The room was a little bit tired and had needed to renovate a little bit and a big spot of something on the sofa. And the toaster was broaken. But it was really nice staff, and the pools was really good and a lot of pools to choose. We will come back. It was close to the beach and a lot of cosy restaurants with really good food and minimarkets with fresh bread and fresh orangejuice. tto the becha

The hotel property is right next to the beach and sea view available from almoat all rooms. Many pools and multiple activites are also a plus for this venue. There are Multiple dininng options in and around the property. The only challenge i would say will be for people with disabilities.. the property is on a slope and to go anywhere you need to climb steps which is not always very convinient.. i waa told i should have told at the time of booking and an accessi le room could be provoded but i did mot knew that this will be a issue. Anyway we stayed for 5nights at the peoperty and had a great time.

Estuvimos alojados en el Ap. 57 durante una semana 👍 Me encato la tranquilidad del apartamento, bien equipado, la terraza con las preciosas vistas hacia el mar que teníamos, teníamos varias zonas con piscinas a las que podríamos acudir, asi no se aglomeraba todo el mundo en una misma piscina. Los empleados super amables, el equipo de entertainment muy dedicado y divertido 😊👍 La chica que nos limpiaba el apartamento un encanto ❤️ No me gustó que el manillar de nuestra portilla de acceso a la terraza se rompió y lo dejaron asi 3 días hasta nuestra salida. Lo del gimnasio podria estar un pelin mejor señalizado 👍 ya que cuesta un poco encontrarlo. Y no me gusto que estaba como descuidada y olvidada esa zona. Pero bueno el resto super bien todo 👌

There was a lot of steps ..although ramps in the main areas to push prams etc …you still had to negotiate steps …not good when you have baby’s or have mobility problems ..witnessing women having to haul suitcases prams and children up said stairs

Rommet var ok, men gammelt. Lukter litt fukt og ikke helt rent bad. Mister litt appetitten når det går folk og rydder frokosten som lukter svette. De ansatte må få ren uniform oftere og det forventes at de dusjer daglig.

Ausstattung ist teilweise alt (Fenster, Duschbecken). Es gab Spinnweben am Fenster und Staub in den Ecken. Gefühlt sehr viel los, z.b am Pool und am Strand, so dass man nicht zur Ruhe kommt. Mitarbeiter jedoch freundlich und bemüht die lösbare Probleme zu lösen. Schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Anfragen. Schöner Garten. Jedoch würden wir beim nächsten Lanzarotebesuch ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Vue imprenable sur l'océan et l'île de Fuerte aventura. Chambre et appartement très propres. ménage fait tous les jours. cuisine entièrement équipée mais nous n'en avons pas eu l'utilité car nous étions en all inclusive. Terrasse extérieure avec parasol et bains de soleil...génial !!! certaines fenêtres et cloisons sont un peu vieillissantes mais ne gâchent en rien le confort. Personnel d'entretien et restauration très sympa. Equipe d'accueil à l'écoute et très réactive.

This property was generally clean, safe, quiet. The buildings were old but seemed clean for the most part. There were some kitchen ants and we were on the second floor, so that was a bit annoying, but otherwise fine stay. It is super walkable and the shops are convenient if not a bit expensive.

There was nothing to complain about this hotel.. excellent staff,rooms are spotless and kept clean, Beds comfortable and the food and service are excellent. Close to a beautiful beach and very good restaurants where you can see a perfect sunset. Pools and poolside kept clean and entertainment was good. Can not fault our trip.

The first room we were given was awful. It should not have been used until significant improvements are made. The room was 4A, and he patio doors did not close properly, the grout in the tiles was discoloured badly and the bathroom door so badly damaged it didn’t shut. We got over this however at 10pm the first night we were met by cockroach after cockroach. My babies were sleeping and I had to go to reception to request a new room. I understand the hotel may have some improvements to make post covid and being closed however this was rooms state was not adequate. We were moved however there was nobody able to help with this so off we went to pack up our room and carry the travel cot etc with two sleeping babies across the resort. Our new room was the opposite of the first, clean, updated and we had no issues. The resort was well maintained and I think we were just unlucky to have the first day and night of our holiday ruined in this was when it could have been prevented. Pools were too cold for my children which meant they didn’t swim very much at all and this would be another easy fix. We were self catering so can’t comment on the food. We enjoyed our stay but wish the beginning had been as enjoyable as the end.

Really enjoyed our stay, brilliant location, datwd but large, clean room with everything you are likely to need. Stayed all inc, drinks were good quality, food very nice. Pool area lovely, a bit busy but it was half term. Definitely would return and recommend

The twin beds would not stay together as a king bed, the telephone in the room didn’t work so there was no way to call the front office, the WiFi was spotty, there is no luggage cart or bell boy and they do not explain the resort and amenities to you. You are left to figure things out on your own.

Die Anlage ist wunderbar gelegen vor einer stillen Ozeanbucht, in der das Wasser ruhig und wärmer ist. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings hatten wir mehrmals Probleme mit dem Schloss der Eingangstür, die Kochplatte musste gewechselt werden und nach jeder Reinigung fehlten Handtücher. Alle Beschwerden wurden prompt aufgenommen und geklärt, allerdings ist es lästig, sich im Urlaub teilweise Stundenlang, wie beim kaputten Zimmerschloss, damit vom geplanten Urlaubsaufenthalt abhalten zu müssen.

Zeer goede en professionele kinderanimatie. Buffet eten was zeker uitgebreid en verrassend. Verwarmd zwembad in de winter is een absoluut pluplunt. Op 1 avond gaf het hotel een groot dansfeest voor het personeel in de hotel-bar met alle ramen open.we daverden in ons bed tot 2u snachts.zeer ongepast en mocht eigenl8jk wel gecompenseerd worden,vonden wij persoonlijk.op zich verdient het personeel zeker een feest maar liever niet op deze manier.
Zeer goede en professionele kinderanimatie. Buffet eten was zeker uitgebreid en verrassend. Verwarmd zwembad in de winter is een absoluut pluplunt. Op 1 avond gaf het hotel een groot dansfeest voor het personeel in de hotel-bar met alle ramen open.we daverden in ons bed tot 2u snachts.zeer ongepast en mocht eigenl8jk wel gecompenseerd worden,vonden wij persoonlijk.op zich verdient het personeel zeker een feest maar liever niet op deze manier.

Air conditioning never worked and despite reporting this daily, no one ever came to fix it. Hotel continues to ignore emails over this. The breakfasts were just warm at best and often cold. Shame as it coyld have been good had rhey sorted these issues out.

Vue imprenable sur l'océan et l'île de Fuerte aventura. Chambre et appartement très propres. ménage fait tous les jours. cuisine entièrement équipée mais nous n'en avons pas eu l'utilité car nous étions en all inclusive. The hotel is in a good position with a nice beach and about 20 minutes walk to Play Blanca. Our self catering apartment was ok but we had to call maintenance in twice because various things weren't working. Although they fixed everything it would have been better if the various appliances were checked before guests arrive. Most of the staff were very pleasant but some of the receptionists were less than friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving we sent two emails to the hotel requesting information. We never received a reply to either.

Die Anlage ist wunderbar gelegen vor einer stillen Ozeanbucht, in der das Wasser ruhig und wärmer ist. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings hatten wir mehrmals Probleme mit dem Schloss der Eingangstür, die Kochplatte musste gewechselt werden und nach jeder Reinigung fehlten Handtücher. Alle Beschwerden wurden prompt aufgenommen und geklärt, allerdings ist es lästig, sich im Urlaub teilweise Stundenlang, wie beim kaputten Zimmerschloss, damit vom geplanten Urlaubsaufenthalt abhalten zu müssen.

Amazing place and great sea view from our room. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. However, in true Spanish style, most do not open until around 10-11am, early birds like us need to plan accordingly.

Complejo hotelero de bungalows y apartamentos de máximo 2 plantas de altura con la tipica apariencia de la arquitectura de Lanzarote. Está muy ambientado para familias inglesas, muchos espacios para peques (piscinas, parques...). Los horarios también están enfocados a extranjeros. El horario de cena es hasta las 21h es lo peor de la experiencia... El personal es súper majo y resuelven todo muy rápido. El desayuno tiene absolutamente de todo y muy bueno. A pesar de estar al sur de la isla, al ser pequeña en menos de 1h estás en todos lados.

Really enjoyed our stay, brilliant location, datwd but large, clean room with everything you are likely to need. Stayed all inc, drinks were good quality, food very nice. Pool area lovely, a bit busy but it was half term. Definitely would return and recommend

There was nothing to complain about this hotel.. excellent staff,rooms are spotless and kept clean, Beds comfortable and the food and service are excellent. Les petits déjeuner et diner en buffet sont copieux et de qualité. L'animation alternant Yoga, pilates ou relaxation est au top. L'ambiance musicale autour de la piscine est très agréable. Nous le conseillons sans hésitations.

We had a great time at the hotel, the venue is clean and has good facilities. As a vegan, the vegan corner at buffet was brilliant and the food was varied and tasty. The absolute best bit however, is the reps who are fantastic and keep the energy high and entertainment constant!
