Had a full size fridge and a few dishes with stovetop. Ice machine didn't work in freezer. No ice machine in the property. Check in experience was weird. No real lobby. Had to wait for desk person to come help us check in. Many hotels crammed in same area. Parking lot full.

Clean rooms, beds were comfy. Property is basically self serve there is rarely someone at the front desk. They give you a code to get in the doors. It would be nice if they had free coffee in the lobby, I tried the coffee pot in the room and it tasted weird. The full size fridge is nice and the bathroom was bigger than usual and very clean with a big shower.

I had a pleasant stay at Nest Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I found it unusual that there wasn’t even a unisex bathroom available in the lobby. This was home away from home and big and spacious. There is no pool or breakfast. It does have a very small fitness center and snacks for purchase. Walking distance to Cracker Barrell or Kohls, Pet Smart. Walmart and many other restaurants are right there if you are up for walking further. We asked for an accessible room due to mobility issues, which we were given, on the top floor all the way down the end of the hall. If there had been a fire, and we couldn't use the elevator, there is no way I could have gotten down the stairs in time. Handicap accessible rooms should be on the bottom floor and as closest to the front door or exits, period. Someone didn't think that out too well. Also, it was not a roll-in shower, it had a bathtub with handles. I wasn't able to use it without assistance. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and we slept well.

There was no one there when we checked in and had to wait. There was a note to call a number to reach a member of the staff. Apparently she was using the ladies room. Whenever we left or returned there was never anyone at the desk. Had to ask if we could get a water. The Market door was always closed so we had no idea that it even existed!

When we arrived, after hours, getting into our suite was easy. However, it wasn't a clean suite, someone had clearly showered there. There was no toilet paper. Contacted the after hours# and got a response after a few minutes. We were moved to another suite. After spilling some water, the towel we used to mop it up was filthy. This was in the second "clean" suite. It seems they are interested in the appearance of cleanliness, not actual cleanliness. With improved cleanliness, this place would be a gem.

It was decent! The front desk girls were so nice and helpful! The room looked really nice but the dishes provided were dirty when we arrived and the floors turn the bottom of your feet and socks black in just a few minutes. So they must not check the dishes or clean the floors too great. The list of things to do before checkout are a little weird but nothing too crazy. No hand soap or trash bags for the trash cans in room either.

Too many dogs made the place smell musty, my room was not swept, there was still hair all over the floor/shower from the last people that was in the room, old food on the floor that was not mine.. and the mattress protector looked like it hadn’t been wash in ages… staff was friendly and their are plenty of dining options.. would not recommend this hotel there is plenty in this area..

The rooms have small kitchens with a decent sized fridge, not just a mini fridge! We had a king bed with a small couch. Everything was clean and fresh. We had to extend our stay by a day, I called and the person I spoke with was very kind and understanding. Let us book another night in the same room. It was quick and easy. We would stay here again!

The room was comfortable however it was lacking basic items such as hangers and a dresser. Since it’s an apartment I would think these items would be standard. Kitchen was stocked with very basic items. The inside of the room was clean, the hallways needed vacuuming. Mud had been tracked in and that mud was still there 6 nights later. Onsite gym was awesome!

We loved our stay. We had a suite with a full kitchen and a cute little balcony. We love to get rooms with kitchens so we don't have to eat out so much. The kitchen has just the basics, but we travel with the other things that we think may need.. We would recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice and clean. No blinds in the room and two thin curtains so all the light made it hard to sleep. One of the outlets blew flames out of it and then all the power was out so that was scary!

The room itself was very spacious and comfortable with the exception of noise level. The walls must not be soundproof very well. A guest on one side of us had the TV on pretty loud the entire 2 days/nights we were there!

I needed to purchase a couple items from the store in the hotel and the front desk lady was never there and we would call the number to get ahold of her and would have to call multiple times. When she did answer she was very unpleasant. The hotel however was great. Very comfy.

There was an “emergency” number to call.That woman who answered was helpful and called a manager who walked over from a neighboring hotel. We finally got our room but it was frustrating at 10 PM after driving 11 hours. They had texted us information about our room but we didn’t receive it until we talking to the manager. I don’t know what we would have done if we hadn’t been able to enter the building with the other family.

This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I came in late Friday night for NBA Allstar weekend only to walk into my room to the stench of old rotten fish. There is no one physically at the front desk so you have to constantly call a number that they hardly answer. I asked for a refund because I could not stay there because I'm allergic to shellfish. I was denied the refund for no reason. I had to find another room after midnight during a busy weekend and ended up paying double the price for the other room. It's a shame that I'm being penalized because of THEIR room that was uninhabitable. Never again will I patronize this establishment.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Clean, comfy room and entire area in general felt safe and clean. Lots of dining and shopping options. Locates right next to the freeway on/off ramps. Less than 30 minutes to Indy. Very impressed, would definitely stay here again

It was a bit different than what we are used to, but wasn’t bad. They didn’t have 24 hour front desk, but they had a sign with a number to call on the desk and they came quickly. Staff was friendly. No breakfast. They use door codes instead of keys, which is fine but it would be nice if it wasn’t such a long code and you could choose it so it would be easier to remember. And lobby door was locked at 10:00pm and it also used a door code. The only problem we had was that the floors majorly needed cleaned, which I told the front desk upon checkout. Loved this property. We were traveling and we liked how the property was walking distance to dinner options. Clean, comfy bed and roomy!

This was home away from home and big and spacious. There is no pool or breakfast. It does have a very small fitness center and snacks for purchase. Walking distance to Cracker Barrell or Kohls, Pet Smart. Walmart and many other restaurants are right there if you are up for walking further. We asked for an accessible room due to mobility issues, which we were given, on the top floor all the way down the end of the hall. If there had been a fire, and we couldn't use the elevator, there is no way I could have gotten down the stairs in time. Handicap accessible rooms should be on the bottom floor and as closest to the front door or exits, period. Someone didn't think that out too well. Also, it was not a roll-in shower, it had a bathtub with handles. I wasn't able to use it without assistance. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and we slept well.

Conveniently located right off the interstate. I was going to be a late (11pm) check in - so they texted me the code to get into the building and the code to get into my room. Easy-Peazy when I got there. A brand NEW facility. Clean as can be. EXCELLENT SHOWER - A FULL size Fridge - plenty of space. Would stay here always.

The Nest is different in their way of operation. The entrance area is not large or extravagant, check in was efficient. No long hallway to the elevator. I did miss not having morning breakfast; however, each room has a kitchenette. To my wife, I said 'how about eggs for breakfast.' Her reply,' sounds good, you'll have to cook them.' Oh well, no breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was so clean and very comfortable with couch in front of TV as a sitting area. Bed was comfortable. Front desk people were pleasant. Loved the small area up from with food options for your room. Will definitely recommend to others. LOVE that it is an independent hotel! Hope it does well!

Well, this definitely a no frills hotel. There is no lobby, no continental breakfast, and basically no front desk personnel on duty 24/7. But, the room was very good. We had a king suite and it was extremely nice. I would recommend this hotel if you don't need any frills. It was definitely worth the price. I would like to add that they really need to put in a water softening system. The water was extremely hard and our coffe we made had hard water residue floating in it!!

Loved how clean and large the room was. Mini kitchen was nice, as well. Bed exceptional! Really liked the walk in shower. There was not enough front desk people. There was no one there when we checked in and had to wait. There was a note to call a number to reach a member of the staff. Apparently she was using the ladies room. Whenever we left or returned there was never anyone at the desk. Had to ask if we could get a water. The Market door was always closed so we had no idea that it even existed!
