The price was excellent for this room. It appears the room had fresh paint and refurbished. the bed was okay, the a/c was functional and fairly quiet. The recommendations I would have would for management to pressure wash the walkways as they were not very clean looking. The trash bin was overflowing with garbage. There were dogs in several of the rooms and they let their presence known, especially in the early hours of the morning. The barking was pretty loud several times during the early morning hours before sunrise. There are no elevators, only stairs. Next time I visit San Antonio, I would stay here again if the prices are still the same.

The staff and management of the property was knowledgeable and friendly! My room was easy to find, but I was disheartened by the amount of homeless people walking around the premises. The Room was fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, and a broken Coffee Maker. I drink coffee all the time. the tub and toilet were dirty, and the room was non-smoking, but had remanence of Cigarette smoke. I tried to use my AARP card, and he said that I should have used it during my booking , but the Booking through the website, stated pay at checkout, and present my AARP card for Discounts. I couldn't use it upon either attempt. I will let Social Media and AARP know this. It seems like they will have to take Expedia and Studio 6 off of their recommendations list, for future travelers. My $116 room became $210, just like that. I will be announcing the Upcharges I encountered, without my knowledge!

It really wasn’t what we expected, but it was good for the price and there were no bugs, so that was a bonus. The stairwells could use some TLC and a deep power wash cleansing. Overall it was good I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again. The office staff was super nice and friendly

My bathroom was dirty. The tub faucet leaked, made a big stain and the toilet was dirty. I took pictures. I was traveling cross country, arrived 11:45 pm and had to wake up at 4 am. So I stayed, I stay at studio 6 frequently, since they have a full fridge. I have stayed and they are stars for what they are, clean, convenient, full fridge and a couple of times, like this, they are dirty.

Very dirty. First unit had seven dead roaches , moved to another unit also filthy but no roaches until nighttime. Place felt infested . I hardly slept. Nice ppl and very embarrassed about the roach situation.

Staff at front office was very nice but the room was infested with roaches. They were crawling on the bed, walls, floors, and ceiling. They got into our take-out food that we set on the counter. Multiple dead roaches were found on the floor as well. Absolutely disgusting!

Woke up covered in roaches and when I turned the light on they were not only on the bed and pillows but they were EVERYWHERE! There was roaches on the Floors, walls, countertops, fridge, doors, even all over the bathroom too. Extremely disgusting, bed sheets and towels had stains, and AC unit was hardly working. When I told the front desk they’re was no apology or sympathy towards the situation. Cheap and nasty place. It’s better to sleep in your car than stay here.

I reserved a suite. The bathtub was so dirty and gross. It looked like someone walked in mud and then stood in the shower and shook it off. It was all over and didn't look like it was even rinsed. I couldn't turn the shower on as it is stuck in bath mode. The bathroom door looked like someone punched a hole in it and a very poor job was done to try to repair it. The refrigerator didn't keep my food cold even though I checked the settings on it. It was so bad that I didn't even stay the second night. I left at 11pm and got home at 3am rather than stay there longer.

Hotel is very dirty is infested with cockroaches and couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the infestation. Hotel staff didn’t want to give us towels for the room and the refrigerator was out in my room. These issue occurred on November 22-23 upon checking in. The noise is too much. All night motorcycles running 100mph or more zipped past the door- not worth the money. Some one was literally camped out in the parking lot with chairs and a fire pit - in the parking lot drinking beer. People coming and going all hours of the night. Not a good place to stay. Also even the nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke. The motel is old and it shows. Skip it and find another place to stay. I left to find another place halfway through the night- no way to get any sleep there.

Hot water issues on day two and when I asked when I would have it they lied telling me the entire site was without. They wanted me to believe that all the buildings ran on 1 tank when I watched them install new ones in the building across from my building. Better yet no one has hot water and not one plumber on site for the weekend. The GM was very rude when I asked for an adjustment for the inconvenience with a smirk and a very loud no. The place is a dump so go stay somewhere else

Excellent service every single time I’ve been, friendly helpful service. Every employee I’ve interacted has most positive attitude with willingness to assist emediatly. I’ve been there during freezing and days with snow, the worst possible days where most places have employees calling into work. This place always has staff to accommodate and I only assume even when not full staff they will make it happen. So thank you Studio Six Six Flags Location Staff Team.

I love the peace and quiet that I experience while I'm here. I stay 2-3 days every week when I'm not taking care of my granddaughter. Also the staff at the front desk are truly amazing. They are so friendly and always check me in to my room in less then 5 min. I've stayed at a different motel in San Antonio every week for years but I have stayed here every week for the past 5 months. It's honestly like my second home.

Yes there was a woman here that is working tonight here at the motel studio 6 however a resident that also resides here for the moment came up to me and said yeah she's she saw exactly what I was saying like some you know talking about me and of course I went up to the lady that's working tonight and of course she got very offensive and then of course started discussing how I was homeless and telling me to shut the f****** that was the exact words went up to the lady that is working tonight

We arrived at the property around 10 pm and we saw about 8 police units in the parking lot. Im not sure what happened but they were talking with multiple people and checking the cameras. Rooms had plenty of space and a small kitchen. But you can tell it need to be remodeled. There were roaches in the bathrooms. And there was an odor. The lady at the front desk was amazing and really friendly.

The price was excellent for this room. It appears the room had fresh paint and refurbished. the bed was okay, the a/c was functional and fairly quiet. The recommendations I would have would for management to pressure wash the walkways as they were not very clean looking. The trash bin was overflowing with garbage. There were dogs in several of the rooms and they let their presence known, especially in the early hours of the morning. The barking was pretty loud several times during the early morning hours before sunrise. There are no elevators, only stairs. Next time I visit San Antonio, I would stay here again if the prices are still the same.

The noise is too much. All night motorcycles running 100mph or more zipped past the door- not worth the money. Some one was literally camped out in the parking lot with chairs and a fire pit - in the parking lot drinking beer. People coming and going all hours of the night. Not a good place to stay. Also even the nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke. The motel is old and it shows. Skip it and find another place to stay. I left to find another place halfway through the night- no way to get any sleep there.

The staff and management of the property was knowledgeable and friendly! My room was easy to find, but I was disheartened by the amount of homeless people walking around the premises. The Room was fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, and a broken Coffee Maker. I drink coffee all the time. the tub and toilet were dirty, and the room was non-smoking, but had remanence of Cigarette smoke. I tried to use my AARP card, and he said that I should have used it during my booking , but the Booking through the website, stated pay at checkout, and present my AARP card for Discounts. I couldn't use it upon either attempt. I will let Social Media and AARP know this. It seems like they will have to take Expedia and Studio 6 off of their recommendations list, for future travelers. My $116 room became $210, just like that. I will be announcing the Upcharges I encountered, without my knowledge!

There is no room service to clean your room.They charge you a dollar for 1 coffee..it smells... They're very rude towards black people... They lied on their application.They are nothing but drug heads who run the office and on the property.I would not recommend it to no one.Please take it out of my listings...

This was disgusting. I have pictures of the filth; the refrigerator wouldn't cool either. The floors and shelves were filthy. The AC unit is full of filth as well. The bathroom sink was partially clogged. There looked to be some type of crack bag on the one filthy shelf.
