Warm chalet with a nice exterior in Les Marécottes

## Space Wonderful chalet fully furnished and equipped for an exceptional stay in the mountains at an altitude of 1235 meters : On the 1st floor: - A first bedroom furnished with a kingsize bed. - A bathroom (shower/WC). On the ground floor: - A bright, fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room. It is composed as follows: two coffee machines (Krups espresso machine and Dolce Gusto machine), cooking plates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. - A warm living room with a table and a large wall bookcase, a TV and a DVD player. A wood-burning fireplace is at your disposal, perfect for a reading by the fire or for a moment of sharing with family or friends. - A guest toilet. - A covered terrace, accessible from the dining room, with a table and chairs. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a meadow. On the lower ground floor : - A second bedroom with 2 single beds (put together to form a double bed). It gives access to the second terrace. - A third bedroom including 2 single beds. - A fourth bedroom furnished with a single bed. - A bathroom (bathtub/WC). - A beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking a large garden, perfect for a meal outdoors. The garden would be a perfect place for children to play. - A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Please note that the shower in the laundry room is not usable. - A parking spot next to the chalet. For additional vehicles, a shared parking lot is located 200m from the accommodation. Please note that pets are not allowed in the chalet. **Winter season** In winter, the chalet is available for rent during the season (from December 1st to April 30th). It is ideally located at the foot of a ski slope. ## Access The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay. ## Interaction Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface. Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us! ## Neighborhood The chalet is located on the top of the charming village Les Marécottes. During the warmer months, it is perfectly situated for a relaxing stay, surrounded by greenery, in the calm of the mountains. It is the ideal base for hiking, mountaineering, climbing or relaxing. In late August and September, cows and donkeys may graze on the meadow next to the chalet and you can hear the traditional sound of cow bells. During the winter, the chalet can only be rented for the whole season. The chalet is 1000m from the departure of Les Marécottes cable car (600m via pedestrial paths). A few restaurants and a small Pam supermarket (with daily fresh bread) are located next to the ski lifts in the center of the village. The chalet is less than 20 minutes by car from Martigny. To do/see nearby : - Ski resort of Les Marécottes from 1200 to 2200m of altitude - Zoo of Les Marécottes - Lake of Emosson - Gorges du Dailley, gorges du Triège - Barryland (museum and St. Bernard dogs) - Visit of the Morand Distillery ## Transit The chalet is accessible by car. A parking space is available next to the chalet. When road conditions are suitable, the chalet can be reached by car (the last 100 meters are on an unpaved road). Although steep, many types of cars can reach the chalet and can park in the chalet's carport). It is also possible to get there by public transport (about 45 minutes from Martigny station, including a 15-20 minutes walk) ## Notes Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates. We thank you in advance for leaving your accommodation as clean as you found it.
