Have stayed at this property twice while driving overnight. It is clean, well appointed, has a well lit and secure parking lot and the staff are very competent. Will stay again on next trip.

Great family hotel for our stay for a nearby soccer tournament. We loved the free electric charging station for our car and the all-day coffee and tea. The kids loved playing pool and the games available in the lobby. Pretty good complimentary breakfast each morning.

Hotel was cute and vibrant and decorated for the autumn holiday. There is a bright wall resembling an old fruit beater label with the city name on it. Next to it a pool table! There were also games you could take out to use. We didn’t go outside this trip but there were pics of a leisure area with cornhole etc too. Breakfast had decent hot options and some seasonal additions like fall apples for your pancakes and cinnamon sugar. Nice touch. 6am-9am daily. There were snacks available for purchase in the center of the lobby and coffee and tea at all times. The room was modern and clean but a bit tight for 4 people. They use the space innovatively such as the closet being exposed and above a dresser and well placed hooks. The luggage bench and desk were small and removable but acceptable. Easy way to do upgrades. The TV was quite large actually and the bathroom simple and clean, modern. The gym looked pretty nice and was larger than I expected. The hotel also had a universal car charger. A slower charger but one nonetheless! This hotel is about 2 yrs old. I’d stay again!

Location is very convenient. There's a food truck park close by. This hotel is in new condition. There's no swimming pool, but the little gym is open 24 hours. Free breakfast is included. The only complaint is that it can be noisy if the room is on the freeway side.

it is a nice hotel but sadly there is no pool, which I was really looking forward to use after the funeral. I hope one day there will be a pool cause then I will definitely stay there every time I go visit family

Very clean. very comfortable atmosphere. They supply bath/shower essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion which I believe her ecosafe and they smell pretty good. Now if you're one of those people who wake up at the crack of before the birds get the wormyou're a person who sleeps in better set your alarm if you want your continental breakfast in the morning 6-9a. They did have a nice ice machine along with a small fitness room. The only thing I wish they would have had is either a pool or even since they're into healthy eating clean environment maybe even like a one of those lap pools. Or maybe even talk about it bathtubs with jets in the bathroom with awesome for those with achy muscles to relax and privately. As for the location is awesome for different types of fast foods to eat they even have the food court truck place where all the food trucks are every night right around the block and at walking distance. Oh and I forgot they do have a pool table and a snack bar area that you can buy from throughout the day and night. 24 hours security in the parking lot what's up bonus.

Clean..but I think that was because it was obviously new. The smell/aroma in the lobby was overpowering. Same goes for all inside areas including the room. Need to tone down the air freshener. Receptionist during check in should NOT be doing customer service. Didn't speak clearly and acted as though checking in was an inconvenience to her. Ridiculous front-of- house employee. Linens were very good, but the bed wasn't. Walls are paper thin. Could hear my neighbor's tv like it was in the same room.

They stay was fine. I arrived very late and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room had too much of that industrial cleaning smell - not anyone’s fault - it’s a byproduct of the cleaner they use. It was clean it just felt like a hospital. But, some people might like that.

The floors were not very clean. The bathroom floor was very dirty, i used the floor shower towle to clean the sticky stiff that was dripped from the bathroom to the bed area. The towle started off white and ended up very very dirty.

Loved our one night stay after Thanksgiving dinner with family. Hotel was clean, staff were extremely helpful, considerate and nice. All extras the hotel offered were-breakfast, 24 hr coffee, 24 hr store inside hotel, plenty of games in lobby, large tv’s in lobby, plenty of chairs, sofas and tables placed throughout lobby. The lobby was decorated lovely. It was bright and colorful. The rooms were clean, pillows were fluffy, the soaps, conditioners and shampoos were placed in new long squeezable tubs. The smells throughout hotels were relaxing. Would stay here again if in the area.

MOLD IN THE SHOWER! I spoke with the manager Melissa and she said it’s not a big deal…she gets mold in her shower all the time! This is unsafe and unsanitary. I booked through Expedia and was told to call them for a refund. Hilton denied the refund and someone else is probably going to take a shower in there with the MOLD. I guess it’s normal now to go stay places with MOLD!!!

Nice staff. Even had a pool table and corn hole. Breakfast was sub par. I have stayed in a thousand hotel rooms (not an exaggeration) and I have never stayed in a smaller room. Nice room, but very very tiny

The hotel and common area was in excellent condition, the room was very nice but didn't have a closet to hang clothes nor dresser, bathroom was very clean and nice. All night long you could hear music coming from the nearby food truck area near the hotel, a block away.

Very small piece of property surrounded by a very busy street, Zero “green space” - walking the dog felt a bit dangerous with speeding cars. The rooms are clean and adequate, but on the small side. Definitely trying for the millennial market - I like modern but the decor is a cross between Ikea and a child’s room. Lots of primary colors and bold graphics.

Nice new hotel. Very comfortable and the staff is well trained. Only 2 issue for me. In the lobby and room the air freshener is to strong. I have asthma and aroma can set it off. By the time my 2 day stay was up, I couldn’t breathe. I carry all needed medicine, but it is something the hotel should be aware of. Second issue, there is no dresser in the room. I like to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. Stayed only 2 nights, any longer it would be a major issue. Otherwise I like the concept.

Very trendy. The rooms were sparsely furnished. I'm sure it was the vibe they were going for. No real closet. The lighting was weird. The accessibility bathroom door was hard to negotiate, it was heavy and hard to open. The staff was friendly.

Everything was convenient. The hotel was clean and friendly staff. I just didn't like how thin the wall was. Our first night, there was loud moaning and banging on the wall at 5 am. Woke up from it and i dont know if my daughter and mom also woke up from it.

Paul was excellent! Very courteous, thoughtful, and knowledgeable of the area and my needs as I checked in. Hands down couldn’t have found a better place to stay at. Very nice set up and vibe was comfortable and nice. Everyone respectful and overall, Paul was the best host very patient as I had to make couple trips to car bc left ID in another purse, I was mess but he was very patient and helpful. Great attitude!

We are repeat customers, choosing this hotel as a safe, convenient, and well-appointed stop mid-journey between Portland and LA. However, this last experience was marred by excessively noisy guests. The partying went on for hours, with the noise level defeating ear plugs and headphones. After a long day of driving, we got only 3 hours of sleep to get us through another long day of driving. Frequent complaints were raised with the front-desk; while they staff was friendly, nothing was done to quiet the partiers, nor was an alternative room or even a credit offered for the inconvenience. This was a poor experience, and a service fail.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, new-appearing, good climate control. Only complaint would be no coffee maker in room but I’m ok with going to lobby for Lavazza coffee. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was great and the area was fine for the city we were in. Security was good, but the Kate might guy was a little goofy and wasn't listening very well. Also the inner sliding entry doors were locked for the evening and he just sat there at the desk staring at me waiting for him to open the doors so I can check in. He was downhill after that.

Our stay was pleasant, we were on a road trip and needed to stop to charge our car. However, the car charger here did not work. The location was poor nothing but fast food and pizza places, that were walking distance and no shopping. However, very clean and friendly staff. So for and over night for a bed to sleep in it was fine.

Nice place. We were on the 2nd floor on the front of the hotel. Music from the hotel across the parking lot was noticeable until 1:30 am. Would definitely recommend

Breakfast was good room was clean all areas were clean and freash. my only concern was the pet policy. I was on the second floor. My fiancé and i were getting off the elevator walked around the corner to our room 204 and a couple with a pitbull breed was coming out of there room and i said what a beautiful dog and the dog had a mean and aggressive groul and was pulling hard from the owner to come towards me. We proceeded to back up to let them make their way to the elevator. I feel like anyone with dogs should be on the bottom floor and easy access to out side rater thane end up in an elevator with other patrons. And aggressive dogs should be reconsidered.

Super clean. I love the Tru by Hilton hotels. No carpet in rooms, 24/7 coffee and tea available, lotion in the bathrooms, pool table, games, filtered water, laundry facilities, free breakfast. Lots of options to grab dinner nearby. Would definitely stay at this location again if we are passing through this area.
