Brand new hotel so everything was clean. Pool table in the lobby was fun to decompress after a day of traveling. This is a small town so you have to drive or use Door Dash for late night eating. Hotel has a variety of snacks.

I would give this hotel 5 stars just for the fact that the room had a mirror outside the bathroom, under a well-lit area, with an outlet right next to the mirror — ladies, you know what I’m taking about. The rooms and the hotel in general were laid out very thoughtfully. Lots of places to plug in various electronic devices. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities in the common area - food, games, pool table, work stations, coffee, etc.

"Pet-friendly", but very clean. Having very little carpeted area helps in this regard. Changes towels and linens only once pqer two days. Fair variety in breakfast options, but frequently runs out of eggs, etc. and needs to be notified of the shortfall. This happens even early in the breakfast time slot. Coffee, tea, and cocoa available around the clock.

New hotel, nice lobby with good coffee. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. I liked that I could turn the ac/heat unit fan on to block out some typical hotel noise. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked like it had good options.

Compared to the Comfort Inns we recently stayed in Tru by Hilton is a palace. It was very clean, the staff was so accommodating, beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok. In each Tru there is a lounge, pool, exercise room, and pool table. When traveling by car, I will look for a Tru before any other chain.

Beautiful brand new property with some really awesome people. We feel blessed to have found this place late at night when we just couldn’t drive anymore.

Worst hotel experience I have had ever, and I travel a lot. 10 night stay/business trip for me and never going back. First room I had on top floor, there is absolutely no water pressure at all, they warned me at the reception, but why would they still give me this room? After complaining I got room from second floor and the rooms has this connecting door in between, absolutely horrible idea to have these because you can hear everything through from room next to you and I mean everything. After complaining again I got third room and this time it was from first floor, now the biggest problems started to appear, there is housekeeping every second day but they only change towels and make bed but never change bed linen, vacuum or clean the room at all. 9 days in this room without cleaning is unacceptable! And the biggest issue was the bug problem, there was lots and lots of ants on the floor, spiders, and also some bugs crawling on the bed, just absolutely horrible! Why don't you clean the rooms? Also I can already see mold at the bathroom silicons and this hotel is supposed to be brand new, maybe hotel management needs to have a serious discussion about the cleaness! Dirty linen and bathroom on arrival this was also immediately seen when signing in, I could see that all the floors having garbage and they only clean main floors once a week. I tried my best to give chance to this hotel and I would have stayed entire month, but just couldn't! I'm so mad and disapointed!

This Hotel is less than a couple months old and we were excited to stay here as we are in the area every few months. What a disappointment!!! First bad sign was a really dirty elevator floor, than we get into the room and there is short black curly around the bottom of the toilet and on the floor of the shower then we open the fridge and there is a cooked chicken from Walmart which smelt bad. We requested a new room which they were happy to give us only to be disappointed again with curly hairs in the shower, night stand has soda rings , bed smelt like it hadn’t been washed. Very disappointed, I was hoping this would be our place to stay moving forward but we will stay at the hotel next door moving forward.

Hotel was nice and new. Still has the new smell to it. Front desk staff was friendly. Really enjoyed having the mini fridge and loved the hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioners built onto the walls. The bed was not the most comfortable. For being a new hotel, the bed did not feel new. Also, the hallway carpet was dirty and messy. It looked as if the rooms were swept and all the dirt etc. was swept into the hallways and never swept. Close to the Ohio turnpike and Fulton County Fair Grounds.

I was disappointed,did not live up to my expectations.No coffee In the room,no clock radio/alarm clock and no microwave.Also no water pressure in the shower.I will say I did enjoy the breakfast bar.

We were on a road trip from central Illinois to Maine and back. This facility was the nicest and cleanest place we stayed on the entire trip! It was affordable as well. The staff here go the extra mile!

Amanda at the front desk was amazing. I hate to complain, Ive worked house keeping and customer service, but the rest was terrible. Shower & the room were tiny. The property next door is awful, not their property I know. Its a junk yard looking abandoned hotel. The app didn't book my date correctly, I booked for 1 day on a Saturday. It booked me Sunday to Monday instead. I'm certain I didn't just click wrong, so paid an extra fee to move to the correct date. We called early morning the day of & Amanda was very helpful. Went to check in that evening, 12 hours later & Amanda was still there working by herself. Her systems were down & she was on hold with the help line. She called a manager, they didn't answer, called someone else & they did. They told her to go old school & use paper to get my info. So she wasn't able to check me into the system. Got it all filled out, copies of my card & ID and in for the night. Had a knock on the door at 9:30 the next morning, they didn't say "house keeping" or "front desk" or anything to announce they're staff. It was another employee who "is supposed to check & make sure this room is ready". Apparently they never put me into the system, once Amanda left & had that room for a check in for someone else. Breakfast was mid like most hotels. There were no joke like 10 TV channels unless you want to sign into your personal Netflix. Really no better than the other hotels in a small town, worse than most tbh.

I booked this hotel based on good reviews. The property is new, the room was clean, it’s easy to access from the freeway, and the price was decent. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. Only one person was managing the reception, breakfast area, and small shop, which meant missing food items, no healthy options, and overall below-average quality. The air conditioning was noisy, and there are no restaurants within five miles. I won’t be coming back.

Good value, friendly place, clean, and comfortable. Good advice on local restaurants. Diner across street and gas station. Did not try diner but looked clean and nice.
