Fantastisk beliggenhet på beste Frogner. Ingen resepsjon, men fantastisk behjelpelig team på kundeservice som er tilgjengelig til alle døgnets tider. Fresht, moderne studioleilighet med «alt» man trenger (vaskemaskin, strykejern, kjøkkenutstyr, nespressomaskin etc.) Plusspoeng for å ha et felles skap med nødvendigheter som vaskemidler, kjøkkenhåndkler, dopapir, kaffekapsler, oppvasktabletter osv. Eneste minuset jeg har er at det blir vasket dårlig og sjeldent, og det eneste som er tilgjengelig i leiligheten er håndholdt feiebrett. Samler seg mye støv om man skal bo over lengre tid, så skulle ønske det ble støvsugd. Heis fungerte ikke under hele mitt opphold (totalt 1 måned) som jeg skulle ønske at var informert om før booking - men alt i alt hadde jeg lett booket dette igjen for lengre opphold.

The place is comfortable and impeccable. The location is great. The cleaning staff do a great job. However, the WiFi network was down during my entire stay, and the lift was not working almost every other day. Although I was given a discount for this, this was extremely inconvenient for a business stay. The lift being down so frequently is also not good for people with disabilities.

Love the location. Easy to get on public transport. Very walkable to everything. I think the best area to be in. Loved all the dining, grocery and tourist attractions nearby. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the elevator was broken the entire 9 days we were there and we had to go up 5 long flights of stairs. This was communicated to us prior to arrival so we were ok with it and made so. The unit itself was spacious and perfect for a extended stay. Great washer dryer with buttons in English, so it was easy to use. Highly recommend.

I love how the hotel is close to a few different public transit stops, several places to eat, have a drink, or have coffee, and shops for necessities. The room was spacious and clean and the property management was responsive and fixed the minor issue we had right away. What I didn't like is that the elevator was out of order (they did have someone available to help carry our bags but I have mobility problems), and the locks on the windows were pretty worn out. Also, people at the bar and restaurant downstairs would talk loudly and shout at night, which made sleeping difficult. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, though.

Amazing place to stay in Oslo for a couple of days. Located on a quiet street for Oslo standards in the chique Frogner area. There was however quite a lot of noise from the restaurant/bar in the inner court. Walking distance from tram & bus stops and nationaltheatret station. Check-in went easily through their website. Overall i had a very pleasant stay!

Spero che gli altri ai piani inferiori siano meglio.

This hotel is in a very upmarket area of Oslo with many eateries around. It's also a10 minute walk to the Royal Palace grounds. The apartment itself is clean with many amenities to cook your own food and even wash/dry clothes. We were upgraded to an apartment with a sofa bed and balcony which was very kind of the owners and much welcomed. Definitely a good base to explore Oslo centre from.

I was very happy to stay at Numa. Communication was easy and nice. Check in was so easy provided by a link and information. The apartment was clean and amenities great! In addition to this we had free access to tea and coffee. There are great restaurants and shops near by and easy access to the city centre. Frogner is an awesome place to live and the neighborhood is beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Numa Topp Apartments in Oslo was excellent! The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean, quiet and centrally located. It is within walking distance to attractions such as the Vigeland Park and the Oslo Opera House. The neighborhood is fairly upscale, and near what seems to be Norway’s “Embassy Row”. Most importantly, Numa’s customer service is extremely helpful with great coverage. My wife left her watch in the apartment which was found by Numa’s clean crew (kudos to them!). Since we are unfamiliar with shipping options from Norway back to the U.S., various members of Nima’s customer service team have been working with us patiently to help arrange for the watch to be shipped back. We are very appreciative of their team’s attentiveness and care. It truly has been a five-star experience.

Flott sted, men jeg fikk et rom hvor det var mye støy fra ventilasjonen. Tok kontakt med de og det tok 4 dager med mas før jeg fikk nytt rom. Rommene er veldig fine og renholdet veldig bra, men trekk for dårlig service og kommunikasjon.

Leiligheten var veldig fin og ren, og godt utstyrt med alt man måtte trenge av kjøkkenutstyr. Badet var pent og romslig, og med luksuriøse såper og krem fra REN. Problemet var at det var helt sykt varmt der og ingen aircondition. Det medførte at vi måtte sove med åpne vinduer, og ettersom vi også måtte ha gardinene åpne for luftgjennomstrømming, ble det veldig lyst og vanskelig å sove. Det var også en gjeng som festet i bakgården til kl 6 på morgenen, så det hjalp heller ikke på nattesøvnen. Aircondition ville gjort oppholdet veldig mye bedre

The room was above a bar and a pizza place. It was a little loud until 10pm The balcony was nice and quiet to sit and read. The room had what we need. Walk to Palace. We used the hop-on hop-off bus, stop in front of palace.

The apartment was spartan but the bed quite comfortable, and sofa, kitchen etc fine. But it was quite stuffy and hot. The outside temperature was about 85degrees Farenheit during the day. A room fan or ceiling fan would have been helpful. The casement windows would only open a few inches. Internet cut out one night- very frustrating. Staff was responsive by text. Easy to check in and out. Lovely neighborhood.

The hotel and the room was very nice, and check in went smoothly. There is no daily cleaning which we did not need. Coffee, tea, clean towels etc. was available in a closet by the front door. We arrived on a warm and sunny friday, and the room was very warm. We tried to open the windows as there was no a/c. They did only open 5 cm which did not really help. We also realised that the room (203) was placed right above a wine bar with loud music and tables outside just below the windows. So, the room was boiling, and the music was loud, so I decided to politely ask for a more quiet room. The hotel has no reception, so customer service was via a chatbot on Whatsapp. It was a very tiresome ecperience trying to communicate and finally getting through to a human who was also not very helpful. They offered us a fan against the heat but then forgot about it again. And they claimed that the wine bar was not their problem and we could not change rooms. I never asked them to do anything about the bar, just to give me a more quiet room. For every exchange with customer service I had to rate the conversation again and again. So, the room was nice and the location was great. The hotel and the room was very nice, and check in went smoothly. There is no daily cleaning which we did not need. Coffee, tea, clean towels etc. was available in a closet by the front door. We arrived on a warm and sunny friday, and the room was very warm. We tried to open the windows as there was no a/c. They did only open 5 cm which did not really help. We also realised that the room (203) was placed right above a wine bar with loud music and tables outside just below the windows. So, the room was boiling, and the music was loud, so I decided to politely ask for a more quiet room. The hotel has no reception, so customer service was via a chatbot on Whatsapp. It was a very tiresome ecperience trying to communicate and finally getting through to a human who was also not very helpful. They offered us a fan against the heat but then forgot about it again. And they claimed that the wine bar was not their problem and we could not change rooms. I never asked them to do anything about the bar, just to give me a more quiet room. For every exchange with customer service I had to rate the conversation again and again. So, the room was nice and the location was great. But if you are in any way sensitive to noise and temperature like me, you might want to stay somewhere else as customer service is not willing to resolve any issues.

I was very happy to stay at Numa. Communication was easy and nice. Check in was so easy provided by a link and information. The apartment was clean and amenities great! In addition to this we had free access to tea and coffee. There are great restaurants and shops near by and easy access to the city centre. Frogner is an awesome place to live and the neighborhood is beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Numa Topp Apartments in Oslo was excellent! The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean, quiet and centrally located. It is within walking distance to attractions such as the Vigeland Park and the Oslo Opera House. The neighborhood is fairly upscale, and near what seems to be Norway’s “Embassy Row”. Most importantly, Numa’s customer service is extremely helpful with great coverage. My wife left her watch in the apartment which was found by Numa’s clean crew (kudos to them!). Since we are unfamiliar with shipping options from Norway back to the U.S., various members of Nima’s customer service team have been working with us patiently to help arrange for the watch to be shipped back. We are very appreciative of their team’s attentiveness and care. It truly has been a five-star experience.

One of us slept in the bathroom to avoid the ventilator noise. 2. The emergency WhatsApp number didn't work. 3. The apartment was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city but walking distance. The layout was small but functional. There was a washing machine on site. There was a small kitchenette that was useful if needed. The check in and check out process was smooth. I would recommend this place if you want good value.

My family of four stayed for a few nights, and I’d definitely stay here again. Very convenient location, easy walk to central Oslo, transit, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a cabinet in the lobby for any extras you might need - coffee pods, toilet paper, towels etc, I thought that was brilliant. Everything was exactly as described and in photos, and everything was very clean. Furniture was very comfortable, and we enjoyed having the kitchen, wardrobe and washer/dryer. On our last night we tried the pizza place next to Numa and it was delicious!
