I wish I could live here!!! Truly the most beautiful home and such gracious hosts. The massive native garden in the front yard is so pretty to look at and there are even more lovely plants inside. The hosts have thought of, and provide, quite literally everything you might need (toiletries, towels, water) and then some—a delightful coffee bar with all sorts of breakfast items! I especially loved the house kitties roaming about, they are so cute. Lastly, the location is perfect and my pup and I loved walking around the neighborhood. 100/10 would recommend and I will DEF be staying here again soon!!

This is a very cute place with lots of personality. Warm and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Pros: Hosts were very helpful and attentive. (The stairs were too many for me so the hosts gave me a parking spot in the back so I could avoid the stairs.) My room was downstairs, with my own bathroom. Locking doors, huge closet, a safe in the room. Full size bathroom with a nice shower. Comfy bed. I was happy. I enjoyed the coffee and granola bar in the morning. And there are other breakfast options to choose from. Shared kitchen was kept clean. The other guests were friendly. Great location, Short drive to the (very busy) Tacoma Mall. Cons: The blinds did not close completely. But I did have privacy. There are cats, which I loved, but if you can't be around cats this would be a con for you. Not ideal for a disabled person. But the hosts went over and above to accommodate my stay. Thank you.

It was absolutely clean. It was very comfortable. There are a lot … A lot of stairs, which was fine for me, but I have family that would not have been able to negotiate that many stairs. The app that I was supposed to download to get me in did not work, so I was glad there was a back up that Dale, the host, texted me to get in the door. I will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself. They did mention cats in their introduction. The kitties were very friendly. I very much appreciated the over-the-counter pain relievers and and acids Q-tips, etc. in the bathroom. I didn’t need much of it, but it was nice to know that it was there. The only drawback was the microwave in the kitchen. Did not appear to be working, but the microwave in my room worked perfectly. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

A bedroom in a private home. Greeted by kitties, this is fully contactless stay, with all the amenties and more of a very nice hotel. Absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend as long as you are okay sharing a bayhroom, living space and kitchen. There is a wonderful backyarsmd with great ambience and a cozy front yard nook. Go and enjoy for a few days. Close in to everything Tacoma.

This was so lovely! Beautiful home, so so clean, my room was cozy, bathroom was stocked up, all the snacks and coffee. Got to meet Dale, he’s so nice! They have 3 cats and I LOVE cats. Helped me not miss my cat so much. The cats are very friendly and loving. I almost didn’t even want to leave the house and just wanted to snuggle up with the cats. Plenty of parking and it’s so close to everything. I took a quick Uber down few minutes and bar hopped the rad neighborhood bars. The key app is awesome to lock and unlock door. You also get a key to your room. I didn’t know about the gym, my fault. I also didn’t see the massage gun until I was packing up - needed it 😂. Wonderful experience and wonderful stay. I will stay here again when I come back. I almost want to come back just to stay here. Thank you Dale!

Great, quiet, clean place; you only have to bring yourself it has everything you need, from an extra comfortable bed, a desk if you're on a business trip or just use your laptop or ipad... complimentary wifi, night lamps with every type charging cables and wireless charger, a little android screen with the time a speaker and you can check the weather and put on some music with Spotify... a portable air conditioner and an air purifier fan, bathrobes towels even a massage gun a little fridge with freezer cabinet, tasteful decorations and a big screen tv. Every common area its always clean, full toiletries in the bathroom, up to date laundry room with that you only have to put your clothes to wash and dry fast they are preloaded with detergent and dryer balls respectively, full kitchen with everything you need, it even has an air fryer, complimentary continental breakfast, it has a certain time but its always there... I really loved the place near everything I went to see and do.

Great place to stay, everything was neatly organized, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was very nice. Washer and dryer is an absolute plus. The smoking area in the front is pretty cool as well. One of the best parts of staying here was the 3 cats the owner had roaming around lol

Really cute house and great host! Decent rate, good location. Lots of phone charger options. Dale was helpful for dinner suggestions. Check-in involves downloading an app, then sending copy of my ID. I've never done that before. It took some time.

Comfortable mattress, well lighted walkway to front door. Hosts are overcommitted and inattentive: no check in instructions with access code by check-in time; room, dishwasher dishes and catbox uncleaned; old food in kitchen. Host communication could be better. Don't stay if you aren't willing to care for animals and serve yourself. Nice plants and fireplace in living room.

A very clean and friendly home with gorgeous wildflowers in the front yard - absolutely a delightful place to stay. Dale & Connor made the entire process smooth so I could come and go whenever needed. The host cats were friendly and very sweet as well!

Property was too far from our activities due to unbelievably bad traffic at morning and night. Don't stay in Tacoma if you need to be in Seattle. Cats allowed on kitchen counters. Had some electrical issues and a couple minor other issues. Owner was very responsive.

We loved this place. It was very cozy and relaxed and had everything that we'd hoped for and much more. The room was equipped with water, cables, and air conditioning. Very clean and tidy as well as modern. Highly recommend! The hosts are accommodating and friendly!

Very clean & stylish, with great plants and air purifiers which also provided white noise so I slept soundly! Sociable and awesome cats were a bonus and they introduced the dogs in a controlled way which I appreciated. Lots of good places to eat on 6th Ave close by since I didn’t have a car. I stayed for one night - enjoyed the super friendly cats! The house if extremely welcoming, comfortable, and clean. As a guest there are lots of amenities available which are thoughtful and handy! Had a slight issue with another guestroom alarm going off at 4:30am - and going steady for half an hour - otherwise, it was wonderful stay. The host provided lots of helpful information in advance which was absolutely needed in order to arrive in the dark.

So much better than staying in a hotel. The owners communicated well before arrival. They think of every little touch, like chargers in the bedrooms and tips and Motrin, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend

The hosts and other guest were very frienly and even invited me to enjoy a fire with them in the back yard. I was amazed at all of the extras they have for guests (toothbrush, mouthwash, phone charging cables, ear plugs). Also hreat coffee and snacks for the morning. I will definitely stay there again.

The Airbnb was in a quiet residential area with a beautiful garden at the entrance. The house was clean and inviting and had everything that I needed for a very comfortable stay, including a sweet gray tabby cat who spent a lot of time with me in my room. Dale and Connor were warm, friendly, and attentive hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very cute place with lots of personality. Warm and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Pros: Hosts were very helpful and attentive. (The stairs were too many for me so the hosts gave me a parking spot in the back so I could avoid the stairs.) My room was downstairs, with my own bathroom. Locking doors, huge closet, a safe in the room. Full size bathroom with a nice shower. Comfy bed. I was happy. I enjoyed the coffee and granola bar in the morning. And there are other breakfast options to choose from. Shared kitchen was kept clean. The other guests were friendly. Great location, Short drive to the (very busy) Tacoma Mall. Cons: The blinds did not close completely. But I did have privacy. There are cats, which I loved, but if you can't be around cats this would be a con for you. Not ideal for a disabled person. Property was too far from our activities due to unbelievably bad traffic at morning and night. Don't stay in Tacoma if you need to be in Seattle. Cats allowed on kitchen counters. Had some electrical issues and a couple minor other issues. Owner was very responsive.

The place was clean and comfortable. The presence of plants and cats made it feel super homey. The hosts, Connor and Dale were very friendly and accommodating. I also got to chatting with a couple of the other guests there and they were super nice. Parking was easy and the neighborhood felt safe. I have no complaints. I would stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone who enjoys a clean, cozy, friendly, safe environment.

I wish I could live here!!! Truly the most beautiful home and such gracious hosts. The massive native garden in the front yard is so pretty to look at and there are even more lovely plants inside. The hosts have thought of, and provide, quite literally everything you might need (toiletries, towels, water) and then some—a delightful coffee bar with all sorts of breakfast items! I especially loved the house kitties roaming about, they are so cute. Lastly, the location is perfect and my pup and I loved walking around the neighborhood. 100/10 would recommend and I will DEF be staying here again soon!!

Loved, loved, loved. What an amazing time. The owners are amazing and care so much. The place is so homie. Even bathroom amenities were given, breakfast and got to hang out with them for a bit and enjoy the company. They gave great suggestions for our trip and were so welcoming. Definitely recommend!!!! ;)

Dale couldn't have been nicer. Has every toiletry you could possibly think of in the bathroom. Has 3 friendly cats. He even offered us to join him grilling his 4th of July dinner. You can enjoy your meals at his dining room table and use his kitchenware if you'd like. Has breakfast foods, too.

This place is very clean, modern, and you can tell the hosts put lots of effort into making it comfortable. My short interactions with them they seemed very nice. My lower rating is because this is not a bed and breakfast. This is just rooms in a shared house. Granted, it’s a very nice house, but this is in no way a BnB. Some things like cereal and muffins were available, but that’s it. Again, it’s a super nice place and if I were looking for a room in a shared house, it’s perfect. But “bed and breakfast” is very misleading.

The house and room were great. The ashtrays and cigarette butts on both the front and back patios was off-putting for non-smokers. It was nice to have a fenced yard for may small service dog to explore. Loved having kitties to pet, too!

Stayed just 1 night 9pm to 10am next day. Very nice comfy room with private bath. Bed was comfy. House Cats inside were adorable and super friendly. A few things I would recommend is changing the shower curtain. It was quite old and brown along the bottom. And picking up dog poop in the backyard asap. Hard to enjoy the space when there's several poopy spots.

I spent a week comparing hotels and, despite my skepticism, (it just looked too good and affordable to be true) so I booked this one for a single night — and I was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded the ad claims: thoughtful amenities, a relaxed, down-to-earth staff and owners, and beautifully decorated communal spaces that feel like a cozy home. The atmosphere is fun and varied, with plenty of tasteful areas to hang out and unwind. All of this comes at a fraction of the price you’d expect for such quality. Four stars — highly recommended; they’ve clearly put a lot of care into the details.
I spent a week comparing hotels and, despite my skepticism, (it just looked too good and affordable to be true) so I booked this one for a single night — and I was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded the ad claims: thoughtful amenities, a relaxed, down-to-earth staff and owners, and beautifully decorated communal spaces that feel like a cozy home. The atmosphere is fun and varied, with plenty of tasteful areas to hang out and unwind. All of this comes at a fraction of the price you’d expect for such quality. Four stars — highly recommended; they’ve clearly put a lot of care into the details.
