Beautiful peaceful desirable home in Madera Rancho

This house needs a lot of general maintenance. The front door handle is loose, screen doors need new screens as well as the window screens, many have holes therefore you can't open the doors or windows because the flies come swarming in. The paint in the house is poorly done, base boards are in dire need of paint. The kitchen cabinets are grimey and the refrigerator was not clean. The beds were comfortable, which was a plus, but none had blankets so we had to look for blankets in the hall linen cabinet and make up the beds ourselves. Overall the cleanliness was just ok, I probably would not rent this house again.

This place is so clean, it’s in a quiet area, it’s not only peaceful, but it’s comfy, really spacious, it’s a perfect get away from all the chaos, so relaxing, check in was easy, communication was great, it comes with everything, cooking utensils, towels, blankets, laundry room, even has a nice pool. Perfect get away!!

Nice spacious home in very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen does need a large frying pan. House can comfortably sleep 6 adults but there were only 4 wine glasses ( : . Printed instructions for use of heat or AC and what to do on departure would be nice. We enjoyed our stay.
