I really liked my stay, Friendly staff, clean, safe and very nice rooms. The only complaint was that the pool was closed, I think it wasn’t working properly and my keurig machine in room was broken, so I didn’t have the convenience of having a cup of coffee in room.

Although I like the location and would like to make this the place I book with in the future, upon check-in I was told there wasn’t any rooms with king beds available (which is what I booked)….but then found one on first floor (perfect); however, the air conditioner did not work and there was no big towels in the room (I realized this after showering). I was moved to the 2nd floor with 2 queen beds. In this room the tv volume was super low even when it was set to the highest setting and the shower would only get lukewarm. Outside of all of that.. the staff was friendly, location is perfect, and I felt safe parking.

We liked the hotel except for the moldy shower. The pool was green but obviously out of service. The stay was ok, just not worth the price. Hiltons are usually much better. Conveniently located.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The bar and restaurant has amazing food and drinks. The customer service is always so pleasant. The only issue I had this time was the kids that ran up and down the hallway all night and woke up doing the same thing.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The pool and laundry room were nice. The breakfast, which I accepted through third party booking was a rip off. Very basic and over priced. I stayed here for the safe area away from downtown but the location was not nice enough to justify cost. My negative opinion was also affected by the barking/ howling dog in another room. I do understand this is out of the hotels control, but really very annoying. The staff was very nice.

3 hour wait to check in because rooms weren’t ready. Hall carpets soiled. Elevator out of order for 12 hrs. $15.95 for buffet breakfast, whereas Home2 in the next wing had both complimentary small selection and a paid full breakfast…and Hilton Garden Inn guests were not allowed there. Many times there were no staff at the check in desk.

We don't drink. . .parking was excellent. . .staff was excellent - always courteous and helpful. When we checked in we asked for a walk-in shower with grab bars and were given such a room immediately. Greatly appreciated for we are 78 and 80 in age.

The room was very clean, which is always my highest priority for accommodations when I travel ANYWHERE!! Even the bathroom corners and every surface were clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the most surprising aspect of my stay was the service from employees that exceeded my expectations!! I have high standards but was even taken back by the professionalism, politeness and accommodating, positive attitude of Tyler when I checked in on the afternoon of November 14 and the lovely woman who waited on me the next morning when I ordered breakfast from the menu. In these days when it is often hard to find service-oriented employees, both of these staff members represented the Hilton brand at a high level!!! I had not met them prior to our stay but both were so welcoming!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. However, the TV in my room did not work. There were dirty sheets and towels in the hallway right next to my room which were there all night. I reported it the next morning. Room was clean, but curtains were torn from track so would not close all the way.

After 15 hours of driving, we were confronted with an unfriendly desk attendant and a broken AC unit. We were holding our dinner, unable to eat, for 45 mins because the desk agent “had customers.” I have yet to understand what we were. A kind word, apology, or simply listening would have gone a long way. Imagine this: You have two starving kids; it’s 9 pm; youve just finished 15 hours on the road. You walk into your room and it’s 80 degrees. You call the front desk. The front desk says to wait. You sit patiently, watching your food get cold while you sweat. After 10 mins you call back. The sour-faced woman from your check in says, “I have customers; I can’t do that now.” You wait another 10 mins, then head down 3 floors to speak directly with grim-faced attendant. She then explains again that she had customers. I tried my best to kindly explain the issue. It has now been 30 mins. The irritated attendant decides to give us a new room with a working AC. All said and done, we entered our room (1 room to the right) 45 minutes later. We received no money back, no upgrades, and no apologies for the inconvenience of a broken AC. We celebrated with cold dinner and a bitter taste in our mouths.

The positives: the room and hotel were clean. They have a restaurant with a bar that closes at 10. They give you water when you check in. The negatives: the shower faucet was broken, making it difficult to operate and the water was cold. It also dripped constantly. The t.v. didn't work. Maintenance attempted to fix for us and couldn't. He requested a new room for us and the front desk told him (not us) she couldn't change rooms for us, that she would give us points. I wonder how she will do that when she told me at check-in that we wouldn't earn points since we booked with a 3rd party. The bed wasn't comfortable and made noise everytime you turned over. After driving 10 hours, this was not a pleasant experience.

The rooms are not soundproof; you can hear the lobby music all night long. The staff didn't clean the rooms even though we requested service. The room overall wasn't very clean. Conteniental breakfast is normally included but here is was extra. The selections were all old and stale.

The room was way too warm, so I adjusted the temperature control to bring that down and it took two hours to get cool enough to get to sleep. Then an alarm buzzed repeatedly at 6:00 am that morning. I couldn't get back to sleep. The front desk was absolutely indifferent to all of this.

The rooms are nice enough. The biggest issue we had was the thin walls. You can hear just about everything from your neighbors. There were several times too people were a little rowdy in the halls, but it wasn’t a constant thing.

I booked a king sized bed and when we arrived they said they had none!! They told us they only had queen size beds. We booked this room in plenty of time. We left and drove around town until we found another hotel on our own with an availability.

I reserved and paid up front for a room with a king bed. We we're given a room with double beds. The receptionist bluntly said there are no other rooms available. No apology at all. My wife and I never sleep apart but because of Hilton Garden Inn, Memphis we had to sleep in separate beds for the first time. Whats the point in paying upfront for a room???

We reserved a king room and was told they didn't have any. There was no apology and she just blamed the computer. I asked if we could be moved to a king room at some point during our 3 night stay and was told no, without ever looking at the calendar. It's ironic because they have a big sign in the elevator "The Hilton Garden Inn Promise: If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right." Otherwise the hotel was priced well, in a safe area, with easy parking.

Nice property the fact we felt protected and the rooms were clean.and spacious. The front desk clerk was horrible!!!! This was the worst check In I have experienced since traveling for years. She was rude and nonchalant!!!!if I hadn’t paid through Expedia I would have asked for a cancellation plus we were tired from traveling!!!Hilton please teach or have your employees to attend professionalism classes. I’m going to stop

I like the restaurant and the safety aspect of this location. I did not like that I had no body wash and just ended up using the bar soap. Many of the AC plugs for charging phones did not work properly in the room I stayed in. I like eating breakfast in the morning and paid extra for it, but could not get a good breakfast one morning because they had no cook. Ended up going to McDonalds down the street.

My big complaint was that the in-room Keurig coffe makers did not work... first faulty unit was replaced. Neither unit worked; did not heat the water for coffee. We had to get end of day coffee from the hotel lobby. Unpleasant. All other aspects of the hotel were fine. But hot, quality in-room coffee is important to me and my wife.

Clean. Modern. Poor communication with staff. ZERO sense of urgency. Ordered dinner at in site restaurant, waited 30 minutes to find out they had no lettuce for our salads... $4.50 for a small coffee out of a machine? I've been to many lower end hotels who ALL serve free coffee. What distinguishes this hotel from any other? NOTHING AT ALL.
