The biggest advantage - location right over the metro station. Also convenient tram service. Very small parking only about 12 slots available in the designated area. Very expensive! 120 PLN/day - compared to 50 PLN/day in Złote Tarasy. The room small, clean. Windows are not well noise isolated so you can hear each and every tram passing by, as well as night car racings in the weekends. No safe in the room. No proper wardrobe, so when you plan to stay longer and you have more clothes you need to store everything in you luggage. Breakfast buffet is included in the room price - basic but tasty. There are some good opportunities to dine in the same building - Nova Wola restaurant.

A really modern innovative hotel in their ' hub' category. The hotel has everything you need plus some nice additions. For example the rooftop bar. Complimentary breakfast which was great.

Ett riktigt modernt hotell i ett trevligt område. Personalen var serviceminded o mycket trevliga. Frukostbuffén var stor. Bra pris på rummet. Hotellet ligger med ca 25 min promenadavstånd från den fina Old Town. Parkering finns i källaren mot extra kostnad.

I was really impressed how clean the hotel is. Spotless bathroom and bedroom which already provides great trust in the quality. The bed is incredibly comfy and the staff is super, so friendly and helpful. There is nothing to improve. It’s a fabulous hotel in a great area. 100% recommend.

Very good bedroom, nice clean hotel and very eco conscious. Only issue was I have not been informed at check in that room cleaning is on demand so I arrived late at night in my room the second day and it wasn't cleaned. Reception explained how it works and I was happy to realize it is actually a good initiative to protect our planet.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, rundherum überall ÖV Stationen. Ebenfalls sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Super leckeres Frühstücks-Buffet, wurde auch immer fleissig aufgefüllt. Das Person allesamt super freundliche undzuvorkommend. Leider im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank, das war etwas ärgerlich. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung hat auch nicht stattgefunden. Man musste den Zettel raushängen, hat uns aber niemand gesagt, was doch etwas unangenehm war.

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable however very small with a lack of storage. Breakfast was ok, a decent selection of hot and cold foods, however some of the hot food was luke warm. Not a great location, a bit out of the way seems to be in a business district with not many food / drink options in the immediate area, although the metro stop was right outside the hotel and provided easy access to other parts of the city.

Good hotel. Good breakfast. Only negative what I have to mention is that there was no space to leave your clothes. No cupboard what do ever. We had to leave our clothes in our trolleys which was fine for a short city trip but you would expect from a big brand hotel to provide some space to hang / place your clothes

Pleasant stay at a really good hotel for the price. I have two complaints: 1. The shower had a very good pressure and temperature control, however, there were no shower curtain or shower door so the entire bathroom became wet after a shower 2. There were no instructions for the air conditioning, and the controls were not intuitive. Once we figured it ut, it worked great but the first night was way to cold as plus on the temperature scale was associated with more cooling

Front desk staff were great. Location was good, close to Warsaw Rising museum. Facility was clean. Metro and buses were very accessible. Only negative we had was the bathroom. Almost impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom.

When you don't have a control of the room temperature makes difficult to have a comfortable stay. I had to connect to reception then they have to connect technic department to switch the air-condition from a cold to warm. Then in the middle of the night it switch back again to cold. Which makes you wake up. On the other hand team was very nice to remember my birthday. I'd like to thank them for the nice note and a cake.

Vi är överlag väldigt nöjda med vårt besök, inget att klaga på! :) Extra tack till Shan i receptionen som hjälpte oss vilsna turister att både hitta runt med Metro/tåg, bra löpspår och bra tips på platser/barer/restauranger vi inte borde missa. Alltid med ett leende mötte han oss när vi kom in och ut. Rummen hade vad som förväntades, renligt och snyggt, uppskattas att det finns kyl! Ska man önska något är det ett bättre kaffe på frukosten, det var inget vidare. Annars bra positiv upplevelse här ifrån! :)

Great experience from check in to check out. Excellent location at the heart of centrum, and an easy taxi to the airport in twenty five minutes the following morning. We'd asked for a higher room and the receptionist gave us the highest floor of the Holiday Inn section. Breakfast was also top, with great coffee.

An overall, a pretty nice hotel in the Warsaw Hub. Transportation is convenient and an easy, too. I like a cheap store called Zhabka nearby, the prices were very cheap ones compared to the prices for a similar or the same products in the area. Employees at the check in and a check out area were so so. The breakfast buffet was an ok, not the best one.

Rent og renslig hotel, enkel men god frokost. Romslige bad. Alt fremstår moderne. Vel og merke seg at hotellet ligger i samme bygning som Crown hotel, men på baksiden med egen inngang. Vi brukte uber på å komme oss rundt, men praktisk nok ligger også metroen under selve bygget (the hub) Der finner du også et slags kjøpesenter med McDonald’s og matbutikk.

Although the staff had a hard time answering questions, and the lack of vegan (not gluten free) bread was hard to understand. Even so, there was plenty of choices for us. Worth noting that it’s a long walk to the city center, but a metro station right outside.

Stayed on a layover. Hotel is clean and new, and right in the city center. Tram is close by but we preferred taking Uber to Old town for convenience. The hotel entrance is behind or other side of another hotel. The price included breakfast, but we had ours in to go bags due to an early flight. But boy, the bags are packed. Lots of food in it. Overall an excellent stay.
