If travelers are looking for an inexpensive hotel, with clean comfortable rooms, this is your place to stay. Unfortunately, there are no elevators, which we did not find out from Expedia. We were given a second floor room, which necessitated hauling our luggage up some fairly steep stairs. The desk clerk helped us with an ice chest, but we found the whole endeavor unsatisfactory.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub and breakfast. Pool area was locked up and out of order. Breakfast was just mini donuts, bread, plain bagel, cereal. Old bananas. Milk tasted funny and looked old. They seem to be painting and getting new furniture. Hallways smelled stinky ffom cigerette smoke but Thankfully room was okay. I asked about why they didn't update hotels.com about pool and hot tub not working and clerk said they weren't able to. I would like a refund or free room, if I'd known I would have booked another hotel nesrby

The property is undergoing a renovation. The rooms were not extremely dirty but also not clean. The furniture was old the bathroom needed updating. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room corfortable. The pool/spa area needs renovating and the pool was green when I stayed there. I hope they renovate this place for future guests

Parking lot was very creepy, trash stacked up outside of door. Random grill, and many(dozens) of beer cans and bottles in parking lot. Lots of late-night people outside in parking lot. Hallway smelled of burned, greasy food. Bathroom was dirty, towel, etc. Tiles broken. Room smelled horrible of cigarettes. Unfortunately it was the only place to stay, due to football game and race nearby. Luckily, I always stay prepared, with lysol wipes, spray cleaner and brought my own pillows/sheets/blankets and towels. That is my "ocd", nomatter where I stay, and thank God I travel with those things. I spent 45 minutes cleaning and would have never used the linens/towels provided. Will not stay there again.

Dingy, dirty, unpleasant stench. Out of 3 lights in the room, 2 did not even have light bulbs. The TV did not work. Walls, floors, counters... were filthy. The hallway had a strong smoke odor. Outside door locks were missing, simply holes where the locks should be.

Being remodeled it did not have an elevator we we’re put on second floor and discovered this but the front desk found us a room ground level Lot’s better than climbing stairs

Roaches in the room, trash under the beds and in the floor, bathtub wouldn’t drain, not enough towels for four people and didn’t have any when asked. Also homeless people living in the hotel. Nasty and not safe for families. This was an overnight stay and we are by no means picky people and understand it was cheap! But would highly recommend staying somewhere else. Needs condemned

Did not stay in this motel I rented it at 8 pm and when arriving at the motel and apon entering the room the room was filthy , the ac didn’t work and had dead bugs in it , there was water running down the walls , the mattress was on two box springs in the floor and had blood stains and God knows what else on the mattress , had beer bottle lids laying in the floor , carpets was stain and filthy , went back and told the lobby attendant we was a refund , he was rude wouldn’t talk to hotels , rented the room to someone else and got smart with me and my son , this place need shut down .

Housekeeping failed to clean the room before I got there. The bathroom floor was so dirty, the towel fell on the floor and was black after touching the floor. I had to get more towels and toilet paper because there were only two towels total and a partial roll of paper. There were candy wrappers behind the table with chocolate on it. The bedspread had stains and some dried food on the side. The room carpet was not cleaned with a vacuum. It was also a second floor room that I was not advised of. The staff were great otherwise. The front desk sent someone to meet us at the stairs to help with the luggage up the stairs. They are renovating the entire hotel so maybe it will get better in the future.

Property itself is in a great location, but it is severely lacking in cleanliness when we checked into our room, not only were the floors so dirty that our socks were jet black within a few minutes of walking across the floors bathtub was completely clogged with hair. There was a drink, appeared to be a margarita sitting on the nightstand, half all the bedding was stained. There was also food growing its own city underneath both beds.

We only stayed in this hotel because it was late and we had no other place to go. The rooms were filthy. The beds were not changed and the sheets were used as we found someone else’s socks at the bottom of the bed. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the floors were not vacuumed. The hallway looks like something out of a nightmare with flickering lights, the stench of cigarette smoke and multiple full garbage cans out side of the doors. It was cheap, but disgusting.

The motel is under renovations. I was given a room that was partly renovated for $120 (after taxes). The floor was very dirty, there were no baseboards, and the mirror skd sink were pretty dirty. Not very impressed with the overall experience. Would not have stayed there if there would have been rooms available in other hotels in the area. Overall, way over priced. Conditions were less than appropraite fod the cost of the stay.

The Roku tv did not work the first night even after the desk person came and tried to get it working. The room was run down as in ceiling paint hanging down, the curtains off the window, bath room towel tack missing, etc. second night there a puppy was running in the hallway around 1am and when I asked for a copy of my receipt I was told that since I used Expedia they would send me a receipt. No lids for the coffee.

The assigned room was clean and the environmental control was very good. Yet, there were a couple of conditions that were a bit unpleasant. First, the shower did not work properly- no water through the shower head, which normally would cause an occupant of the room to take a full bath. However, When I sit flat on a surface, without some supporting element, I have a very difficult problem in arising to a standing position. Thus, I did a whole body wash standing up. It was OK but not a shower quality on personal cleanliness. Next, I killed two roaches in the bathroom. I mentioned that to the clerk on checkout and hope that the comment spurred some action by the manager. Other than these two complaints, the stay was pleasant and the Inn was near locations in the area I needed to visit.

The facilities were extremely dated. The bathroom was not accommodating. The sink did not drain properly and the toilet took forever to flush. The paint on the walls in the bathroom were dripping and the shower had a strange panel in the ceiling that was rusted and paint flaking. The bed was old but comfortable. The TV was small but functional.

At Check in, the clerk asked me for proof of my service dog certification. I provided it, but informed him in is a violation of the ADA to ask for that. I entered my room and found out the internet was down. I planned to work from the room from 6:00 am to 10:30 am the next morning and needed the internet. I then pulled the sheet down and found the bed cloths had not been changed. there was dirt on the sheets and boogers on the side of the bed. In the morning, I looked at the coffee maker in the room. It was very dirty. I had to drive to Hardee's for coffee at 5:00 am. The positive was the bed was comfortable.

Stayed a Couple od Days .Whole Inn was Clean and neatly kept .Romm was very nice big bed lots of pillows all the amenities including coffee ready to be brewed which was appreciated after a long trip.Customer Service was excellent very nice people quick easy check in.They are pet friendly and serve a continental breakfast for hungry guests to enjoy .They have a gym too.The inn is close to many restaurants and shopping stores .I highly recommend them.and will be seeing the again very soon.

ROACH! At the time of our stay the security feature on the door - GONE! anyone could enter. Breakfast for continental - if you weren't there early - no good options! One day we had Sunny D in small cups that you use in a bathroom. The room was nice and spacious, not sure of internet (we do not use hotel internet), the room was clean, but no daily service - only after a 3 day will you get any fresh towels, clean up or trash taken. One room their trash was outside their door for 3 days (which is how long our stay was). Need more lighting.

We didnt mind staying there, HOWEVER our room smelled horrible, there was food and bugs on the floor, old food in the microwave, sheets were stained and had several ciggerette burns, and our room was given to another couple within 10 minutes of being there. We spoke with the front desk about cancelling because of the poor conditions and they said to go through expedia for the full refund. We didnt want a full refund, we didnt mind paying for the night and a cancellation fee since the front desk was very helpful. However a couple days later Expedia reached out that the econo lodge was not going to honor any refunds becuase of the specific booking. If i thought i needed to get hotel booking insurance just for basic living conditions, i wouldve gotten it. But that wasnt the case.

Address is incorrect on Expedia. I just happened to find it unexpectedly. When I told the staff the address was incorrect, he really didn’t seem to care at all. I tried to call a few times prior to finding it, but of course no answer. At least it was clean and comfortable, but the “breakfast” was worthless.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BREAKFAST. THIS MUST HAVE BEEN A REALLY WONDERFUL PLACE AT ONE TIME. FOUND ORANGE PEELS IN TRASH CAN, NOT EMPTIED FROM LAST VISITOR. GLAD TO SEE THAT SOME REMODELING IS BEING DONE.

The staff was friendly. The grounds needs a lot of up keep. Hallways where dirty, a good vacuuming would do wonders. The room was clean, no visually noted creapy crawlers. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one kind of bagel, some white bread, only grape jelly, and two kinds of sweet breakfast cereal. At least they did have coffee. Basically you got you paid for. Price was good for a place just to sleep.

Advertised an amazing breakfast. No eggs or pancakes waffles sasauge or gravy. Only bagels and bananas and dry cereal. Definitely will not be back here. Bathroom was gross dirty

Did not even have breakfast for us they made me put an extra $50 down when I got there for security of the room they literally gave me a room that smelled like smoke and smelled like dog but yet they told me it was a non-smoking room that pets wasn't allowed
