The rooms are typical Japan-small but the layout is efficient and the location is central to everything. Clean and well maintained. The courtesy umbrellas are clutch.

The Hotel is great and it’s in a great location. The only thing to speak of was the beds are more like futons, and they are on the floor. Unless you get a more western style bed. So, if you have back issues, book a lifted style bed. The twins where great. The food was really good. The location is great. People are friendly overall. Nine at a 10.

Quiet hotel, despite being in the center of Kabukicho. Quite small rooms, but that's typical of Japan in general. Staff was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and the day we left. The complimentary loaner umbrellas were very much appreciated.
