Overall, this was not a comfortable 4-star hotel experience for me. The soundproofing was poor — I could frequently hear the loud bang of doors slamming in the hallway, both day and night. On weekends, music from outside was also audible from inside the room. The toilet paper holder was positioned too far back, requiring an awkward backward twist to reach it — not very ergonomic at all. There were four pillows, which was a nice touch, but two of them had a strange structure, almost as if they were pieced together — and none of them were fluffy or comfortable. Breakfast was $25, but the selection was limited. The coffee was disappointing, and the only highlights were the eggs and juice. In conclusion, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to friends.

Friendly welcome from all staff in the hotel. Modern spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed. Great spot for sunset drinks in the rooftop bar and wonderful dinner in their Salted Egg restaurant. This was a return stay after a great experience the first time

Room was clean, the tv has a chromecast. On Friday nights you can hear the music from the roof top until about 1-130am.

Always an amazing stay. Stayed here 3 or 4 times now and cannot fault it. The only small thing was this time one lift was out of order which slowed down moving up and down a little.

We were given a choice of buffet or cooked to order scrambled or poached eggs etc. Not the most extensive choices of buffet items I’ve seen but what was there was very nice.
