Great hotel, but showing a little age. Outside door wouldn’t read anyone’s card. My shower head was missing part of it. And the shower had some serious mold build up. The staff though is super friendly, and the common areas look great.

My selection of this hotel was based completely on safety. It met my expectations with an extremely well lit parking lot with plenty of security cameras. I felt very safe, indeed. Check in was a breeze. My 2 queen room was immaculate. The neighbors above me were rather heavy footed but they settled down eventually. I really appreciated the room darkening shades! I was baffled by the directions to set the thermostat. The wording was confusing and hard to figure out. I’m glad I brought a small fan. My other disappointment was the bedding choice. As I was already uncomfortable with the room temperature it became hard to stay asleep with a choice of an extremely warm soft comfy HOT duvet or just a super clean top sheet. I was either too hot or too cold. But, I did sleep. I am happy I selected this hotel, I would stay there again.

We stayed here while visiting family for the Christmas holiday and will stay here the next time we visit too. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays and the staff were always super friendly when you entered or left the hotel. The hotel breakfast is above average and the seating is nice. They are dog friendly and my only complaint is that I think the fitness center could use some weight machines.

Blood on two different set of sheets. Not our blood mind you. The pool got more green every day our 5 day stay. The pool also says 10am-10pm at the sign in the lobby. Outside in faded sharping it says 9. We asked the staff why the pool was closed when we went down at 915 on our first night to get a very very smug it’s closed right now answer. We asked for new towels and didn’t get them as well halfway through our stay. We will definitely find other options when in town again.

Decided to stay at the Hampton with family. The kids were excited about being able to swim in their pool during our stay. Got to the hotel to check in and they said the pool had been closed because they couldn't get it inspected. Very unhappy kids. Not a good experience.

Staff was great however pool never opened due to rain which is unacceptable Let people decide themself if they want to swim in a little rain or not If not thunder and lightning it’s safe to swim Our hall had a huge area where there was a leak that the ceiling tiles where left open for days definitely a huge eye sore

Very nice hotel but we had no conditioner in the shower and to it needs recaulked in the shower. There were j her stains on the carpet. We had several last bugs coming in and they have us a sweeper to clean San them up. I thought they would have done that. Great breakfast!!!

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was never serviced even though the front desk asked when we checked in if we wanted service and we said a definitive yes. No clean towels, no beds made, toiletries were not replaced. We had to empty our garbage cans daily.

This hotel presets the room temperature and the guests can’t change the temperature. It was a miserable 76 degrees in our room with the thermostat set as cool as it would go. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because we couldn’t sleep. The hotel staff said the owner was cheap and they weren’t allowed to let the guests set the temperature to their comfort levels. It was terrible so we will definitely not stay at this hotel again. We personally heard 4 other guests complaining about how hot there rooms were asking to change rooms.

Check in was confusing. I arrived at 2:15Pm. There was no one at the front desk. She showed up about 15 minutes later and told me she didn’t have a room ready, but I could come back anytime before midnight. I returned at 9:00 pm and checked in, and this person told me they locked the door at 10 pm and I’d have to use my key to get in. Imagine my predicament if I had arrived after 10 to check in. Also the heating/AC system was the loudest I’ve ever heard in any hotel in any country in the world. Seriously. And the system in the next room was just as bad. When one would cycle off the other would cycle on. Oh, and 5 minutes after I checked in, the front desk called to tell me someone complained about noise from my room. Apparently they had the wrong room. Shall I go on? The shower was nice.

I have stayed at this property before and it's very good it's clean and safe. This time I got a room by the elevators which was not so nice. Despite the fact that I had booked a king room away from the elevators. The room was hot I could not lower the air conditioning to a level that would make me comfortable. I know that sounds petty but it was important to me

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a family visit nearby. My room was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. Check-in was wonderful. The coffee at breakfast was delicious! I look forward to another stay in the near future.

Our stay was absolutely extraordinary! We came for a family wedding, there was at least 80 of us staying there. Staff was amazing. Any interaction with staff was kind and helpful. I prepaid for my 8 day business trip. When I arrived late because of travel delays I found that they had given my PAID IN FULL room away to someone else. As a business person, I would never give someone's prepaid product or service away to someone else. The icing on the cake...I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone to fix this. It took 1 hour to check in the next day.

our check in experience was not easy. our reservation could not be found. after 30 minutes and a call to hampton it was found and guest checked in. there should be a better way to book hotels.com and check in / stay at the hotel. many hotels have the same problem unable to find the reservation since not booked with their website. we all trying to save a buck.

The customer service walking into the door was excellent. Deborah the front desk representative was kind, sweet and friendly. She was warm and welcoming with my grandson after our trip to the nearby Polar Express. She gave us information about the area and made us feel really at home. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night on a trip from MD to SC. Easy to locate property close to freeway. There are several restaurants I. The area-walkable to a two minute drive. Very clean property-both common areas and room itself. One note-it is across from train tracks. A train went past with the horn around 10:30 pm and I believe one more went through in the night. Felt like home to is bc we live near train tracks, but may startle you if not accustomed to it.

I had a comfortable room. I appreciated all the hooks and adequate lighting. All employees that I interacted with were friendly and professional. The breakfast is okay. I wish there were more tasty options. Some of the items look better than they taste, like the muffins. I wish there were other eating utensils than plastic. It is challenging to cut the waffles with the little plastic butter knife.

The property has been upgraded which made it very nice. The bathroom shower was especially nice with the unique placement of the water control on the opposite wall from the shower head. Nice. The only complaint I have about this property is the breakfast thats offered to guests. The food is awful! The offer of breakfast to guests is a perk, but it is not a perk when the food is visually unappealing, unappetizing, and tasteless.
