Our room at the Hampton was very comfortable and clean. All the staff we encountered-at the desk, at breakfast, and at our room, were professional and very friendly. The breakfast had many choices and there is a very large eating area. It is close to the airport and not far from the big casinos. We were there for three nights and would definitely return.

The hotel feels brand new. Everything is clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly. The hotel is on the strip but away from all of the chaos. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and felt very welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. Overall a very good experience.

Front desk staff was rude! The bathroom smelled like mold & sewer. Called front desk to inquire about switching rooms, (Carrie) front desk staff was rude, again! She said that wasn't possible since it's a newer hotel. Told her to come check it out herself. Of course, she didn't. Went back to front desk and switched room. Next room reeked of fragrance, like strong cleaning products or air fresheners! Again, called front desk and dealt with rude Carrie! Moved rooms again, she put me right next to the elevators.... Before 6am could hear the sound of saws and pounding. They're adding on to the hotel and doing construction. At 7am heard housekeeping pounding on the room next door to do cleaning. Guess they ignore the "sleeping" door tag I put outside my door..... Very expensive sleepless night... $180 for 3 1/2 hours of sleep! NEVER again!

Nice place to stay, especially if you like to be away from all the action. Rooms were new, spacious, and very clean! Short distance from the strip, and close to shopping and restaurants. Try The Bootlegger, we picked up a late night pizza and it was delicious!

Excellent location with easy on off of 15, one exit to Mandalay Bay parking for sports events Large room with pull out sofa bed. Large TV with adequate channels and ability to sign into NETFLIX or YOU TUBE. The sheets were thin and substandard. Towels adequate. The breakfast was ok. Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs from a can, bacon. choice of 2 cereals with 2% milk only. The facility is brand new, carpets are clean and fresh, walk-in shower. Plenty of close by places to eat or drink. I’ll stay there again.

Absolutely loved the stay here. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable and I felt like I was at home. The highlight of the stay was the shower honestly. I don’t know if they have a water softener in their water or it’s the shampoo that they use but OMG. One of the BEST shower experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 I would come again. Only down side was the breakfast. Food was very mid. Waffles though. Always smack

First time staying at this property and it was okay. I was looking forward to the pressed fresh juices they had in the photos but I guess that may have been some false advertising or wasn’t updated. Breakfast and coffee was 7/10. The bed and pillows was 6/10. The bathroom was 8/10. Overall room was 8/10. I liked that the room was close to the elevator. I would stay here again in the future and maybe have the fresh pressed juices and some toothpaste in stock.

The woman who was working the front desk at night, I believe her name was Krisi, was extremely rude and unhelpful with a nasty attitude. She should not be working in the hospitality business. I have stayed at this hotel before and the manager is very friendly, however I will never stay at this hotel again due to that night attendant.

I waited one hour at the airport for the shuttle bus to arrive. Called twice and they said they'll be there in 5 minutes. Then untop of that the shuttle bus driver david smells bad and begs for tips. That's unprofessional.

Property is very clean and quiet. A bit of a drive to and from the strip. Ubers to strip range from $22 to $45 rides each way only down side about staying here but I know for next time. Free breakfast was ok. Not a lot to choose from could be better.

We had breakfast 3 days and each day the food was constantly running out and people had to wait a while. Then some food would come out and it would run out again quickly and people had to wait again. At one point people were so agitated from waiting that a couple of guys almost got in a fight over the waiting line. If you are going to offer free breakfast you really need to figure out how to have it available on time. A little more variety wouldn’t hurt either.
