If you are staying here I’ll say stay in the igloo amazing you see the stars at night so nice just be ready to walk from room to the lobby I think they should have a service for that but great place loved it couldn’t get northern lights kind of sad …

Die Pyramide ist toll, um von innen zu schauen, ob Nordlichter zu sehen sind. Jedoch sieht man sie von innen nicht so gut, da die Fenster alle noch so kleinen Lichter spiegeln. Um die Nordlichter gut zu sehen muss man hinaus gehen. Die gesamte Anlage ist echt groß! Echt super gemacht! (Sauna, Eisbad, Rentiere, Elfen-Weg, Wald,…) Beim Essen gab es zwar nicht viel Auswahl aber es war alles sehr lecker. Das Personal war nett aber sie konnten nie viel Auskunft geben ohne bei jemanden anzurufen und nachzufragen.

The Aurora pyramids was an amazing stay! It included free breakfast and dinner, free access to the Elves village, a sledding hill and reindeer farm (rides available as well). The area around it is very beautiful. Secluded and relaxing and short drive to Levi. Had lots of different areas for viewing the northern lights! Also we were able to see the northern lights from the glass pyramid! (Although you should go outside and look for them as you don’t know which direction they are)

The property is remote. If you have a rental car it fine, otherwise you have to rely on taxi service to get back and forth to Levi. (Cost is about $60 round trip. The grounds are beautifully maintained. If you are a cross country skier, you'll love this place. Nice place to see the auroras. Ground lighting is a little to high at night. They could turn this lighting down when auroras are present.

We stayed here for three nights. A few things- 1. The check in is a a sister property in town, then you drive out to the property that the igloos are on. The igloos are nice, ours didn’t have a sauna in it and the bathroom is very small. The walk from where you can park your car to the igloos is sort of far and dark . On the property you have husky’s reindeer snd sheep , a sledding hill and a reception area that has breakfast for one hour a day. No lunch or dinner . I think they had soup only. We didn’t get lucky enough to see the northern lights but enjoyed the igloo experience . They have. E elves hideaway where you walk through a forest snd there’s little elf houses which is cute . Only about 15 mins from down town Levi ski mountain.

Die Lage der Pyramiden nördlich von von Levi könnte schöner nicht sein. Gelegen am Rande eines "Elfen Dorf", weiches die Landschaft ein bisschen verzaubert, ist es hier sehr ruhig. Es gibt lediglich 11 Hütten. Im Elfendorf liegt das kleine, sehr gemütliche Cafe, das den Gästen morgens das Frühstück reicht und tagsüber als Cafe für Besucher des Mini Parks dient. Hier werden auch eigene Huskys gefahren die für eine Schlittenfahrt (nur im Winter) gebucht werden können. Die Pyramiden sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die ca. 1.60m guten Wände die das Glasdach tragen reichen vollkommen als Sichtschutz aus. Die kleine Küchenzeile (kein Herd) gibt die Möglichkeit sich auch sonst zu versorgen. Mini Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Überraschend, aber nicht einzigartig in Finnland, kommt der Zimmerservice nur nach den Check Out. Wer den Service zwischendurch haben möchte, kann jedoch kostenfrei einfach Bescheid sagen. Die Glasdächer lassen einen umwerfenden Blick in den Himmel zu der aber nur dann perfekt ist, wenn die Nachbarn ebenfalls das Licht aus haben. Den das Licht spiegelt sich im eigenen Dach.

3 nuits magiques dans un igloo très confortable et très bien équipé. Le lieu en lui même est idéal pour les famille avec accès au parc des elfes, descente de luge, maison du Père Noël. Le buffet et le petit déjeuner étaient délicieux. Le chalet pour le repas est très chaleureux. Cadeau final pour notre dernière nuit, des aurores boréales et un ciel étoilé à observer depuis le confortable lit. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à vous pour cette belle expérience

O hotel é a coisa mais linda, apaixonante, as pirâmides valem cada centavo, é uma experiência incrível que todos deveriam ter, o quarto é limpo, com uma super estrutura e com uma vista absurda do céu e da neve caindo, todo tecnológico, tudo novinho, simplesmente perfeito mesmo, hotel encantador, uma pena estar tudo fechado e só abrir na época de Natal (casa do papai noel, oficial dos elfos etc), o café da manhã achei fraco pelo porte do hotel e pelo valor que pagamos como um todo, não tinha nem uma opção de bolo ou biscoito doce, para beber somente café, chocolate e um suco, não havia opção para esquentar os pães, bem fraquinho o café da manhã, podem melhorar muito. A estrutura do estacionamento pode melhorar, já que temos que parar bem longe da pirâmide e andar no frio.

Staying overnight in a pyramid glass igloo ... wow! what an incredible experience! We stayed a night in the Elve's village during Christmas time and it was the highlight of our trip. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in snow, day and night. Many activities around for adults and kids, the parks, reindeers, snowmobile, ice house, frozen river, elves etc. etc. all excellent. The restaurant served good quality food - breakfast and dinner inclusive, decorated with beautiful Finland culture. Rooms were smaller than expected though warm and cosy, with all basic facilities what you need. We were not fortunate to spot the northern lights from pyramid, and the day time was almost nil. The reception was not manned however, all staff were very polite and helpful. I felt it was overpriced for the magical experience.... but it was the most wonderful time of the year, so no regrets.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte sperando di vedere l’aurora ma purtroppo il cielo era completamente nuvoloso. La piramide è molto pulita dotata anche di un angolo con macchinetta del caffè, frigo e lavandino. Incluso avevamo anche cena e colazione che si fa nel vicino ristorante. Un atmosfera magica!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte sperando di vedere l’aurora ma purtroppo il cielo era completamente nuvoloso. La piramide è molto pulita dotata anche di un angolo con macchinetta del caffè, frigo e lavandino. Incluso avevamo anche cena e colazione che si fa nel vicino ristorante. Un atmosfera magica!

Wundervoller Ort und sehr groß. Alles war wie neu und die Bettwäsche roch so gut, wie bei Oma damals im Dorf. Das konzept der Elfen ist sehr süss gemacht.

The glass pyramids are basically like in the pictures… really nice decorated, clean, glass heated ceiling, really enjoyable! Only downside is when it gets really cold, around -20 C (around -20 F) , the bathroom gets a little cold for showering and the water is not really that hot, so you cannot “steam up” the bathroom… other than that, if its normally cold around 0 C, its really really nice and cozy

La piramide è molto pulita dotata anche di un angolo con macchinetta del caffè, frigo e lavandino. Incluso avevamo anche cena e colazione che si fa nel vicino ristorante. Un atmosfera magica!

The most interesting accommodation I have ever stayed in and a stunning experience to sleep under the stars. Cannot fault the accommodation. We saw aurora from the pyramid which is a dream come true. Wonderful location, pyramids are gorgeous, spacious with attached bath and shower. The chef made us a vegetarian options for dinner which we are thankful for. One feedback is the light pollution outside the pyramid, it reflects everywhere and can be a nuisance.

Ganz nett allerdings mit Makel. Wer für Aurora kommt wird enttäuscht. IN direkter Umgebung gibt es Scheinwerfer die die Bäume anleuchten und somit das beobachten aus dem Zimmer unmöglich machen. Zudem wenn die Scheiben eingeschneit sind, wird nur die Vorderseite beheizt. Rechts und links hat man Pech. Es kommt auch keiner um das frei zu machen. Bei uns im Zimmer fehlte die Fernbedienung. The glass pyramids are basically like in the pictures… really nice decorated, clean, glass heated ceiling, really enjoyable! Only downside is when it gets really cold, around -20 C (around -20 F) , the bathroom gets a little cold for showering and the water is not really that hot, so you cannot “steam up” the bathroom… other than that, if its normally cold around 0 C, its really really nice and cozy

We stayed here for three nights. A few things- 1. The check in is a a sister property in town, then you drive out to the property that the igloos are on. The igloos are nice, ours didn’t have a sauna in it and the bathroom is very small. The walk from where you can park your car to the igloos is sort of far and dark . On the property you have husky’s reindeer snd sheep , a sledding hill and a reception area that has breakfast for one hour a day. No lunch or dinner . I think they had soup only. We didn’t get lucky enough to see the northern lights but enjoyed the igloo experience . They have. E elves hideaway where you walk through a forest snd there’s little elf houses which is cute . Only about 15 mins from down town Levi ski mountain.

For what it was, there was a lot of light pollution and not much privacy. It was a unique stay in a unique place and good food (breakfast and dinner small buffet) on offer, but the property could do more to try to provide more comfort. For example, the aur conditioner had a big red light that reflected everywhere. The pyramids are all quite close together and surrounded by lights. You also cant take good photos from inside because of the reflection and glare.

You pay a lot for a glass roof cottage but they have strong lights all around it so the only thing you will see in the glass roof are lights on the trees from the road, no stars or aurora ….. (see pictures). I sent them an email but very poor customer service !

The Good: The accommodation is amazing. As per pics. The bad: No reception on site, you have to go to town to another hotel to check in and pick up keys. We locked ourselves out and were able to get a spare key from the hotel next door (200 meters). Why not check in here as well? The Terrible: The roads within the property are not marked and couldnt tell walkway from road in snow. My car got stuck in the walkway section and had absolutely 0 help from property. I called reception, they gave me a number for a third party tow company, the number did not work on my international phone. The hotel never called me back to see if I was alive or dead. I was stuck on their property, and had absolutely 0 help. I was able to get help and a tractor from the hotel down the road (Elfs Village). They were helpful and pulled me out. They need to open up a reception on site. This place was too expensive for 0 service.

Staying overnight in a pyramid glass igloo ... wow! what an incredible experience! We stayed a night in the Elve's village during Christmas time and it was the highlight of our trip. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in snow, day and night. Many activities around for adults and kids, the parks, reindeers, snowmobile, ice house, frozen river, elves etc. etc. all excellent. The restaurant served good quality food - breakfast and dinner inclusive, decorated with beautiful Finland culture. Rooms were smaller than expected though warm and cosy, with all basic facilities what you need. We were not fortunate to spot the northern lights from pyramid, and the day time was almost nil. The reception was not manned however, all staff were very polite and helpful. I felt it was overpriced for the magical experience.... but it was the most wonderful time of the year, so no regrets.

The Aurora pyramids was an amazing stay! It included free breakfast and dinner, free access to the Elves village, a sledding hill and reindeer farm (rides available as well). The area around it is very beautiful. Secluded and relaxing and short drive to Levi. Had lots of different areas for viewing the northern lights! Also we were able to see the northern lights from the glass pyramid! (Although you should go outside and look for them as you don’t know which direction they are)

Booked one of the last igloos and we were all impressed with the entire experience. The room was well appointed and cozy with all the amenities we would need during our stay. The biggest surprise was that our reservation included breakfast and dinner which was such a treat. The quality and selection of items during each meal blew us away. On our third night, we got so lucky and saw the Northern Lights for hours! The igloos are located away from town so the area was quite dark perfect for viewing the lights. Would definitely stay again!

The property is remote. If you have a rental car it fine, otherwise you have to rely on taxi service to get back and forth to Levi. (Cost is about $60 round trip. The grounds are beautifully maintained. If you are a cross country skier, you'll love this place. Nice place to see the auroras. Ground lighting is a little to high at night. They could turn this lighting down when auroras are present.

Die Lage der Pyramiden nördlich von von Levi könnte schöner nicht sein. Gelegen am Rande eines "Elfen Dorf", weiches die Landschaft ein bisschen verzaubert, ist es hier sehr ruhig. Es gibt lediglich 11 Hütten. Im Elfendorf liegt das kleine, sehr gemütliche Cafe, das den Gästen morgens das Frühstück reicht und tagsüber als Cafe für Besucher des Mini Parks dient. Hier werden auch eigene Huskys gefahren die für eine Schlittenfahrt (nur im Winter) gebucht werden können. Die Pyramiden sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die ca. 1.60m guten Wände die das Glasdach tragen reichen vollkommen als Sichtschutz aus. Die kleine Küchenzeile (kein Herd) gibt die Möglichkeit sich auch sonst zu versorgen. Mini Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Überraschend, aber nicht einzigartig in Finnland, kommt der Zimmerservice nur nach den Check Out. Wer den Service zwischendurch haben möchte, kann jedoch kostenfrei einfach Bescheid sagen. Die Glasdächer lassen einen umwerfenden Blick in den Himmel zu der aber nur dann perfekt ist, wenn die Nachbarn ebenfalls das Licht aus haben. Den das Licht spiegelt sich im eigenen Dach.

O hotel é a coisa mais linda, apaixonante, as pirâmides valem cada centavo, é uma experiência incrível que todos deveriam ter, o quarto é limpo, com uma super estrutura e com uma vista absurda do céu e da neve caindo, todo tecnológico, tudo novinho, simplesmente perfeito mesmo, hotel encantador, uma pena estar tudo fechado e só abrir na época de Natal (casa do papai noel, oficial dos elfos etc), o café da manhã achei fraco pelo porte do hotel e pelo valor que pagamos como um todo, não tinha nem uma opção de bolo ou biscoito doce, para beber somente café, chocolate e um suco, não havia opção para esquentar os pães, bem fraquinho o café da manhã, podem melhorar muito. A estrutura do estacionamento pode melhorar, já que temos que parar bem longe da pirâmide e andar no frio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte sperando di vedere l’aurora ma purtroppo il cielo era completamente nuvoloso. Die Unterkunft und Umgebung war super. Kann man für den Preis natürlich auch erwarten. Lediglich die Gastronomie lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. War beim Frühstück etwas überfordert. Sonst alle toll.

We stayed here for three nights. A few things- 1. The check in is a a sister property in town, then you drive out to the property that the igloos are on. The igloos are nice, ours didn’t have a sauna in it and the bathroom is very small. The walk from where you can park your car to the igloos is sort of far and dark . On the property you have husky’s reindeer snd sheep , a sledding hill and a reception area that has breakfast for one hour a day. No lunch or dinner . I think they had soup only. We didn’t get lucky enough to see the northern lights but enjoyed the igloo experience . They have. E elves hideaway where you walk through a forest snd there’s little elf houses which is cute . Only about 15 mins from down town Levi ski mountain.

Amazing stay for 2 nights in the Aurora pyramid glass igloo . Dinner was included in a restaurant in Levi and wonderful. Breakfast on site and plentiful with lots of options. We saw the Aurora on the first night which was incredible from the pyramid . Definitely a once in lifetime experience for us .

3 nuits magiques dans un igloo très confortable et très bien équipé. Le lieu en lui même est idéal pour les famille avec accès au parc des elfes, descente de luge, maison du Père Noël. Le buffet et le petit déjeuner étaient délicieux. Le chalet pour le repas est très chaleureux. Cadeau final pour notre dernière nuit, des aurores boréales et un ciel étoilé à observer depuis le confortable lit. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à vous pour cette belle expérience

O hotel é a coisa mais linda, apaixonante, as pirâmides valem cada centavo, é uma experiência incrível que todos deveriam ter, o quarto é limpo, com uma super estrutura e com uma vista absurda do céu e da neve caindo, todo tecnológico, tudo novinho, simplesmente perfeito mesmo, hotel encantador, uma pena estar tudo fechado e só abrir na época de Natal (casa do papai noel, oficial dos elfos etc), o café da manhã achei fraco pelo porte do hotel e pelo valor que pagamos como um todo, não tinha nem uma opção de bolo ou biscoito doce, para beber somente café, chocolate e um suco, não havia opção para esquentar os pães, bem fraquinho o café da manhã, podem melhorar muito. A estrutura do estacionamento pode melhorar, já que temos que parar bem longe da pirâmide e andar no frio.

What was great: Pyramid accomodation- plenty of space, beautiful, clean, great viewing Sauna / river plunge (was nice to be able to reverse this although for paying $850 per night this should have been included and not $23 pp) Staff- Particularly Magic Elf and Strawberry Snowflake elf were great! What was not: Being located in elves village was a bit weird, felt like being apart of an attraction versus a hotel. Would have been great to have a central building that was just a fireplace/reception/bar for the hotel open all day/night. If the property had this I feel like it may have been cute to stay here. Bright red aurora tower and lights- for being aurora accomodations there absolutely should have not been a bright red building with lights and constant lights on. Would have been great to have outside lights be motion sensored too so that they were off for aurora viewing.
