I appreciated having the kitchenette with good size Refrigerator/Freezer. I reserved a King size three months before stay only to be changed to a two Queen bed when I arrived due to overselling. The housekeepers didn't do daily "light housekeeping" as displayed in room causing bath linens to cause musty smell during four day stay. Laundry room dryer was out of service without notice so had to carry wet clothes across parking lot to sister hotel to get clothes dried. Probably wont stay at unit again

Poor housekeeping. The only service that was offered was towel exchange. I asked one day if they could vacumn. The fitness center had an empty dispenser for cleaning wipes. I asked housekeeping about this and she said, we need to order them. The womens restroom in the lobby was dirty. Definitely had notbeen cleaned well in a few days. Laundry room had one working washing machine. Front desk had to go out to get quarters. No umbrellas available to borrow and coffee was out most mornings.. We would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. There was no hot breakfast by 7:30 though breakfast hours were stated 6-9am. We specifically booked a hotel with breakfast so we could eat, so that was disappointing. Pool was closed in the morning because they put the chemicals in during pool open hours. Overall I would stay again here again if in this area only because of the cleanliness of the room.

Very friendly staff. Pool clean and inviting. Spacious room with full size refrigerator, kitchenware, clean up supplies, extra blankets and pillow. No ( or missing) luggage carts so be ware! No conditioner in toiletry supplies so take your own( shampoo and body wash attachment on shower wall).breakfast food and drink ends early so get there asap. Nice Jimmy Dean sandwiches, homemade omelettes, make it yourself waffles, with m&ms, and nuts on the side, yogurt. Coffee available in lobby on check in. Don’t take room 216 as the door only locks if you pull it far and slam it! Overall good.

This place has bed bugs! I noticed really small bugs that were crawling around in the bathroom when i woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I took pictures because I wasnt sure what bed bugs looked like. I still took precautions when I got home just incase and tried not to freak out about it but after looking up pictures of bed bugs I'm positive thats what they are. We were in room 411.

There was hair all over the carpet like it no been vacuumed. The kitchen floor was sticky. There was a black plastic stuff all over one of the sheets on the bed to the point we could not sleep on it. Staff was very nice.

Not clean- ants in our room. Pull out bed was filthy and covered in dog hair. Room stunk. Called ahead to see about roll away crib, I was told they had one. When I arrived I was handed a dirty, old, pack and play. Front desk girl was nice but clearly having a rough day. Mentioned that she had worked a double and was stuck there all night as her relief no call no showed. Expected more from a Hilton property

I loved that the room had plenty of counter space. We came for a swim meet and had a lot of food for our swimmers. It was nice to put it all out. Our families love to play games in the evenings and it was wonderful. Most of the employees were helpful and welcoming (one was very grumpy). The breakfast was opened early so the swimmers could eat before the meet, since we had to be there so early. We appreciated the effort to provide that service. It was delicious.

This hotel is fine for 24-36 hours. We stayed for 10 days, a family of 5 with 2 pets and it was rough. The hotel seemed well kept and the facility overall was nice and in great shape. Breakfast was 3/5 stars and good enough (kids loved it). My biggest issue is that this hotel has no process for long-term stays. We had no cleaning materials in the room, and room service would not come in at all. I wasn't wanting or expecting daily cleaning, but they didn't come at all or have any process for long-term stays. We had to ask 4 days in a row to get someone to come to our room to collect trash and when they came all they did was vacuum and take trash out for that one day. We had to go to the front desk to get more towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We ended up getting a big black trash back to store trash in the bathroom because they would never pick it up. Even when requested the night before, housekeeping would never come. Normally, I dont care, but we were staying because our RV was getting service done and we needed a place for us all to be. To not be supported at all or given a way to be self-sufficient was rough and by the end of the 10 days everyone was begging to leave.

Everything was wonderful about the staff and property except we didn’t have the correct room upon arrival. The staff told us that Expedia did not tell them we needed a two queen room for 6 people. They tried to give us a king room. After much discussion they said they moved another customer out of a two queen room to accommodate us. Not sure what happened as our Expedia reservation said a two queen room on my end?

This is such a beautiful hotel. So accommodating in all categories. I had an extremely untimely hotel change for my daughter’s birthday swim party that lead to this booking, the beautiful soul Sara understood my situation and gladly waived the incidental fee; I could have cried. Besides the mix up with rooms when i first arrived and the mix up during check out it was good. Very nice and clean staff was overall very nice. Breakfast was good, nice rooms, clean, love the outside patios.

Didn't like-Was told that grab and go breakfast sandwiches would be ready at 630 for swimmers who were occupying the hotel, nothing at all was ready. Hotel shower might as well been non existent as the water pressure was so low you couldn't get the shampoo out of your hair. The refrigerator was on its coldest setting and couldn't keep anything cold. Surrounding area felt unsafe. Best they could do for a late check out was 12:30 Like-Room was clean, centrally located around main roads and restaurants. I WON'T stay here again

The kitchen staff were not as helpful as they could have been. This morning there was not enough omelettes out and I had to go in the hallway behind the entry desk to find someone to help. And they acted like I was putting them out of their normal routine. The oatmeal was soupy the entire time we were there and bananas should have been tossed.
