I stayed at Kim’s condo with my husband and two children. The condo was just as described. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk straight out to the pool and beach. Kim was a very welcoming host. She made sure we got checked in smoothly and had everything we needed.

Loved being steps from the beach. Condo was well stocked & perfect for a relaxing vacation soaking up the sun. There were less restaurants in walking distance than we had hoped but that didn’t prevent us from having a great time. We drove surrounding beach areas and definitely liked this area the best. Definitely will be back. Side note parking is tight & there really is only room for 1 vehicle per unit.

Check in was easy, communication was great, property was perfect for our family, overall a great stay! Mere steps from the beach made it so easy to enjoy the beach without hauling everything all at once. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here while visiting family in Myrtle Beach. It is conveniently located to quickly get anywhere in town, but the condo sits at a nice quiet little section about a half mile down the beach from the Garden City pier, in an unassuming building away from most of the big beach crowds. Very clean and well stocked with everything, including beach chairs for sitting in the sand. The deck and the building are both access-controlled using codes & keys, so you don’t have people wandering up on to the private deck. It has a small pool and a shower / sprayer for cleaning off sand and salt water. I should also mention, since I didn’t see it in other reviews, is that the beach bar / restaurant The Conch Cafe is a short walk up the beach to the north, less than half a mile. It was great for lunch and dinner without having to drive. The owner Kim is very responsive and wants to help you have a nice stay. The place is spacious, beautifully furnished & decorated, and clean. Lots of towels is a plus. I really liked the combination lock on the front door, so you could come and go from the beach without having to worry about a key. Very nice place! No real complaints at all.

Property was as described. Enough room for six adults and a four year old. The only negatives are there is only one parking spot for the unit and we had three vehicles. The property management group we rented through let us park our other two vehicles on their lot which was 5 minutes away. Also we only received one fob for entry into the building. Not a big deal but we were supposed to get two of them.

The view and the sound of the ocean is what makes this condo so great! The condo felt spacious and I liked the layout of the bedrooms. It had everything we needed. It was so convenient to just walk down on the beach and have showers, hoses and the pool all right there!

Couldn't be any cleaner. All the beds and furniture was very comfortable. Only two patio chairs for four guests was not enough, but that was the only complaint we. Overall a great experience. We will be back.

This place was so nice. It’s newly remodeled and clean. Great views of the ocean. Great location. We would defiantly stay again. The only issue we had was the netting attached to the balcony rails. It made it difficult to see the beach and ocean through the rails while sitting.

Went for a long weekend. This property is way above my expectations. Everything's in great condition. Clean newly renovated Amazing views from the master bedroom and living. Communication with owner was very prompt and helpful restaurant suggestions . Will stay again in the very near future.

You do need a car to get around but you can not beat being right on the water— also being the lower bottom unit especially if you have young children is a major plus!! I highly recommend! Kim and her family are great hosts- they have everything you need in the condo; from beach chairs to pots & pans! I can’t wait to go back again!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Great condo, awesome view and access to sun deck, and ease of entry into property for elderly parents. The owner, Kim, was such a big help, especially in retuning an item we accidentally left behind. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is thoughtfully outfitted with every possible need you may have.I highly recommend it to anyone who love direct access to the beach and a comfortable, extremely clean place to relax. Fantastic week long stay at this first floor condo with great beach access. Owner Kim made registration and check in easy. She also answered a lot of questions and provided area information. Location is superb and the condo was clean and well equipped. We are returning next year!!

If you are looking for a clean property with a modern update, this is a great rental. The view and beach access are great! The location is very family friendly and we saw a lot of other families. Loved being steps from the beach. Condo was well stocked & perfect for a relaxing vacation soaking up the sun. There were less restaurants in walking distance than we had hoped but that didn’t prevent us from having a great time. We drove surrounding beach areas and definitely liked this area the best. Definitely will be back. Side note parking is tight & there really is only room for 1 vehicle per unit.

Stayed here while visiting family in Myrtle Beach. It is conveniently located to quickly get anywhere in town, but the condo sits at a nice quiet little section about a half mile down the beach from the Garden City pier, in an unassuming building away from most of the big beach crowds. Very clean and well stocked with everything, including beach chairs for sitting in the sand. The deck and the building are both access-controlled using codes & keys, so you don’t have people wandering up on to the private deck. It has a small pool and a shower / sprayer for cleaning off sand and salt water. I should also mention, since I didn’t see it in other reviews, is that the beach bar / restaurant The Conch Cafe is a short walk up the beach to the north, less than half a mile. It was great for lunch and dinner without having to drive. The owner Kim is very responsive and wants to help you have a nice stay. The place is spacious, beautifully furnished & decorated, and clean. Lots of towels is a plus. I really liked the combination lock on the front door, so you could come and go from the beach without having to worry about a key. Very nice place! No real complaints at all.

This is maybe the 3rd time I've stayed in this Cabana. It's so reliably enjoyable. The location is perfect, the pricing seems reasonable, and it has a lot of character, especially compared to a normal hotel room. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Spent many hours on the front porch and walking up and down the beach. Close to everything. Well decorated and everything we could need. Great hosts! Definitely recommend!

Loved the condo! Very pretty and clean and comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen (even though we did not cook alot). The view of the water and the beach was outstanding. Location in Garden City was minutes to all kinds of resturants and shops. Could see the pier from the balconey. Never stayed in Garden City but will again! Been going to Myrtle Beach for years but never again! Everthing was perfect!

This condo was the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in! Kitchen had items that I didn't even realize I needed! Very well stocked kitchen And don't even get me started on how comfortably it was decorated. It looked like a professional had decorated! All rooms we done on soothing colors and very comfortable furniture. And of course superb location to pool and beach! Kim was above and beyond super host!
