I loved that it was just a block away from the Main Street at La Punta, just overall great great great location. Some previous reviews mention a steep heel but honestly it's not that bad at all. The pool was a cute amenity. Would definitely stay here again.

Es un hotel muy cálido, te reciben como en casa y es un lugar muy tranquilo, la habitacion en la que nos quedamos tenía una vista hermosa al mar y una tina de hidromasaje privada en la terraza. Las áreas comunes estan en perfecto estado siempre y se mantiene un ambiente tranquilo de convivencia. Definitivamente un excelente lugar de descanso. No tiene restaurant como tal pero de 8 a 11 am sirven un desayuno y a partir de las 11:00am puedes hacer uso de la cocina para preparar lo que desees.

De lo mejor excelente ambiente, las habitaciones limpias al igual que la alberca solo que tiene mucho cloro jajajaj pero en todo es de lo mejor el servicio y el trato con el personal de maravilla

El hotel está muy bonito, se nota que es nuevo, y la limpieza es muy buena. La habitación amplia y cómoda, sin TV, ideal para lo que queríamos que era desconectarnos. La atención del personal es increíble, sumamente personalizada. ¡Volveríamos sin duda! La única recomendación si van a hospedarse es llevar toallas para la playa, porque en el hotel te prestan pero son chiquititas, pero para una emergencia funcionaron perfecto. Nos encantó. Gracias por todo Naz y Nani :)

El hotel está bonito pero no me vuelvo a hospedar ahí. Estuvimos 6 días y 2 días no nos limpiaron el cuarto a pesar de que pusimos el letrero en la puerta. En la regadera se quedó un trapo sucio durante toda la estancia y el personal de limpieza nunca se lo llevó. Escribimos más de una vez al número que estaba en el cuarto y no nos contestaron.

Punta Kai was a very clean place and conveniently located near the center. The staff was always attentive to what we needed and very friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was that even after the quiet hours began, some guests continued making noise, which made it difficult to fully rest. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Estoy muy feliz de haberme hospedado en PuntaKai, está en excelente ubicación a unos metros de playa Zicatela, puedes llegar sin problema a pie y moverte a los restaurantes cercanos, el lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, súper limpio, su personal es muy atento y siempre con intención de ayudar y brindarte mejores opciones para moverte y reservar actividades extra. Sin duda regresaría, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Honestly, great value. My room was huge, with AC, a great balcony with a hamac, and this outdoor-yet-private bathroom with a bath overviewing the ocean. Pool, rooftop, very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Extremely well located in the good part of Puerto Escondido. All restaurants 2min away. Hotel location is extremely quiet.

I only stayed for one night. The view from my balcony was amazing. Chilling in the hammack while watching the sunset was a magic moment. AC was good and there was also a fan, which was enough for me Note however that the room and bathroom are super small. Im glad I was solo. It would be too small for me if we were 2.

Servicio muy amable y rápido, limpio, detalles lindos, muy buena ubicación, espacios amplios en la habitación, linda vista, con clima, abanico. Volvería a elegirlo sin duda. El desayuno es básico pero bueno para empezar, reduciría el ruido de la ultimo piso pues se escuchan las sillas de la terraza cuando las están acomodando.

When we arrived Diego at the front desk was super friendly and gave us suggestions for places to eat and things to do! Ramon also was very helpful, overall we felt safe and it felt like a big family! big plus was the breakfast , it was really good coffee and fresh fruit. Most definitely stay here again!

El hotel es nuevo, muy bonito. El personal muy amable, te apoyan en todo momento para gestionar rentas de motos, tours, Recomendaciones, etc. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Es un hotel muy privado y cercano a todos los restaurantes “famosos”sin duda, me encantaría volver pronto.

Nos tocaron varías recepcionistas, algunas muy amables y cordiales y otras contestaban por obligación. No hubo tina de hidromasaje y el desayuno es un pan bimbo con un poco de fruta que ya está racionada.

Estoy muy feliz de haberme hospedado en PuntaKai, está en excelente ubicación a unos metros de playa Zicatela, puedes llegar sin problema a pie y moverte a los restaurantes cercanos, el lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, súper limpio, su personal es muy atento y siempre con intención de ayudar y brindarte mejores opciones para moverte y reservar actividades extra. Sin duda regresaría, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Honestly, great value. My room was huge, with AC, a great balcony with a hamac, and this outdoor-yet-private bathroom with a bath overviewing the ocean. Pool, rooftop, very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Extremely well located in the good part of Puerto Escondido. All restaurants 2min away. Hotel location is extremely quiet.

Walking distance for food and nightlife. Hotel looks better in person than in pictures. Safe and easy to grab a taxi. Beds are a tad bit small, but it’s manageable. Staff is really cool and friendly.

I loved that it was just a block away from the Main Street at La Punta, just overall great great great location. Some previous reviews mention a steep heel but honestly it's not that bad at all. The pool was a cute amenity. Would definitely stay here again.

Punta Kai was a very clean place and conveniently located near the center. The staff was always attentive to what we needed and very friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was that even after the quiet hours began, some guests continued making noise, which made it difficult to fully rest. Overall, it was a positive experience.

When we arrived Diego at the front desk was super friendly and gave us suggestions for places to eat and things to do! Ramon also was very helpful, overall we felt safe and it felt like a big family! big plus was the breakfast , it was really good coffee and fresh fruit. Most definitely stay here again!

El hotel es lindo, pero está lleno de escaleras; la alberca está mini (5x5mts) y el agua está fría. El “desayuno” es sólo un plato de fruta y café. La relación costo-beneficio me queda debiendo.

Acabamos de terminar nuestra estadía y fue excelente. El ambiente es cálido y el staff siempre amable, atentos y con una sonrisa, lo que nos hizo sentir súper cómodos. La alberca está perfecta y la habitación muy cómoda. Un punto a destacar: nuestra habitación tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, lo cual fue clave para dormir frescos por las noches. La vista al mar es increíble, y todo está cerca: restaurantes deliciosos y una playa muy limpia. El desayuno también fue excelente, siempre con fruta fresca y una vista hermosa desde la terraza. Además, siempre hubo agua caliente, buenos amenities (jabón, shampoo, acondicionador) y un internet muy rápido. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. Nos tocaron varías recepcionistas, algunas muy amables y cordiales y otras contestaban por obligación. No hubo tina de hidromasaje y el desayuno es un pan bimbo con un poco de fruta que ya está racionada.

Estuve 4 noches y solo un día medio hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y eso porque le comenté que no la había hecho, y el día que “la hicieron” no fueron para llevarse y cambiar las tazas del café. Es un hotel muy cálido, te reciben como en casa y es un lugar muy tranquilo, la habitacion en la que nos quedamos tenía una vista hermosa al mar y una tina de hidromasaje privada en la terraza. Las áreas comunes estan en perfecto estado siempre y se mantiene un ambiente tranquilo de convivencia. Definitivamente un excelente lugar de descanso. No tiene restaurant como tal pero de 8 a 11 am sirven un desayuno y a partir de las 11:00am puedes hacer uso de la cocina para preparar lo que desees.

Servicio muy amable y rápido, limpio, detalles lindos, muy buena ubicación, espacios amplios en la habitación, linda vista, con clima, abanico. Volvería a elegirlo sin duda. El desayuno es básico pero bueno para empezar, reduciría el ruido de la ultimo piso pues se escuchan las sillas de la terraza cuando las están acomodando.

I don't even know where to begin—my stay here was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Puerto Escondido. From the moment I booked my room, the staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly attentive and even gave me suggestions on what to include in my itinerary so I could make the most of my trip before I even arrived. From the moment we checked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The property itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Every space, from the pool to the rooftop, was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puerto Escondido. El lugar súper bonito y el trato muy lindo de todo el personal, el concepto del nombre de las habitaciones me encantó y de que está a 10 minutos de la playa caminando, está en un lugar muy tranquilo en el que después de 11pm todo cierra pero nada lejos de los lugares para ir de fiesta, o estar más noche, fui con mi novio y quedamos encantados, volveremos sin duda.

The room was relatively clean but the bathroom still had a dirty tub in addition to an already used bar of soap still sitting in the shower. The water pressure and hot/cold water is kind of finicky as well. If you book this room you are paying for location and the fact that it has a balcony- otherwise I would chose a different site.
