The elevator was broke but it was easy to still.get our room

Stay was very average. Wi-fi was not working. The room didnt have any bar soap. There was no iron in the room either. It took couple of reminders to get the missing items from front desk. Last but not the least, the elevator was out of order when checking out, so had to carry lagguage down the stairs. Would look for another place to stay next time.

The property was nice, it was a bonus that there was a washer & dryer. It was really annoying that there were no luggage carts. It's a large property and it was a real pain in the @ss not having a cart. This caused us to have to make multiple trips. Not the end of the world, just a big inconvenience.

I stood here because it had good reviews and 2 bedrooms. I like that the property has a kitchen but kitchenware is very limited, i also like the washer and dryer in room. This hotel has a lot of monthly residents that basically live there. Large dogs the entire grass area is filled with large dog poop everywhere. The firepit wasnt working neither did the gas grills. I tried to do a towel swap because they dont do room service was told i could bring my towels down to the lobby but couldnt get new ones for more than 2 hours because they didnt have any clean. My last night as i was walking into my building from walking my small service dog and large pitbull bit both me and my dog and we needed medical attention. The staff did call 911 for me and tried to help me.

We were upgraded and had a 3 bedroom suite. I joked with my husband that we could each have our own bedroom. Area is convenient. Beds are comfortable. We took full advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby. Very nice for a quick stay.

Everything was A1 about the stay only thing I don’t like is that they don’t provide breakfast.

The rooms were surprisingly GREAT! a Full-size fridge with Kitchenette, living room, washer and dryer in the room. Love the espresso machine in the Lobby. Only stayed two nights, but it is perfect for a long stay.

Less amenities than I thought they’d have. No breakfast or even coffee in the room. I did like the coffee bar in the lobby, had a lot of good choices.

You get what you pay for. It’s a basic, but fairly priced hotel. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby and the room were clean. There’s shopping across the street. Easy, free parking. I would stay here again if I’m in the area.

The folks are very nice, just about everyone I met there. Because it's not necessarily a hotel, there wasn't always someone available in the lobby. (It didn't take too long for someone to get there though.) The location is great, not in a congested area. The coffee machine didn't work as well as I would have liked, and my key didn't work for the gym at one point. Generally clean place. Overall, a great stay there. Worked out perfectly for what I needed during the week.

Had to wash the sheets. Floor was dirty.

We checked in at 6:30pm and the room didn’t have sheets or towels. We told the front desk. We went to dinner returning 1.5 hours later, still no sheets or towels. Told the front desk again. They then handed us a stack to put on ourselves. No hand soap or body soap was provided. The shampoo dispenser was empty and no blow drier was available in the room. Will never stay there again!!!

The guy at the front desk, Big Fox, was great. The room was pretty dirty. Toys and food left over from the people before us

Extremely disgusting. Shower or bathroom was no clean. Someone else’s hair in shower and sink. No toilet paper. Had hair in sheets. And white “stuff” on living room furniture. By far disgusting. Will never recommend or stay here. Ended up leaving after an hour and going somewhere else.

Room was not ready. At 6 pm. I had called to confirm week before. Needed handicapped accessible room. Had to wait an hr to get them to clean it. It was not Vacuumed—crumbs on rugs —food on floor around couch. No soap or toiletries. The wine glasses n other dishes were not clean. Had to wash everything before I used it. Room was large enough and halls were wide enough for walker n wheelchair. Walmart across street made buying groceries easy. Pet friendly. No maid service unless you stay longer than a week.

This hotel was not that clean. The bedding had hair on it, one towel was completely dirty and hung up like it was clean. Floors were not clean and the chairs are disgusting. I left brand new frozen groceries in the freezer and realized right away but they had already trashed it. Was promised a refund for one night, but no refund is pending. The lady from Jersey was sweet and so is the girl that works during the day, but they have alot of business but don't stand by their brand even though it's their mistakes. I will never stay again when there are far more better places to stay.

Dirty towel and washcloth left in bathrooms. Crumbs refrigerator and shower not that clean. Furniture was cheap and no extra blankets. Overall cheap and not a great hotel.

For the most part the room was clean but the kitchen stove was another matter. It looks like that the stove hasn’t been cleaned in months and there were food stains and grease on the control board. Also there appears to be a pervasive smell Of cigarette smoke in the lobby and in the hallway for the first floor rooms.

The property is great for someone. Modern with all the needed space and amenities. But I hated it. First the room was not at all thoroughly cleaned. The toilet bowl was gross. I arrived late and only staying for a few hours so I didn’t even bother asking for another room after I had already undressed. Maybe that was a one off and they typically clean better. I hated the showerhead. It had strong pressure but the stream’s only setting was harsh and uncomfortable. Kinda like a pressure washer. I HATED the bed. It was very loud and creaky with any bit of movement. And the frame was so light that it was sliding across the hard wood floor. I would not stay again, but as stated. It’s perfect for someone.

The bed was dirty and had crumbs, hair, and the sheets seem very old.

Book a room with a balcony for 5 days the day I arrive I was told all rooms with balcony was sold out kinda disappointed

The property was definitely interesting. It looked to be a converted apartment complex. We would not stay again. However, the lady who checked us in was very nice and personable! Our biggest complaint was the overwhelming smell of mildew coming from the washer from the bathroom. It was AWFUL and filled the entire unit. The shower head was no more than a drip when showering and you could hear everything from the units surrounding ours. We got a complaint of noise when we were packing up to leave for the airport. I felt bad for the units around us - we were trying our best to be quiet but I’m pretty sure the walls block zero noise. There was also no way to deny cleaning services if you were not in the room. Overall, the stay was not completely awful and did the job but I would definitely not rate the property wonderful by any means and am very grateful our stay was only two days.

You get a lot of bangs for your buck here. An efficiency apartment with your own washer/dryer for the cost of a hotel room. Very new construction, very clean. Great for extended stays.

It was nice but the walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hall and above you. Very nice staff and very roomy hotel for the price.

Check in was very easy. The two bedroom suite was very spacious with two full bathrooms, full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. The balcony was a plus as well. Definitely recommend.

Room 2206 bathtub barely gets hot water. Other than that. We loved the property.

I enjoyed my stay this weekend. The room was everything I expected to be. My only complaint was that next door to us, they had dogs that barked in the middle of the night and most of the next day. I didn't know the hotel allowed pets. But overall I really liked my stay.

First night in the room we find a dishwasher full of dishes from the last person that stayed there. I try to turn the dishwasher on and it doesn’t work. I told the front desk person who said she would put a work order in. When we go to bed that night my wife is moving around quite a bit in the bed and when I ask her what’s wrong she says it feels like there’s sand in the bed, we turn the light on and there are chip crumbs in the bed that we have not been in until we went to sleep. We brush it off and I report it to the front desk the following morning. I was offered a refunded night for the inconvenience and offered to change rooms, I agree and then decides it would be a hassle to move room so I requested the beds get stripped and fresh linens put on. Here we are two weeks later and I’m still waiting for the night to be refunded. I called today and was told the manager was in a call and would call me back. I’m still waiting for the call back. Seems like a refund promised just to get me to seem satisfied with no intention of refunding.

I booked room, received a confirmation number only to arrive after driving 11 hours and was told they were sold out.

Really disappointed in Hotels.com I had spoke to Hilton Inn and they told me it was up to the Hotels.com to issue a credit. Then on another note I booked a night at Water Walk in Raleigh NC & when I arrived they said they were all booked even though I was charged for the night had find other accommodations this was so disappointing at this point will look to find other ways of booking hotels.And what sad I’m getting emails of how was my stay there instead of just sending auto generated email someone should find a way to better help customers I was told I should call hotel to confirm my accommodations that’s the first time ever I was told that.

I was told it was over booked. Got sent to the hotel next door. They had basic hotel rooms. I booked a 2 bed room room there They wasted an hour of my time. I checked in at 3pm . I will never book anywhere called this ever again. Horrible place .

We were supposed to get a one bedroom suite but somehow they were all out so they upgraded us to a three bedroom suite. Once we checked in they knew they had an issue but already had it resolved before we ever arrived. That type of customer service is greatly appreciated!

Reservation made but room unavailable upon arrival. Huge inconvenience and loss of money trying to find emergency lodging.

This property was nice, clean and beautiful. I might stay there again. My only concern was the front desk receptionist was very rude, and had an unfriendly, unwelcoming demeanor. Upon entering the hotel there is no one there but a number that you do have to call. When we called she hung up the phone before the conversation ended. When she did come to the front desk, she did very little speaking. Very short, abrupt sentences. I witnessed her interaction with another guest and the guest stopped speaking immediately upon her acknowledgement because of her tone in responding. It was unfortunate to witness. Her name is Kai. (Not sure because she mumbled into the phone when I called the desk later on that night.)She was the night receptionist on 3/29/2025. I would like to mention Dameon another front desk associate I encountered and discussed my previous interaction with his coworker was the total opposite of the young lady the night before. He was pleasant and professional.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this location!!! Front desk Staff ROCKS!!

Property was fine,upon checking in, was told would be charged temporarily $100 for incident costs,….later two charges were put on my card totally over $500. The next morning, I spoke with Damien who was great! I would give him 10 stars! He explained what had happened, and noted he would get it cleared up and there would be no additional charges.

We booked a suite a month in advance for one night stay for an early flight the next morning at RDU. We are a family of 5 and wanted everyone to have their own bed. The morning of our check in date, I received a message about air conditioning issues in the room we had booked. I called and spoke with Fox; he explained they didn’t have another room of the same size available and they were having trouble getting an HVAC company to come out. Fox offered either a full refund with no penalty charge or another room that was slightly smaller. I informed him we could make the smaller room “work” and asked if we would be refunded the difference since we paid for a larger room. Fox placed me on a brief hold, spoke to his manager, then stated they would fully refunding us completely and offering us the room fully compensated by them! This was an unexpected delight and was not expected! Fox was very nice and personable, which kept stress down having a last minute, “day of” potentially major issue at the beginning of our week long family vacation. The property was clean, the staff were very nice, the rooms are spacious and very neat. We will definitely keep this property in mind when needing another overnight stay for flights from RDU. The property is a few miles from RDU and you can travel non-congested secondary roads to reach the main roadway going into RDU.

This property is excellent for very basic travel requirements. I now realize that this is truly an extended stay hotel, and it excels at that. It would be good for a family visiting relatives. I was visiting a nearby supplier. The room was clean and had a full kitchen and full size washer dryer which I've never seen in a hotel before. Dining options are very limited near by so if you don't have a car, plan on Ubering or Cabbing to your dining location of choice. There is a Walmart near by so you can walk there easily to get some food supplies to cook in your room. the Nearby Indian Restaurant had very good food.

Great location away from the crowds, but easy access to the highway to get everywhere we wanted to visit about 20 minutes away from Duke, UNC, NC state, Durham Bulls, and Raleigh.

Conveniently located to our appointments.

This hotel was pretty nice. I booked a two room suite that came with a full kitchen, two bathrooms attached to each bedroom. A small balcony which was attached to one of the rooms, that room had a stand up shower, while the other room had a shower/tub combination and large vanity, and the washer and dryer was also in this room. The bathroom for this room is shared with the house, as there are two doors. One leading to the living area, and the other inside the bedroom that had a pocket door. The washer and dryer were very large. The living area had a dining set with a small table and 4 chairs, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, as well as electric appliances and microwave vent. They had the basic cooking utensils and pots. 1 of each, along with a set of 4 of everything else. Cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs etc. they had a large flat screen tv in the living area along with a love seat and chair. They also had 2 ottomans which were used as coffee tables. Lots of lamps. All in all, the space was comfortable for 3 people. I would definitely recommend for a family or small group of friends. The parking was also included. Which is great. There were absolutely no seasonings in the apartment. Not even salt and pepper. So you would have to purchase all groceries for your stay. They do offer instacart straight to your door, and there is a large Walmart 2-3 mins from the hotel for groceries and other supplies. They provide a dishwashing tablet, laundry detergent. 4/5

Having a full, stocked kitchen was so great. And there were places to shop nearby so we didn't have to eat out every meal. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.

I had a nice stay. The unit would be crowded for 2 but is ideal for one. Feels new-ish and functional and for the price is a bit of a bargain. The location near RDU means you are 20 minutes from everywhere (except RDU) so take this into account. Lots of trips up and down I-40 which is a crowded and stressful place to drive. The unit could have been more elaborately provisioned but this was a small problem. Love having a washer/dryer in the unit.

I selected this property for a one night stay since we arrived later in the afternoon from our flight and wanted to stay in Raleigh before heading down to Carolina Beach. I especially liked having a full kitchen to cook meal. The 2 bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. We did not have any major cleaning issues as some previous reviewers have mentioned. However, would have been better if the oven was cleaned. Not sure if that was overlooked or doesn't routinely get cleaned between renters.

No smelly carpets!! Love the clean wood floors. We stayed in a cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, and a fully stocked bathroom with a washer and dryer. We absolutely loved how clean it is. Very quiet at night. You will not be disappointed.
