Very nice hotel with a patio/fire pit area and a roof top bar. The rooms are very comfy and eco-conscious. A nice breakfast with both hot and continental options. It is located across the street from the City Foundry with unique restaurants, stores and entertainment.

Upon check-in we were informed the pool was closed. Unfortunately, this was quite upsetting considering we chose a hotel rather than airbnb for the pool. We were permitted to use the pool of a sister property down the road. The room was ok, but there were several areas where it should have have been cleaned better. The staff was very accommodating and the Foundry across the street was fun and walkable.

Lovely rooms, lobby and most of outdoor areas. Well designed and fresh. Breakfast was veried and fresh. Fresh flavored water always available. Staff always present and efficient. Pool area needed attention. Pool not heated but enclosed. Construction ongoing in parking area.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned on the second day. The sink tap had ketchup on it and was dirty and not cleaned properly and the floor was a bit dirty too.

The room was spotless and smelled clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The filtered, drinkable tap water could be felt in the high-pressure shower. If the room hadn't been satisfactory enough the STAFF were some of the friendliest, most helpful people I have encountered. Fyore helped me at check-in. She was SO friendly and helpful. Samantha helped me at check-out and showed me that this staff knows how to care of their guests. Great stay! Thank you!

Overall, my experience at the Element was satisfactory. I appreciated the convenient location, close to various dining options and activities. However, the cleanliness was below expectations; our room had remnants of old food and dirty dishes from previous guests. Despite requesting housekeeping service over the course of two days, my room was not cleaned until the third day. Additionally, during interactions with the housekeepers, a younger staff member was quite combative, asking whether the room was ours and then snatched my keycard from my hand to verify. The older housekeeper attempted to address the situation, but the younger staff member was unresponsive. Overall, this left a somewhat negative impression of the establishment. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my experience as a 7. I will add that T.Y. at the front desk was exceptional at taking care of my family and concerns!

Additionally, a large party at the hotel's rooftop bar, located on the same floor as my room, continued until 1 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. While the bed was comfortable, the room had an unpleasant odor upon my arrival. I also had to flush the toilet and run water in the shower drain to clear them. Overall, the hotel is newer and fresh feeling, but the pillows (every single one of the 10 we had in our suite) could not have been worse!! Old. Flat. No fluff. Switch the pillows and it’s a perfect place to stay close to everything in St. Louis!

The first night of our 2 night stay was good. Even though the room was incorrect the staff was helpful and fixed the situation. The beds and nice. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good. Night 2 was borderline terrible. They put a DJ in their 7th floor bar and we had to listen to loud music and banging for hours. Even after we called the front desk, the music seemed to get louder. Even after the it ended at midnight it was hard for any of us to get much rest. Great hotel but steer clear of the top floors

Great staff. Friendly very helpful but I was in a 3rd floor room and window to my room looked down on the parking lot for the college apt parking area where a very loud music and light show went on until close to 4 am. The staff offered to move rooms but it was the middle of the night. Great stay other than very little rest before flying out the next afternoon

Honestly the hotel is beautiful the room was clean, the lady at the front desk was on task but was aggressive with her tone of voice. My biggest issue is my family of five was put into a room that had the noisiest air condition I couldn’t sleep. Had to give my kids ear plugs to sleep

I loved how roomy the size of the room was for our family of 6!! The 2 queen beds, a fold out couch and a small kitchen was perfect for our extended stay!! We were lucky to have some pretty awesome staff members looking out for us while we were there as well!! The Foundry across the street added ro our tour list and made for an even better and fun stay! We highly recommend this hotek and will definitely book again next time we vidit St. Louis!!

I always wanted to stay in one of the rooms that have a view of the arch, so I booked a presidential suite. But now I realize that the rooms I was hoping to stay in, are only available as a common suites area...this would be a great option for a family. Our presidential suite was on the 7th floor and had a great view looking towards Forest Park. Great location for the Flyover Comedy Festival.

The hotel and staff, for the most part, were wonderful. Always greeted with a warm hello and needs were met when asked. My family and I recently frequented St. Louis (3-28-23/3-31-23) over our Spring break and stayed at Element Hotel wish will NOT be recommending to our family or friends. I left my wallet in our room during a day outing to Mizzou. We got an email notification that my HSA credit card and an additional credit card had been used at a clothing website called SHEIN. We filed police report but the hotel has done anything at all to rectify the situation. The general manager reassured us of an internal investigation and reimbursement for our stay to rectify the inconvenience, loss of trust and invasion of privacy that we had undergone during our visit. She said that she would be contacting us in the next few days to process the credit. We have yet to hear from her (and it has been over a week. We are extremely disappointed and hope this does not happen to anybody else. Do not stay in this hotel!

We arrived at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes. The front desk staff while friendly were in the midst of staff change and did not appear to communicate our room readiness issue which made the wait to checkin and get into our room longer. We were a party of 5 and had enough towels in our room for 2 people. When housekeeping brought the towels, the wait was longer than anticipated and the staff was not courteous when dropping off. We were also not impressed with the number of people coming in after 11pm to go to the rooftop bar that were not hotel patrons. They were very rude when sharing the elevator. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, even the pullout.

The staff of the Element Midtown are some of the finest in the industry! They make you feel welcome from the time you step out of your car to the time you check out. They are more than willing to help with any questions you have and are always friendly and accommodating. Plus, if you are a returning guest they usually remember you and welcome you back!

The staff at the Element in St. louis was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. EVERYONE was very helpful, positive, and eager to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Even though I didn’t need it, I was given several recommendations for dinner, shopping, etc. The breakfast was very good and I was asked several times if I needed anything else. Great customer service experience!

The facility was very nice and clean with very friendly staff. The GPS took us to the back of the building for some reason, so that was a little challenging. It would have been nice if they had a sign or paint on the street designating the area for load/offload for the facility. The valet was great and very timely. Would definitely Stay again, very convenient for our visit to Chaifetz arena.

Very clean and welcoming Place to stay. Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Rooms very clean and modern. The Foundry right across the street had every activity imaginable from a movie, putt put, Bar, shops, Food. 3 minute drive to Busch Stadium. Will stay there again. 5 Stars in my book.

Chose this hotel since we were attending a concert right across the street at City Winery. So obviously a fantastic location. ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Used the valet services which was also fantastic. Room essentially had a full kitchen so this would work perfect for a longer stay. Free breakfast was ok….good if you’re in a hurry. If not, a brunch place would be a better option. Will definitely stay here again!

We were so excited to try this brand but were absolutely underwhelmed with it. Parking was expensive and inconvenient for a non-downtown location. There were pretty design and decor elements, but the quality unimpressive - my husband deemed it like "putting lipstick on a pig". It was just a prettied up medium quality hotel. The room was fine, again pretty but not high quality. The tiny decorative sink drained slowly and almost overflowed every time we washed out hands, plus the water never got hot, just lukewarm. Bathroom was otherwise okay but needed a thorough cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a chaotic disaster. The "cool" setup was absolutely not functional and everything was in need of replenishing throughout the morning. Service was friendly but slow, and it was impossible to grab a "quick" breakfast, as everything was in low supply. Overall, disappointed with this brand and and would not stay again.

We loved that the property has valet, kids loved the indoor pool since the weather wasnt perfect. Staff was AMAZING, we were on a road trip from south Mississippi and this was the second hotel we stayed in and it was 10 times better than the first. Breakfast was also AMAZING my husband who is usually never impressed coulnt stop talking about the avocado toast and eggs. When we plan another trip back we will be booking here again!!!

The breakfast was fantastic. Hot French toast. So many choices. Such friendly staff. Always smiling and always courteous. We were there as my spouse was in a nearby hospital. Everyone was accommodating and genuinely concerned.

Breakfast was not good at all. The milk was spoiled, no plain water. I made a reservation for a one bedroom suite for 2 kids and 2 adults which is 4 people. The soda was supposed to be a bed, it was not. And I only got 2 towels and washcloths for 4 people. When I called for more they acted like it was a problem and wanted my dirty linens in exchange for 2 towels. We hadn’t used any yet! I was very disappointed that the sofa didn’t make a bed and it was like they only expected 2 people despite reservation for 4. Plus the parking situation is ridiculous- Sept and valet same price!

We had a great experience overall. The hotel is nice and new. Being in the city, it is located near many restaurants and attractions. Our only complaint was that Sunday morning around 9am, there were not enough staff for breakfast so when we arrived, they were out of coffee, juice, water, fruit, bread, cereal, creamer, cups, toppings for yogurt.
