over an hour! He clearly did not know how to run the computer system and was VERY rude!

Overall, a good stay. Front desk helped with a couple of needs. Smiles and friendliness would be helpful from service professionals. They were not rude or mean, but just not friendly. At the Saturday morning breakfast, the lady doing the food was very rude. I actually was making positive compliments about the food, and she took it the wrong way...I don't know how. I said the biscuits and gravy were fresh, because there was hot steam coming off the food. She gruffly said, "it's all fresh." As if I was dissing the rest of the food by complimenting only the biscuits and gravy. From that point on, she kept watching me and commenting on things I was doing, correcting me if I did something wrong with the food. Not a nice lady. Room was nice, shower was nice. Although, we were left one roll of toilet paper and whatever was left on the dispenser. We ended up having to ask for more toilet paper. Also, no one serviced the room while we were out.

Bed was great and room spacious. Clean. Better coffee at this location than other Comfort Inns. Scrambled eggs way too salty. Same with sausage. Need more healthy eating breakfast. Whole fruit good. Although really enjoy the waffles.

Close to I90, but street divider made things a little tricky but not a deal breaker. Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Girls soccer teams were there and the lunchroom was very busy. The lady that was in charge did a GREAT job. Everything was always full of scrambled eggs, sausage (links and patties) biscuits and gravy. Outstanding job on her part.

Everything about our stay was great! Hotel was clean. Front desk was friendly. The lady working the breakfast area on Sunday morning was incredibly cranky and rude. Made us feel like we shouldnt be touching stuff in her "kitchen" because then she was going to have to clean up after us. We hurried up to eat and got out of there!

Overall the stay was comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was alright but it was busy with sports teams so only having 1 waffle maker was a challenge. The breakfast attendant was great and kept everything stocked and especially clean.
