The outside of the Villa was lovely and the location good, however the bathrooms in the Villa needed upgrading as did the sofas. The shower cubicle leaked, there was damp in the corner and the handle to operate the shower kept coming off. The alarm system for the house was not operational and could not be used.

Villa very clean and well equipped and in a quiet location. Only 6 minute walk from 2 supermarkets and 10 minutes to Las Colorados centre. Didn’t need a car as only 20 minute walk to Marina Rubicón and bus No 30 into Playa Blanca every half hour. Would recommend this villa.

Great location- perfect for a relaxing break.

Really nice villa had a great holiday. Definitely would stay again. At first we thought it was a little too far from playa blanca but the marina was definitely a nice place to eat but more expensive but worth it. The marina was about a 20 Miniute walk. The management company to villa were very good too.

The villa was in a great position.close enough to walk to marina and restaurants. 2 supermarkets 50 yards a way. Very quiet area. The villa was well equippped and clean. We were told no beach towels but there were some. The pool was clean and warm.
