A séjourné 2 nuits

First room had issues with yhe A/C. Maintenance was right on top of it. Unfortunately, couldnt get it fixed right away, so they moved is to a different room without any hesitation. That room was great. Pool was great. Location of hotel is great for exploring Charleston and surrounding areas.

This is our second stay in 2 weeks and both room had inoperable window shade. In the recent visit we had to use an extra sheet climb on the window sill and drape it ovwr the top as the window was halfway exposed to the outside facing the intersection with the lights shinning in. There was no way to adjust the shades, the pull chains re removed and a sign placed on the wall to use the something that did not exist i.e., a motorized shade. No motor.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze and the staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as we were new to the area. Room was clean and comfortable and the bonus of having a kitchen and separate space to relax was great! The pool was clean and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when in town.
