This was a near-perfect stay for my two young boys and I. We loved the pool table and the pool the most, and our room was exactly what we needed. The only difficult thing was navigating street parking since there is not a parking lot on site.

The hotel had a nice overall feel, but I was a bit disappointed by a few things. For the price, I expected parking to be included, so the extra charge felt unnecessary. The sheets and towels had an unpleasant odor, which took away from the comfort of the stay. It was also quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience.

This place has an amazing vibe. The staff just incredibly friendly and helpful. Games, billiards, indoor pool, breakfast is worth the money and conveniently located to all the hospitals. Will book again on our next surgery.

Hotel and amenities were amazing!! Very friendly staff and very clean!!! The only thing we did not love was the parking - the lot was not attached to the property and you had a bit of a walk to get to your car! Other than that - great!!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking is not convenient. I don't even know where the parking garage is located. When we checked in she told us to park on the street which is what we ended up doing. You still have to pay the meter. Bar was not open on Saturday night.

We enjoyed the stay! We did have to go ask for a broom has the room floors were pretty dirty! Lots of dryer rice, hair and gritty stuff was on the floors but other than that we thought the rooms were cute and staff was nice!

The front desk and staff were very polite and attentive. For example, the toliet in our room did not work properly when we arrived and it was repaired immediately. We also checked in early. The hotel was clean, but I could not give it 5 stars. For cleanliness, I would rate it as average. (I am told I have exceptionally high standards for hotels.)

Everything about our stay was AMAZING — service was truly 10/10 and made our anniversary feel special. The only downside was the shower, which was unfortunately a bit unpleasant, especially in the corners with some old dirt and hair. Since it was a special trip, I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but I did want to mention it. Other than that, the experience was wonderful and the staff was incredible!

The room floors could have been swept or vacuumed. The toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall. No iron or iron board in the room you have to ask the front desk for them.

Room was not clean, floors dirty upon check in. Only 2 towels provided for 4 people. Breakfast option was very slow, over 30 minute wait for 3 breakfast sandwiches and a waffle. Coffee was often empty. Room itself was ok but zero privacy for a family traveling together, shower is open to bedroom. Nothing within walking distance for family dining. Kids did like the pool table but that was only positive.

Tunisia and the whole front desk staff were amazing and super helpful! The area around the hotel was nice and as a female, I felt super safe! Our room was a bit dirty when we first checked in. There was a used Q-tip and a dried-up eye contact on the floor. There was toothpaste splatter on the wall next to the sink. The pool floor was dirty and had hairballs all over. But we loved the outdoor space off the pool!

The hotel was a good location and they were able to check me in very early that day since my flight got in so early! My only complaint is because the floors are not carpeted, I could hear the people above me every time they walked. And it kept me up/woke me up very early in the morning. I had earplugs which helped, but the stomping is definitely hard to tune out.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. My room overlooked a dumpster and the HVAC system with views into the office building next door. There seemed to be minimal insulation in the building. I could hear my nextdoor neighbor cough and the kids above me running around.

There is no parking only on the street near the hotel. Is near Hospitals and close to sons apartment so chose to stay here. Not crazy about room layout with Bathroom partly exposed to sleeping area and not very private if your staying with others.

Very nice hotel, cool room and super nice staff. Weird area - kind of a technology hub - but convenient location, walking distance to the Central West End. I'd stay here again, nicest hotel shower I've seen in years, comfy bed. Couple of things: 1) Pet peeve, housekeeping neglected to replace regular coffee pods in room, just decaf. But there's coffee in the lobby 2) If you want to park in the garage it's $25/night in an industrial area, or park on the street and use the Park Mobile app - but you have to buy parking in 2 hour increments, you can't pay for the day. I took the chance and didn't get a parking ticket 3) Couldn't figure out how to completely turn the TV off, it was a soft blue glow like a nightlight that I didn't need But all in all a nice hotel and I'd stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The public areas were clean and well kept. We loved that there was a pool table and games to play outside of the bar area. Our only issue was the open floor plan of the room. The toilet was enclosed by just a sliding door and the outside of the door was the shower/sink area that was completely open to the rest of the room with the shower door being opaque at best. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk staff was really nice. The housekeeping was mediocre. The fitness facility was well-equipped. The noise, however, was nuts. We stayed on the second floor and there was a constant volume of music that came from the lobby area. It made it really difficult to sleep. I just can't stay there again for this reason.

My first night someone opened my door at 4:30 am and then the front desk called my room shortly after to see if anyone was staying in my room with me. It\'s a huge safety concern and the manager only offered to move me to a different hotel and advised that was a "learning experience". The parking garage was not working properly and I had to contact someone everytime I left. I\'ve stayed here 3 times this year alone and have never had a poor experience but this trip was not good at all. Will not stay there again.

This property cancelled my reservation 1 hour before I was to arrive because they were full and wanted to give my room to a customer who booked it direct. It wasn't an error, they just actively decided to give my room to another customer. It left me in a very bad situation and they were not apologetic at all. They stated that I had booked it through a 3rd party (expedia) and they were not required to honor it so they weren't going to. Very poor business practice and I wouldnt recommend staying here.

Check in was at 3, the front desk guy said that unfortunately rooms weren’t clean when we got here at 3 so check in would be another 20-30 minutes. We had to leave at 4 for a prior engagement and when we did leave, our room still wasn’t ready and we were told our bags would be in our room when we got back. We got back to the hotel after minutes and our bags were still sitting at the front counter.

My stay was great. It’s clean, the staff was very nice. My husband is at Barnes hospital and I found out that the shuttle will take me to and from there. To me that was a godsend since I’m not used to driving in traffic like that. I come from a small town and I was a nervous wreck driving in St Louis. When I return I will definitely stay there again. I was more comfortable there then the last place I stayed.

This space was a very helpful stay for my visiting concerts in the Loop. It's a 5-min or less walk to the Cortex metro stop, and the made-to-order breakfast was delightful. The room was unique and very comfortable. They had the best pillows I've slept on in a long time! The only downside was, for newer-seeming construction, the walls were fairly thin. I could regularly hear my neighbors' activities a little more clearly than I'd expect for a hotel, and the bar music from wxyz downstairs carried loudly in the evening (but stopped by about 10, I think). Overall, I'd stay here again, for sure.

Location is excellent with all the sites we wanted to see within a 10 minute drive. This area is near several medical centers and is in a safe neighborhood as well. Room was well appointed, clean and modern. Staff was friendly and gave good suggestions on dinning.

Room was nice and the staff were great. The garage is not far, but street parking is very easy. If you’re staying over a Sunday, park on the street instead of paying $25 for the garage. Only negative about the room was that it face directly into office buildings so I felt like I couldn’t even sleep with my windows open. Otherwise, good location and walkable to a lot of the bars and coffee shops nearby.

Worse - the hotel takes advantage of the situation by charging astronomical amount for common items. Example : a regular (no king side) Hershey chocolate bar almost $5. This is ridiculous.

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There are great common area spaces to eat, grab a drink, or just hang out. Table top games and a pool table were a great touch. The only downside was breakfast. We added it into our reservation and paid in advance for all three days. The options on the menu did not match what we ordered and in our third day they ran out of food… so no breakfast. They did offer us cold cereal or yogurt instead. And they were quite apologetic. But next time I’ll just get breakfast out. Great location in the heart of the Cortex district, meat public transportation, and close to Central West End.

Almost everything was great. From room space, clealiness, staff service, to location of the hotel near public metro rail. Only one thing I would like to mention is to offer more more food options in the cocktail area. We wanted to stay in and not eat out but only one kind of pizza was available.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Service was wonderful. Room was nice. Good amount of options for breakfast. Didn’t get to try the bar, exercise room or pool. Good location. Parking wasn’t great. EV charging stations were always in use and likely not by hotel guests.

The Hotel was great! My only disappointment was that I only selected this hotel, because it had a restaurant and bar on site. Wasn't told that they are closed on Sundays. :( Luckily there were restaurants close by.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly as well. The bar should stay open later than 10PM, it would have been nice to unwind with a drink after daily activities. The parking arrangement sucks, you should not have to pay to work especially if you stay at the hotel. This was a negative thing for us. This should be included with the stay.
