Caybeach Princess

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in instead of 2 days later. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we enjoyed Happy Hour (2 for 1 drinks) and ate dinner 2 times at the pool bar that had a casual menu with many choices. There were no other dining options and many guests left the resort in the evening to go out to dinner. It would be nice if the beach shuttle had longer hours for guests to go to dinner at the nearby Caybeach Princess affiliate location that serves a nice buffet. We liked the location of this resort and would stay there again.

Fantastic experience here. We stayed in a large bungalow (2 adults 1 child), we requested 2 bungalows next door to each other which was honoured. The bungalows were much bigger than we expected and were very clean and were cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are good facilities on site, including a pool bar, shop, games area and restaurant which are all reasonably priced. We did a pay as you go breakfast, which was good and very reasonable for children at €3.50. The pool was cleaned daily - one of the cleanest pools I have seen. There is also a little jacuzzi area which we enjoyed. The complex is about 5 mins in a taxi to the beach and lighthouse, which costs around €5. As soon as reception calls a taxi one arrives! There are lots of taxis in the town / by the beach to bring you back. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend.

Ideal para ir con familias. El alojamiento espacioso y con menaje suficiente. Las piscinas muy bien y el desayuno también. Aparcamiento en la puerta y con supermercado (pequeño). El personal muy amable.

Englisch- und Gaylastige Unterkunft…. In der Anlage sind verschiedene Bungalows (Normal bis Premium) und Größe zu buchen, die Premium Bungalows sind besser ausgestattet und verfügen über eigene Liegen. Frühstück und abendliches Buffet muss nicht mit gebucht werden. Es kann in der Unterkunft direkt bei Betreten des Restaurants bezahlt werden. Frühstück kostet 7,50 €, das Buffet 14 €. Im allgemeinen war die Anlage sehr ruhig. Das änderte sich als die Herbstferien anfing…. Für uns nervig war das ständige Reservieren von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen am Pool. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Sonnenschirme nicht….der Pool war sehr groß. Duschen für spätere Abreise sind vorhanden…bitte an der Rezeption anmelden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich… WLAN viel des öfteren aus und war am Pool so gut wie nicht vorhanden….

It was very pleasant vacation, very clean and nice area, one swimming pool is heated so we could really enjoy it:)Peaple are very nice and helpful.

Leider waren keine anderen Unterkünfte verfügbar, aber der Hausmeister hat durch Abflussreiniger und Raumspray etwas für Linderung gesorgt. Am nächsten Tag hat unsere Unterkunft eine Grundreinigung erhalten. Leider waren die folgenden Reinigungen sehr durchwachsen, so dass wir zwischenzeitlich erneut nachreinigen lassen mussten. Der Hotelmanager hat die Unannehmlichkeiten mit einem "weder Hausmeister noch Reinigungsleiterin konnten unangenehme Gerüche feststellen" quittiert, woraus man auch für die Zukunft mit keiner Besserung rechnen darf. Nach Recherchen auf verschiedenen Buchungsplattformen konnten wir ähnliche Rezensionen zu Uringeruch finden, also kein Einzelfall. - Service: bei den Reinigungen wurden Mal neue Handtücher vergessen, ein ander Mal Klopapier. Beide Male mussten wir diese eigenständig an der Rezeption oder bei den Reinigungskräften einsammeln. - Klimaanlagen: NUR eine im Schlafzimmer!! Gäste im Wohnzimmer dürfen schwitzen! Tür kann man aufgrund der Kakalaken nicht geöffnet lassen. - Internet: Geschwindigkeit und Verfügbarkeit einfach nur schlecht. - Tresor Kostenpflichtig und nur wochenweise Buchbar!

Bungalow assez sale avec odeurs de renfermé et tabac froid. Propreté médiocre avec des insectes dans les placards. Literie HORRIBLE. De la pierre avec 2 lits simples absolument inconfortables. Personnel aimable et arrangeant mais difficile d’arranger ce qui est médiocre niveau service. Je déconseille la réservation et conseille à l’établissement un grand coup de rafraîchissement. Je n’y retournerai jamais.

Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! Pool area was lovely & very handy for bus stop for visiting other parts of the island.

Demasiado viejo para los precios y estrellas que ofertan. Cucarachas cada día porque el baño tiene ventana que no se cierra. Cama en el salón para nuestro hijo de 10 años que tenía por lo menos 30 años. Estaba viejísima y tuvimos que hacer la cama nosotros mismos. Te dejan las sábanas para que tú montes el sofá. De pena. Lo único bueno el desayuno que cuesta 10€ y es bastante completo.

Dejligt bungalow hotel med god beliggenhed, rengøringen var dog rimelig overfladisk og så trænger værelserne til en opgradering. Sengene var super behagelige at sove i til gengæld.

Une mention spéciale pour Carlos au restaurant le soir qui est au TOP : professionnel et attentionné. Le personnel de nettoyage est très efficace et l’hôtel est toujours propre. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du soir sont toujours re achalandés. Juste une suggestion : Il faudrait penser à mettre un écriteau ou une signalisation pour les produits typiques. Nous avons très bien mangé. Les hébergements sont jolis et bien équipés, il y a tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas si besoin. Les serviettes sont changées 5 fois par semaine si on veut, ce qui est plus que suffisant. Nous reviendrons avec joie et pourrons recommander cet hébergement. Merci

Zimmer waren teils sehr dreckig. Badezimmer alt und gammelig. Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür der Preis zu hoch. Frühstück war mäßig, aber okay. Was aber garnicht geht, ist, dass ein Teller voller Spiegeleier einfach weggeworfen wird. Ich wollte mich daran bedienen. Für mich wären sie vollkommen okay und frisch genug gewesen. Sie lagen sicher nicht länger als 15 Minuten da. Aber man hat sie weggeworfen und frische zubereitet. Absolutes NOGO!!!

I'd never stayed in the area before, but chose it because of the parking, which the CayBeach had plenty of free street parking. The bungalow was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and abided by current Spanish Covid19 regulations.

El acceso a Internet no fue eficiente.

Die Bungalows wurden vor kurzem renoviert. Wir wurden sehr angenehm überrascht, als uns ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Bungalow mit einem privaten Pool angeboten wurde. Der Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer angenehm groß.

Very nice, friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. A pity that we couldn't make a reservation for an appartment with two bedrooms, so two of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room. And in the living room there is no airconditioning, so we had to sleep with the front door open, which made us feel a little insecure. In addition, we couldn't open the window in the bathroom, so there was not breeze flowing through the whole appartment. Apart from that we would really like to come back here.

WiFi didn’t work and low water pressure in toilet tap. Kitchen was brilliant with a lot of kit. Cooking was very easy. Mini market is also great.

Virkelig fedt hotel til afslapning og dage ved poolen. Der er en fed poolbar med gode cocktails til om aftenen, arrangementer på scenen ved poolen og god mad i resturanten. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme og bungalowsene kunne jeg heller ikke sætte en finger på. Helt sikkert et sted vi ville tage til igen.

This was our third consecutive visit to Cay Beach Princess. It’s very good value accommodation, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although it is out of town, it is easy and cheap to get taxis.

Nice Room, however the air con charge was a surprise! You also had to pay for extra towels! Oh and the TV, not as though it was needed! Poolside Bar and Restaurant staff and service very good. Reception most helpful.

bra och hjälpsamma personal, Vi hade premier bungalow som var välfigt fint och rent. Älskade allt med hotellet Det ända problemet var att det var lite långt ifrån stranden och shopping center för oss som hade barn annars allt annat var bra

Die Anlage ist okay, für Kinder ideal. Leider etwas abgelegen, Bus fährt zwar täglich zum Strand aber nur 1 Mal. Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich da, aber es fahren wenige Linien. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mycket trevlig personal och en härlig kvinna som hade hand om miniklubben för barn. Mysigt poolområde,happy hour 12-13, mysig terass,trevligt barnlekrum o lekplats, prisvärd frukost, rymlig bungalow för 3 vuxna o 1 barn, minimarket vid hotellet,gratisbuss till stranden, möjlighet till o spela biljard. För prisklassen och det som utlovas är det perfekt. Det som kan förbättras för att få en magisk upplevelse är: Något mjukare sängar/madrass ( i vissa länder uppskattas dock hårda sängar), ostadigt internet( men vem behöver uppkoppling på semestern), värma poolen något mer(decembersolen värmer inte upp vattnet tillräckligt), middagsbuffén(maten behöver kryddas mer, alternativt ha mer kryddor att krydda med), är dock nära med taxi till många topprestauranger. Smidigt med deposition för handdukar, kassaskåp o annat.

Toppenhotell, bra buffé både frukost och kväll. Enda som inte var topp var att barnpoolen inte var uppvärmd.
