I liked it. Can’t let the condition of the carpet fool you, it’s actually very nice and clean.

There is no human at the reception desk which made it a bit confusing for us, but all worked out great in the end. Elevator needs fresh painting and new flooring, The unit is smaller than expected, but in great working condition and very clean and comfortable. there is no English instruction on how things work, but it was not hard for us to figure things out. Overall it's a great place to stay, close transportation and plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping areas all within walking distance.

入住是上下格床房，應該是最小的面積，各樣設備齊全，入住地面層，附近是平民區，沒有太多噪音，沒有車位，距離時租車位三幾分鐘步行算方便。

A solid apart-hotel not too far from Kamata station. The surrounding area has a lot of conveniences, and also a lot of women offering massages. They're harmless, but it can be a little surprising if you're not used to it. Women should feel safe though. The building itself is again, solid, though a few things fall short. The hallways are musty all the time, and there's even a sort of pet small on the second floor hallway. The carpets need a serious cleaning. The rooms though were very clean and reasonably comfortable. The bunk-bed room looks a little bigger online than it is, but it was fine for two people for 4 days... Any more folks might want to get a bigger room. We liked the room and the convenience quite a bit. We had an issue with our door lock and it was handled really promptly via their LINE app, which I appreciate. Get LINE if you're going to stay here to get the best service. All of the room ammenities worked well! All in all, a solid option for the price if you need a room with a real table to work at, need to make your own food, and are exploring near the south end of town.

駅にも近く、静かな場所で快適に過ごせました、ところどころ、お部屋に埃がありました、駐車場も徒歩圏内に24時間のコインパークがあり良かったです

Great hospitality No parking

Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. The check out time is 10:00AM which is a bit earlier than most hotels but the quietness and price superseeds the early check out time. About 10 minute walk to Kamata JR train station and Tokyo metro. Also about 20 minute walk from Tokyo KK metro line which goes to Haneda airport.

A small hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and train station. There are no facilities to leave luggage after check out, although we were a family of 4, there were only crockery and cutlery for 3. Behind the bed and the dip in the headboard could do with more regular cleaning. Apart from this it was clean, tidy, modern and comfortable.

8 minute walk to kamata station. Excellent food within minutes of walking. Rooms were clean and smelled good. But the hallway smelled terrible. Host was easy to get ahold of. Recommended.

The place is okay. You get what you pay for. There's no staff to get a hold off when you need something. The room had parts that are falling off. One of the nights a cockroach was crawling on the wall. It was 2 nights before check when that happened so it was useless for us to change rooms. I wouldn't personally stay here or recommend it to family or friends. Location was perfect, it was close to the station and places to eat. If they improve their services and rooms then maybe.

Clean room and very accommodated staff.

Great location, a FamilyMart is just a minute walk away from the hotel and the Kamata train station is about a ten minute walk. Super convenient and area is relatively quiet. Communication with customer service was okay, at times they would send late responses or fail to address a previous question/concern, but overall good. The cleanliness of our suite was not good. The table looked like it had not been wiped down from the previous guests, there was dust accumulated on some areas of the bedframe, the behind-the-mirror storage was very dirty, and we found patches of mold on the ceiling inside the shower room.

冷蔵庫の中とバスユニットの換気扇がとても埃だらけで少し残念でした。 何時もお掃除してから帰ります。 お掃除セットあると助かります。 フローリングシート付モップとか自分でできますので。 クローゼット内の黴が残念でした。 概ね快適でした。ずっとリピしますね。

We found a few cockroaches in our room.

Cleaning the room before the guests check in is not done properly . The room is very dirty. I experienced this problem every time I stayed.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a stove and kitchen was perfect and allowed us to prepare some meals.

From day one when we turned on the AC there was leaking. It soaked our luggage. They never fixed it. The only fix was 20%off & 1 hr xtra before checkout

Calling them for assistance was excellent as they speak very good English. We stayed at this location for about 2 weeks (a total of 4 of us). The area is quiet and the room was comfortable as there were some days where we stayed in and only went out for dinner. The WiFi supplied is plenty fast. As aforementioned, Kamata station is about a 10 minute walk which is super convenient. There are a number of stores and places to eat all within a 10 minute walk of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

Pros: 1) Superb Location, no taxi is required just 4mins away from Kamata Station. so you can travel from NTR to Kamata via Train and 4 mins walk to Property 2) Excellent check in and check out process no physical staff everything is via cloud ipad in reception and seems like 24hrs service 3) Family mart is just next door super options for quick food 4) lot of food options near kamata station you never feel without having food plentry of food stores, pastries shops 5) Decent shopping, uni clo is in station building Cons: 1) Very very small Rooms definitely not recommended for family with kids (I took a standard room with bunk bed so stay away) 2) very slippery bathroom i had a fall once and hurt my hand when trying to stop myself 3) 2 ppl cannot walk next to each walkway is just a tiny space again this is good for 1 or max 2 ppl 4) I asked for a bigger room they said they cant upgrade and i have to cancel no refund and book again 5) no floor mats it causes slip around bathroom for sure 6) spill remains on floor until you clean it wont dry 7) Bunk bed is very suffocating for 2nd person sleeping towards wall 8) no space to sit on top of bunk bed roof is just as low as bunk bed you have to crawl to get down i definitely not recommend to sleep up 9) No welcome water or drink room is just empty. Overall I dont recommend to book this hotel because of the space inside room ...i am not sure how big the other rooms are. But my room is not even good to have a better sleep.

This was a clean and spacious room that felt like an apartment. There was a kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, hot plate, cookware, crockery and cutlery. There was also a washing machine, tub and shower area. We also liked the dining table and 4 chairs. There was a coat closet and a drying rack. We were there for one night, so we only used the kettle. This would be a great place for a longer stay. The pre-check-in process had to be done online, and the check-in was done with the help of a tablet - no human interaction. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe.

We stayed for one night after a late flight in and it met the expectations for that. Compared to other Minn properties though, the rooms were very small, to the point that we didn't know where to out our luggage! Luckily there was an issue with our family room and we were given two bunk rooms instead (which worked out perfectly for us to ensure we had our first night in Japan with good sleep). Otherwise it was a clean property, modern and easy to access for what we needed. Thanks again!

WiFi sucked to high heaven. Unless you’re in the bathroom with one leg suspended in the air and a smile on your face, it was extremely poor and intermittent—often turning on and off at will.

お部屋の設備や清掃に関しては、とても良かった。ただ、エントランスで警報音がなっていて24時間応対の電話に電話するものの、「放っておけ」の一点張り。片言の方なので、意思疎通に苦労しながら、「だれか駆けつけないのか？」尋ねたが、「行けない」の一点張り。いくら無人施設で運営していてもなにかが起きた時には対処ができるスタッフ配置や、その際のマニュアル作りがないのはこれだけの規模の民泊？を運営するなら必要だと思う。子供を連れていたのでとても不安でした。それ以外はとても良かった。

ホテルは概ねよかったが、部屋の鍵のタッチセンサーが使いにくく何度やってもエラーになって5分間待たないといけなかったのが辛かった。結局ドアは開かず問い合わせて物理キーで開けることになった。それがなければ最高だったんですけどね。。。

The lobby door battery was out of power, and I was unable to open it, when I report that situation to the first representative, that guy turn off my line after I required help, and the second representative told me the key was in the public washroom. The first representative is terrible.

They came to 'clean' our room but only took out the trash. Everything else was dirty. The room’s lock is battery-operated, and we couldn't get in because the battery was dead. Contacting someone for assistance was difficult, as there was no one on-site.

We had a good time at Kamata area, you're close to the airport and not so far away from Tokyo downtown area. You have everything you need for your day life at Kamata station. Even a direct bus to the airport is by the train station.
