So parking is limited in front of room but do offer over flow parking.... it's definitely family friendly not sure about pets as I left mine at home... only thing I didn't like was they automatically put the fee on your card for any damages... even though they explained it would be refunded after cleaning of the room... but mine was returned to my account... have cash to make reservations or pay upon arrival and there's no charge for room cleaning....

Very little parking. Doesn’t feel secure. Bathroom had both hair on the floors and hairs stuck on the wet toilet seat. Bed sheets kept popping off the corners of the bed exposing the lack of mattress pad on the mattress (illegal in Washington).

This motel was a nice convenient motel it's in the middle betwêen Longview And Vancouver my partnsr and I just spent about a week there and the staff was courteous. The only thing I did t like was that there is no breakfast or swim.img pool like advertised. All in all good place to stay.

My room was filthy, the walls were filthy with stuff running down them, there was empty TP rolls on the floor and hair from a razor in the sink and counters. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom, several dead bugs including one large black spider on my bedroom wall and one dead on the floor. There were loud trains. ALL night long! Horrible place!

I wasn’t expecting much after reading the reviews but my experience was very pleasant. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, the area was well lit and felt safe around my room. I’d stay here again. The room is modern. Kinda like a motel 6. Nothing fancy but for the price it’s great

It was a good location to the casino and locations around. It was dirty. The bathroom and walls had spots and stains that I’m sure could have been cleaned. It didn’t smell clean. It was hard to sleep because the noise around you can hear everything- cars and people passing by

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Noisy all night horrible beds no lights in the room no coffee maker in room large tv that is hard to hear over the freeway noise. Ants and spiders were spotted daily the room is moldy and gross. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in and the owners clearly don’t care about the customers.

Sorry I would never stay here again the lamp shades were broken the curtains were broken! The floors I needed to wear my slippers because the floors weren’t clean! I could go on and on but kinda gross!

There was lots of someone else’s hair in the bathroom and wedged between the door jam. Sink was corroded and stuff stuck all over the shower handle . Shower curtain was torn and shower activator was jammed.

Not clean! Had mold on ceiling in bathroom. The walls were very dirty. Only 2 outlets worked. Refrigerator worked and was clean, bed in one room was dirty. TV was nice and big though. This hotel is NOT 4.3 miles from halloweentown, it’s an hour. Main reason we picked was because of distance. It was all very inconvenient and will not stay again. Staff is very friendly though.

It's fine -- better than camping in a lousy campground at Climber's Bivouac preceding a Mount St. Helens climb! Comfortable bed, a hot shower and a TV -- what else do you want in a freeway motel? OK, so the freeway noise was pretty persistent, but there are rooms on the other side of the motel... I just got unlucky on that, I guess. (I left a new package of earplugs on the nightstand for the next guest: Problem solved).

This motel is nicer than what we expected. The bed was EXCELLENT! New, clean room with new flooring, new bed and upgraded tv. Very comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Nice and clean. Room for improvement is defined in the things that don’t really matter. Hooks in the walls from old pictures, paint on the light switch covers. The room needed a toilet update and shower update. Everything worked, the room was very clean and like I mentioned, the bed was great! We would stay here if we are going thru the area again.

First we got the wrong room,then we got a really stinky room. The room we ended up in had one noisy bed, toilet would stick and keep flushing,and the shower kept dripping.The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will not go back

Smelled clean -- kinda like a pool. Felt clean. Toilet ran off and on. Odd set up for light switches in the bathroom (room #119). Bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good place to stay for one night.

This place was pretty loud and a little sticky. The front desk guy kept my id after check in, which was a little odd. There was a lot of fine print about deposits and didn’t get my “deposit” back until days later. I’d pick another I5 motel next time. The tv and cable worked thou.

I booked this hotel via Expedia. I traveled 2.5 hours with my mom and brother to the hotel only to find out the hotel was completely booked. The clerk at the reservation desk didn't even look like he worked there. He was not dressed professionally. He was completely rude. Told me he would call the cops if I didn't vacate the property. I can't review the property since I didn't stay there but would NEVER recommend staying there again due to the lack of customer service and how I was treated. I'd also like to note, that if you are going to stay there, what they don't tell you is that if you booked a reservation, it's a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. So even if you reserved a room it's not guaranteed. There's also NO PARKING! I had to park near the street in another business parking lot since the hotel parking lot was full. So disappointed.

we got there and front desk said our reservation was cancelled we could pay for a room that night but the second night was unavailable very unhappy with Expedia and OYO hotels. not a good experience after a 6 hr drive with lots of traffic to be told no room. They said they had no reason for cancellation just reservation cancelled.

They really didn't act as if they knew what they were doing. The room was far from being clean. I saw my fathers feet and I was appalled! I told him that I was glad he couldn't see them because he would be so upset, this was after getting out of the shower not much more than a 2 or 3 hour period before that. I found out they evidently didn't know what they were doing when they signed us in, as they didn't give me my drivers license back, all week. Not only all week when I checked out they never said anything, the owner himself said he didn't know how to get into the computer to even give me a receipt. Then I get to the airport I find out I have no drivers license {I had drove a rental car all week without them!} Now I can't go home because: They have my drivers license! They have had them several days. They didn't give them back to me! I had been in their office talking to them several times they never said anything!! They can't tell me they didn't know my name or what room I was in! SO WHAT IS THEIR EXCUSE? To date when my brother went to pick them up they told him nothing. They wouldn't answer their phone every time we've called. Shady Place!!

Don't leave this property before your damage deposit has been returned or you wont see it!! Called several times to try to get my damage deposit refunded ( i did no damage), all I got was the run around to call numerous people. All I have now are long distance charges to add to the damage deposit that was not refunded

I showed up early asked for an early check in, upon entering the office there was a musky smell that did not impress. Lady working front desk was confusing, in that time I was speaking to the lady, 2 city cops were circling the parking lot. Bad vibes from the get go, we ate the cost of the mistake to stay here, and stayed elsewhere. We will not be back, shady environment.

the owner/receptionist was very nice, reduced the $100 deposit, but I cannot imagine why a deposit would be needed for a bare bones basic room, needs paint, touch up, a good scrub, more than one soap in the bathroom, really? the bed was ok, the tv worked, and the floors are vinyl covered, nothing special. It was very noisy from the highway, no breakfast and a long walk to the front office for free coffee....would not stay again....

This was a nice little motel, staff was extremely nice! Just a couple things that would’ve made it better is it had said that there was a coffee maker in the room, however, there was not. Also, there was damage to the nightstand that was extremely visible, as well as the lampshade look like it had been smashed and just popped back out. I also was a little bit bothered by the bed as it was supposed to be a queen bed. I have a queen bed at home and at most it was a full, maybe double. Rooms were very clean though, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We needed a good, no frills, safe place to spend the night on the road. This one fit the bill. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in finding a nearby place for us to have dinner. I would stay here again if passing through on a road trip.
