We really wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately, there were too many issues during our stay. One of the elevators was out of service, which created extremely long wait times for the two remaining elevators. They were already overcrowded, and staff were also using them to transport large carts, making the situation even more frustrating for guests. There was also an extremely long wait each time we requested our vehicle from valet, especially during checkout. We also had an unpleasant experience with one of the female bartenders, who was blatantly rude to us for no apparent reason. She walked away from us in the middle of our order and appeared visibly irritated with nearly everyone she assisted. The room itself was nice, but we had another issue with housekeeping. When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping during our two-night stay, and we specifically said no. Despite that, housekeeping entered my room while we were away, removed and lost my personal towels, replacing them with hotel towels! They also entered my son's room and threw away a pizza that was in a pizza box sitting on his desk. It was food he had eaten for lunch that day and had not intended to throw away. For the amount of money we paid to stay here, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the chaotic atmosphere, poor communication, and lack of respect for our privacy made this a disappointing stay. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
