Great location. Check in friendly and easy. Parking just ok. Loved the rooftop bar and pool area…very unique. Room is perfect, great layout, modern design and decent amenities. Nice to have a Smeg fridge. Nice shower stall. Overall, very pleased with this hotel.

Estadia foi boa, mas o alarme de incêndio disparou 3 vezes (1 de madrugada), além de o atendimento no check in ter sido lento. Deveriam abastecer os frascos de sabonete líquido, mas o que me incomodou foi a cobrança do estacionamento. Uma pena não ter a piscina funcionando (estava vazia), mas não sentimos falta porque estava frio e a nossa estadia desta vez foi rápida. De resto a experiência foi muito boa, desde o atendimento até a facilidade para estacionar o carro em frente ao hotel, sem custo e perto. Bom café da manhã (pequeno almoço) e quarto bem confortável.

Pros: The location is excellent as it is close to all the main sightseeing in Evora. The staff was super helpful - helped us situate ourselves with a map, and made very helpful suggestions. Breakfast was well done & everyone worked really hard to keep the flow of people going. Cons: The parking lot was full so you had to park on the street which was fine for us but it might not have been for others. The swimming pool was small & a bit crowded so we chose not to use it.

Very nice hotel in a great location. However, the website mentions a laundry station, which the hotel does not actually have. They explained that the information online was not updated. They do offer laundry service, but at a very high cost, so we had to go to a nearby laundromat, which took some valuable time out of our day. The food was very good on the first day. We ordered the same dishes the next day, but the burger was undercooked and there were tiny bones in the spaghetti. Other than that, it was a very good stay overall.

The hotel is in good condition in general. The rooms are clean. We had booked two rooms and they assigned first-floor rooms to us. The first night we discovered a colony of ants in one of the rooms which had entered our bags and clothes. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with cleaning our stuffs and assigned another room to us. Apart from this bad experience, the rest of the stay was good.

Internet was good. Breakfast was fair. Room was clean. However, the sink didnt drain and smelled bad. I called the front desk gentleman twice and no one came in. After I went to the front desk and spoke to a lovely lady, that was very apologetic, because didnt receive any notes. Otherwise, was a good place.

An average experience for a hotel of this quality. Check in too long (large queue with a single person at desk), air conditioning which didn't work and dismissive staff. Room was a nice size and clean, however, hairdryer was faulty, shower not draining properly and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.

I really wanted to give this hotel five stars but I felt that a couple of things let it down! Firstly I want to start with the positive! I couldn’t fault the amazing front desk staff! They were friendly, welcoming, provided us with useful information on the surrounding areas and attractions! Check in was three but our room wasn’t ready for us until 3.45pm! We were located on the top floor,4th, in a superior king! It was a welcome surprise to discover that we had a balcony with a small table and two chairs! Our room didn’t face the busy road, we had read other reviews about rooms facing the road being quite noisy! We were at the opposite end of the fourth floor to where the rooftop pool and bar were located. Also a fitness room was on our floor. The two elevators were extremely fast and efficient. The buffet style breakfast that we included in our roommate was excellent, five stars! An excellent selection of hot and cold options! I enjoyed the custom omelette station where a chef would make you either fried eggs or an omelette. They also made fresh pancakes! My negatives would be not having slippers as advertised in our room description and the room being a little bit dirty! Smears on the bathroom tiles and floors and on top of the garbage can. Lovely hotel, great parking and easy walk about 10 minutes to the old town through a beautiful park. Highly recommend

The room was not ready when we arrived as I sort of expected because it was before 3pm. The room was not completely clean there were hairs in the shower and the crumbles in the sofa. I didn’t say anything because it was just a one night stay and I was not feeling good and was super tired. The rooftop is very nice and the room have all the regular necessities needed when you’re traveling. The other plus is the parking if you’re driving and location

Hotel in der Stadt gelegen, Ambiente ok. Zimmer dreckig, mussten Zimmer nach Überflutung der Dusche wechseln. Nächstes Zimmer ebenfalls dreckig, Müll vom Vorgänger nicht geleert, Boden dreckig. Klimaanlage auf eiskalt gestellt, ließ sich nicht abstellen, ging immer wieder von alleine an. Pool und Poolbereich völlig überfüllt, Pool sehr klein. Getränke und Essen am Pool und abends im Restaurant teilweise ok. Hätten in einem Hilton mehr erwartet! Personal hilfsbereit und bemüht. Trotz sehr viel Personal allerdings teilweise überfordert. Würden nicht nochmal dort buchen, obwohl wir sonst gerne im Hilton übernachten. Schade.

Room was very comfortable with a very large bed, good quality sheets and towels. Close enough to old town although we went the wrong way to make it longer! Breakfast had waffles and an omelet bar w fresh fruit and cakes. Only thing we didn’t like was the little courtyard off the room was mostly walled in to make the room feel windowless and closed in.

The room was really nice and the bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately the thermostat was not working and we had to get someone to change the freezing temperature of the room to something a bit warmer as it was locked and we couldn’t adjust it, but then it switched to freezing again automatically and we couldn’t even turn it off! The pool was under construction and couldn’t be used and their “reasonably priced” snacks and beverages available in the lobby were incredibly expensive! Overall, we were a bit disappointed!

We chose this facility because of the easy 10 minute walk from the train station. A five min walk to the old town. The facility looks as if it was upgraded recently and it is beautiful. The bed had a 14 inch quality deep foam mattress. Seriously, it was the best night’s rest since arriving in Europe over a month ago, hands down. Breakfast was great. If I could add another star if I could.

Our first assigned room was too close to the elevator so you could hear constant (!) dinging whenever the elevator stops on a floor. There are 2 elevators and you could hear dings from other floors (4 in total) too! We got assigned to another, yet much smaller room.

Hey it's a Hilton. Modern, spacious, nice lobby. There is a small area where it is espresso only and 3.5 euros a pod. Seems a bit much. Why not free for hotel guests? The coffee in the room is also espresso pods only and they are very stingy passing you more if two are not enough. There is nothing much interesting around the hotel- no shops, bars, restaurants. We had to walk at least ten minutes to get some interest. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. By some HUGE mistake, Expedia send to the hotel a message for an "accessible" room, that is, for a disabled person. What a nightmare. The bathroom is flat out dangerous. Water from the shower goes all over the floor AWAY from the drain. There are two shower heads, one I preferred to use sitting, but if you made a mistake the overhead shower pours out freezing cold water. We never did completely figure out the light switches. There is no obvious switch in the bathroom. There are switches on either side of the bed which operate all sorts of lights. It was impossible for us to figure out which switch worked which lights. The hotel is fine but I would certainly choose a different place next time.

It was such a great experience. The breakfast is very nice. Our room is spotless and the location is just amazing. 7 minutes walk to the train station, 3 minutes walk from the old town wall, and everything is walking distance, without the noise of the town during the night. It’s a great experience. The stuff is just amazing, way more helpful and professional than the guy in the tourist office!

Just stated one night out would return. The room was very clean and fresh. The pillows were very good quality, the best I have had in Portugal! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. My only suggestion would be to have more people on reception as the que to check out was long as only one person working there.

This property knew when I checked in that the A/C did not work. They told me that it would be working soon. When I went to my room, it was very warm. I asked the asst. manager to help me solve this issue. They had no plan nor authorization to make this right. I suggested that they purchase a fan, and again, they needed authorization from the GM.who was AWOL. I asked them to contact the GM, and they told me that they had tried and he had not responded. The staff offered me a free dinner and drinks. How does that solve the problem of a hot room? I had to sleep in a hot room with a window open 6". The noise from the main street was loud, as well as a barking dog. The light from the city was bright. Suffice to say, my night at this Hilton was terrible, with not much sleep in the heat. They comped me breakfast, and when I asked to speak to the GM that morning, they informed me that he had not come into work yet. This was a disaster, no plan to assist the customer and an AWOL GM. I should have my room fee refunded.

A bit more mixed than I expected. Nice room, great breakfasts, and the breakfast and front desk staff were very friendly and kind. The fridge in the room and coffee maker was very welcome (along with the bottle of water each day and sometimes refreshing the coffee pods). House keeping was hit and miss. Sometimes things happened, sometimes they did not. I picked the hotel because it had a pool and guest laundry. The pool is broken, and the guest laundry seems to have disappeared. I also had some problems with air con - while the hotel says it allows individual control this is not true. The first room I was allocated had the air con locked to off on a 35C day. The second room it was locked to 18C - which was much better but probably too cold for most Europeans in the summer. The outside design is a shame - pedestrians have to go through the car park to get out.

Nous n’avons pas aimé l’accueil de la réceptionniste qui a essayé de nous faire peur en disant qu’il n’aurait pas de place dans les restaurants de la ville pour essayer de nous vendre un souper d’Halloween dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. Elle a aussi passé des commentaires inadéquats en voyant de l’argent dans mon portefeuille. Pour le reste, nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel et les services disponibles. Par contre, le réseau Wi-Fi est très lent. Ce serait un point à améliorer.

Great stay on a two-day visit to Evora. The hotel is very new, built in 2023 (I believe). It is located just outside the city walls, which is a big advantage as you won't need to drive into or navigate the tight streets nor find parking. It's a short 10-minute walk to the city walls to explore the sites of Evora just beyond. Our walking tour guide said this hotel was one of only two that he ever recommended to his clients. We enjoyed the hotel immensely.

Equipe insuficiente para atender o checkin. Tem fila o dia inteiro. Quando chegamos às 16 horas o quarto ainda não estava pronto porque aparentemente tiveram um problema com a lavanderia no dia. Muitos hóspedes reclamando, então 1 funcionário ficava exclusivamente dedicado a ouvir reclamações. O quarto só tinha duas folhas de banho e nada mais. E por fim, disparou o alarme de incêndio enquanto eu tomava banho. Fui saber na recepção, ainda todo molhado, que era alarme falso.

Limited free parking. Breakfast charge is expensive if it’s not included. No food available for guests for dining as they booked a private function. Families and guests had to try and find dinner away from the hotel at the last minute. Poorly managed. Never should guests be left without dinner options at a Hilton hotel.

Nice room, large comfortable bed with good shower however no bottled water in room and no glasses. Requested water glasses 3 times and finally after going to front desk they gave us paper cups! Totally inappropriate! Breakfast was good and varied but dinner on the terrace rooftop was poor and would not recommend. Also sensors in elevator not working so anyone could take the elevator up.

Beautiful hotel, clearly very freshly renovated. Nice decor. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Rooftop bar / pool is fantastic too. Short walk to the bars and restaurants of the old town (<10mins).
