Nice clean and updated room. Nice size TV. Huge desk if needing to do work. My only complaints would be that parking is in a garage across the street that was a little inconvenient, especially in cold weather. That may not be a problem for some people. It was nice that it was a garage, but the visitor parking was further away from the entrance than we would have liked. Not a deal breaker, just something to consider. We stayed on the weekend and were not charged for the parking, which was nice. I don't know if that is the case during the week. My only other complaint is that I was not able to stream on the TV. At least, I couldn't find a way to do that. I didn't ask the front desk, so I can't say for sure that is the case. All in all a nice convenient place to stay on campus at a decent price. There is a good chance we will stay there again.

This clean, comfortably appointed property is conveniently located on the campus of Washington University. Forest Park is within walking distance. It's part of a small conference center so groups of people are usually to be found meeting and talking in the various public areas and breakout rooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Complimentary water, ice, coffee and tea are available around the clock. Parking is in a Wash U garage directly across from the center. You have to pay (credit card) every time you leave the garage, which is a bit annoying, but the cost is modest and free on weekends. The Bear pub onsite is a nice place for a drink when open. We did not try the food there.

It is without doubt a different experience. Unlike staring in a conventional hotel, here you have to get your coffee, water, and tea from the floor pantry. You see small meeting rooms as you walk through the hallways.

We stayed here years ago…its was excellent and it still is. Great amenities even including washer and dryer on the floor. Comparable to all hotels in the area and here you are centrally located in the St Louis area. Oh and they recently renovated.

Very nice and well maintained. The hotel is bigger than expected. Run by its business school. Room amenities were clean and new. Each floor offers free water, coffee and espresso. Nice front desk staff. Well located on campus. The only thing was late night arrival might be tricky due to under-staff at night. We arrived around midnight, but the hotel door was closed and we could not get in. There was a note on the door telling us the ring the side bell and call front desk but we didn’t see it till later. Someone talked us over the microphone after ring the bell, then a staff opened the door for us. A huge front desk but only one person was on the phone with customer booking.

We were concerned that the hotel was on the university campus but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. VERY CLEAN rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was super clean as well and had the softest bath towels. We will definitely stay there again when we are down in Saint Louis.

This hotel is literary in the campus. We checked in after it got dark, so it was a little bit hard to recognize the building was actually the hotel. The staff was kind of business-like(not friendly). The parking was for free but it's nice to clear direction to where guests should park (the 4th level is for guests). The room was clean and spacious. One of the towel I used was with some hair left.

Quite a different hotel experience. The surroundings are beautiful and breakfast was lovely but the rooms were small and only had double beds. We got a parking ticket because it wasn't clear where to park.

So it is very nice. Room beautiful beds comfortable but small. Noise of airplanes (??) or something that sounds like airplanes all night. Hands down the best shower I have had in a hotel. Very clean.

Located in Washington University, absolutely beautiful campus, easy walking to Forest Park, great breakfast. However, the bed was sagging significantly, making it for a tough night for sleep, and not good for the back it was literally concave. We did hear they are going to upgrade them over the summer.

It was so beautiful in and out. The room was so comfortable and looked brand new. Staff was very welcoming. We would have to stay again if we come to St.Louis / Wash U again!!

If you like super clean and friendly staff- this is the place for you. If you like a really cold room- this is not the place for you. The AC was on 68 but didn't feel 68 and I couldn't get it to go any lower.

Staff was not friendly at check in, very rude. Then they gave us the wrong room...pd for a king and was given 2 queens. Had to go down and get the right room and again the staff acted very inconvenienced. Morning staff was very friendly so maybe just a few bad seeds in the group.

This place was awesome. It was uniquely located on the university campus, which was beautiful. It provided great amenities, and I liked the convenience of the bar/restaurant. It was also SO close to public transit- it was maybe a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The room was comfortable, modern, and super clean. Staff was lovely.

The Knight center is a little removed from shopping and restaurants (about 20 min walk to Delmar business corridor), but if you have business on campus it is very convenient. The room was very comfortable, and looked as if it were recently renovated. The staff were all very kind and helpful - particularly enjoyed my conversation with Valencia, the bartender at the Bear public house. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit WashU.

The rooms are wonderful..because it is basically a conference center , the food service for guests is lacking. The bar serves a continental breakfast for 2 hours, and has no dinner service on weekends, thus no food available at all on the weekends. There is no coffee in the rooms but rather this pantry on each floor, where you need to go to get coffee. I’m not sure why they have this set up, but it didn’t work for me to have to go down 2 halls to get my morning coffee.

This property which on Washington a university campus is quiet, the facilities are deluxe and the staff was extremely accommodating to every request. An excellent $11 paid breakfast. Heartily recommend. Walking to dining area that probably had 100 restaurants to choose from

The hotel is right inside WashU campus a big big plus the accommodations are fair and clean! No place to eat, no restaurant no vending machines paid $260 bucks for one night not even one cup of coffee! I find that unacceptable! After many going around and ask where to get something to eat paid for a baby size egg and cheese burrito $8.50!

The room was great especially the shower. It was very clean and nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was there was an $11 a piece charge for breakfast which was okay(not worth that much). Wish it was included with the price of the stay. Will stay again.
