We stayed here for one night but it was great. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Our room was huge and clean. Our kids used the pool and had a great time, we were really happy with the indoor pool. We would stay here again next time we are in town.

I did not receive keys my first night, they SHOULD PAUL the Gm should be reaching out to you do to the fact that we had to be escorted from room to car room to car room to any other place in the hotel because they couldn’t issue keys orb the first night nor did they have WIFI available. Which also means we didn’t have pool access. A full refund of the first NIGHT SHOULD be being reimbersed as I specified to Niema the desk clerk and an adjustment should be sent to affirm. Other than that the hotel is isolated the pool is small, the gym is AMAZING best gym I have ever been to to in any hotel. Rooms are dated you can tell they have been making renovations but it’s a lot of touch up stuff, no MICROWAVE in any rooms just every other floor. Bar is very noticeable and nice except it opens at 5pm🙄 and closes at 11pm again 12 -15 from anything fun which closes early as well. Lucky I am from the area have a lot of family but depending on SOMEONES personal hotel experiences (what you have been accustomed too) I would just stay at the MARRIOT near Westgate Mall first. No crime great amenities 2 REAL restaurants and in the middle of things to do

My sheets had not been changed in room 534 we discovered it at midnight, so we took a blanket out of closet to lay on top of sheets we pulled back the covers and it was all wrinkled with some hair at the foot of bed

I was impressed by the hotel when I walked in. It was very nice looking. I walked up to check in, the girl said "I need your license and card", no, hi how are you, or anything. The whole encounter was rude and awkward. Front counter staff should be welcoming, kind, and courteous. Next, we walked in our room and the smell of feet or dirty shoes about knocked us out. The room was clean and nice, just the smell was awful. There is no refrigerator in the room which we thought was strange and no trash bags in any of the trash cans. I probably would not stay here again, wasn't a good experience.

This property seems to be fairly new. Parking is ample, well lit and clean. Lobby is expansive with easy access to the restaurant and pool. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful in handling my room request. The room was clean, well stocked and I just can’t say enough about the comfort of the beds and bedding. Having stayed at other Four Points locations before this one delivers in every aspect.

Shower was awful. Like it's so awful I can't believe the poor engineering and the operation of it. The handle was falling off. A woman checked in before myself and the clerk sent her to her room 2 times before finally on the 3rd time she sent an employee to fix the problem. AC unit was not functional because no maintenance has been down on the unit in months. You can tell this from the filter that was completely covered in dirt. I shouldn't have to call anybody to fix something. This stuff should already be done and fixed. I have video of how awful the shower pressure was during the visit

Well Nice new pretty hotel but lack of personal even if the one on place is friendly. I came to check in at 5:30 and the room was not ready! Checking time is 3pm. Waited more then an hour to hve our dish in the reataurant. Our room was on the inside over the bar reception too noisy at night and early morning when the music start playind so early. Not sure i ll be bavk there maybe if changes are made.

Beautiful space. Very clean. Missing fridge at checkin, but we brought it to their attention and the front desk staff very promptly remedied the situation. They contacted maintenance who brought up a newly delivered fridge and set it up. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lightbulb missing from a lamp in a corner. The ceiling in the kitchenette area was kinda falling apart, but still all up overhead, though there was white dust from it on the floor. The outside door handle to the bedroom area was missing. There were 2 large tvs and the one in the livingroom area had a personalized welcome to me as well as a goodbye when we were leaving. The showerhead came apart when we tried to change the settings so we didn't want to mess with it and the water pressure left something to be desired. The soap smelled nice and the fact that they were in regular sized pump bottles made them less wasteful. The bed felt nuce at night, but we woke up in pain. Our room had no window to the outside, so we had no natural light to wake us up, it was like being in a cave. The balcony was nice, but we didn’t want to leave the curtains open to the entire hotel, as it overlooked the lobby and bar which was rowdy and loud on Friday night. There were a few drips on the cabinet in the kitchen area of unknown origin. A few of the light switches could have been wiped down, because they looked a tad dirty.

This was one of the best hotels my wife and I stayed at. Beautiful hotel in and out. Very reasonable nightly price, accomodations were outstanding from the private room with additional living room with big screen TV to a very comfortable bed and pillows and a large clean bathroom with all toiletries and soft large towels. It also has a work station. We stayed 1 night on our way to Hilton Head south Carolina. A must stay !!!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Desk staff was friendly, amenities were really nice. It did have some wasted space in the rooms but were really nice. The only downfall was the unfriendliness of the bartender…we would have had a few more drinks otherwise.

Every aspect of this property was exactly as I expected. The staff were all professional and friendly. The food was excellent, as was the bar. If I am back in Spartanburg, I will stay here again! I recommend it!

The room was nice but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I forgot to request for my room to be on the top floor so we had to constantly listen to kids running during the night. The lady at the bar was rude and unprofessional so my husband and I passed up on getting a drink. Very clean room and bathroom. The young lady that checked us in and out was pleasant.

Rooms are dated you can tell they have been making renovations but it’s a lot of touch up stuff, no MICROWAVE in any rooms just every other floor. Bar is very noticeable and nice except it opens at 5pm🙄 and closes at 11pm again 12 -15 from anything fun which closes early as well. Lucky I am from the area have a lot of family but depending on SOMEONES personal hotel experiences (what you have been accustomed too) I would just stay at the MARRIOT near Westgate Mall first. No crime great amenities 2 REAL restaurants and in the middle of things to do
I did not receive keys my first night, they SHOULD PAUL the Gm should be reaching out to you do to the fact that we had to be escorted from room to car room to car room to any other place in the hotel because they couldn’t issue keys orb the first night nor did they have WIFI available. Which also means we didn’t have pool access. A full refund of the first NIGHT SHOULD be being reimbersed as I specified to Niema the desk clerk and an adjustment should be sent to affirm. Other than that the hotel is isolated the pool is small, the gym is AMAZING best gym I have ever been to to in any hotel. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. We had great conversations with the ladies at the desk and they told me about all of the amenities in the hotel. It is very clean, quiet and beautiful place to stay. If in the area again, I will be back.

Clean, modernized place to stay. Greeted by a helpfully friendly young lady. Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom is small, and sink was outside of bathroom, but no biggie. Location isnt great for convenience but there is a Cracker Barrel next door. Would stay again

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is in a location that I had to study Google Maps to find. It seems quite new and they did not appear to have as many other guests as I would have anticipated given how appealing the property is. I had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant (where there were few other diners), including an excellent gumbo with lots of crawfish tails (I LOVE crawfish dating back to when I lived in New Orleans.) The entree was an equally excellent and tasty redfish dish. I imagine their desserts are great as well, but I am on a restricted sugar diet and had to pass on those. I also had a sit-down breakfast in that same restaurant the next day, not the buffet serve-yourself style that many hotels offer for those eager to eat and run. For starters, I ordered a bowl of oatmeal with fruit to which I added some blueberries that I had brought with me. I also had scrambled eggs and bacon in addition to a good cup of coffee. I had a very pleasant stay (one night on my way to New Orleans) and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for temporary accommodations in the Spartanburg area. I would certainly stay here again. The only downside of this hotel is the relatively obscure location, but some may consider that a plus.

The staff is very friendly especially the bar/restaurant staff! I recommend stopping by the bar for dinner, very good and unique southern cuisine. Hotel is in good condition and well maintained. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice perk.

This was our first time staying in Four Points Sheraton, which is now partnered with Marriott. We were in town for two nights to see the Celtic Thunder concert at the Memorial Auditorium. The hotel was very clean and attractive. Our room on the fifth floor was nice and quiet. Our favorite part of our stay was the onsite restaurant. We ate one dinner and two breakfasts in the restaurant, and all three were superb. Many of the offerings are house made by the excellent chef, and the wait staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely stay here anytime we are in Spartanburg.

W we have stayed here a few times now visiting Wofford. The place is very clean. Bring your own pillows though. There pillows are like sleeping on a sheet of paper.
