Le personnel sont très gentil et professionnel, par contre les chambres sont TRÈS petites, on pourrait dire plus un motel qu'un hotel.... de plus la piscine était extrêmement froide pour un 25 décembre, là-dessus, nous avons été très déçu. Quand même bonne expérience somme toute.

Mise à part nos plusieurs visites la seule chose négative que j’ai à dire même après avoir parlé au gérant de la place la piscine est froide après avoir discuté avec d’autre visiteurs qui partageaient la même opinion. Le reste est parfait les chambres l’accueil, la nourriture tout est parfait… juste chauffée la piscine serait un 10/10

New construction, clean and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The double queen beds room is a little small, i guess if you want more room with small children you can sacrifice the comfort of a second bed and choose the one with 1 bed and 1 sofa-bed. The pool was clean and big. My only suggestion would be to extend weekend hours for breakfast to Mondays when it's a holiday like Thanksgiving Mondays.

My daughter had fun in gym and the pool everything was excellent but the only thing was “Breakfast as a vegetarians, we were a little disappointed by the lack of variety.

We stayed 3 days while visiting Montreal, which was about a 30 minute drive away. We chose this property because it was 1 1/2 hrs away from Mont Tremblant national park. We liked the property because it was quiet, clean, furnishings contemporary. Staff were welcoming. Morning hot breakfast was good. Excellent value for the price.

Greeting was great no other added services such as empty the garbage after three day stay unless you requested it. The metal floor rails at elevator filthy. Marks on walls in room and paint chipped. Beds very uncomfortable poor mattresses. The hotel is not meant for a short vacation just a one night stop. I will not use Microtel again. Location was good for shopping. Had to request towels service was if you catch the housekeeping or come down and get towels at desk. Housekeeping came on my floor cleaning so hot towels and asked to empty garbage which they did.

The staff I interacted with—both during my late-night arrival ( gentleman) and the following morning ( girl)—were not friendly at all. I’m used to seeing a smile and a welcoming attitude, not curt or grumpy behavior. That part really stood out in a negative way. Breakfast was okay. P.S. When sending out emails, please make sure to include the English version as well. Since we’re in Canada, both English and French are official languages, and it’s important that communications are accessible to everyone—not just in French.

Construction récente, très propre, belle douche, bon déjeuner chaud. POINT NÉGATIF: La base de lit en tôle qui résonne très fort lorsque l’on y touche avec les pieds par mégarde. Vu que son emplacement est de même largeur que le lit, il est très difficile de n’en pas y toucher. Je crois qu’une correction s’impose.

A great budget friendly hotel. Check in was quick and easy and room was clean and compact. Complementary breakfast was pretty good as well. Two issues: there was a definite lack of power outlet access for charging phones. They do provide a charging pad, though I do not plug my devices into anything other than a wall socket for security reasons. The other is the weird box underneath the bed. The underside of the bed was covered by a metal box. While I appreciate that this simplifies cleaning, that it was made of metal meant that everytime you accidentally kicked it (which was often) it made a loud booming noise. Some other material would have been better.

L'endroit est très propre et les chambres bien accueillantes. Par contre, on entend tout. Les gens qui marchent dans leur chambre par exemple. Il y avait une équipe de hockey qui était présente et je ne sais pas combien de fois que j'ai entendu les portes claquer autour de ma chambre. à chaque fois c'est comme si c'était la notre.

Beautiful new building but my husband and I have sleep apnea so we use a machine that needs to be plugged into an electric outlet. We had to disconnect the clock and charging pad in order to use those outlets.

My wife was rudely confronted by the lady serving breakfast. My wife did make a mistake and put chocolate chips into the waffle maker as she didnt read the sign, however you dont need to be so rude addressing it. That event ruined our experience.

I was an amazing weekend and the location is amazing. There was a big mix up with our room and we ended up with a down grade with our room. i rented a 2 queen and ended up with a 1 queen and 1 hideabed that i had to make myself. The staff was wonderful. i hunderstand they would have fixed the issue but it was grandprix weekend. i would go back again. The location itself fixed all the issues. Parking was free another great bonus

The room was ok , went the for a hockey tournament for my grand Daughter , the staff were so not helpful and look annoyed every time you ask them for something, and rude . I was ok with the noise I knew it was full ok kids , ask her for a fork and it was just a NO and she made a face …. I would definitely go to another place

The room and common areas in the hotel were nice, clean, spacious. The staff was friendly, check in/ check out fast and easy. Only one thing very disappointing: brealfast menu. Very basic, so little choices. Coffee was very watery, no croissants or other pastry, no butter, only margarine. I think for this price of stay the hotel can do better.

La piscine est très bien, je ne pensais pas qu'elle était aussi grande. Par contre le déjeuner ma déçue, lorsque nous sommes descendue à 8h il n'y avait plus rien dans le réchaud à patates et à bacon (se que je prétends être). Nous sommes remontés à la chambre et lorsque nous sommes redescendue pour quitter vers 8h30, les deux rechauds n'avait toujours pas été remplit. Par contre, bon choix de pain avec bagel et fromage à la crème, petit yogourt. J'ai bien aimé.
