Excellent apartment & location. Very good on site facilities. Large supermarket (Jewel Osco) a 3 minute walk away. Lovely balcony. Good sized 15 metre outdoor swimming pool & well equipped gym. Great dining options within a few minutes walk in the busy Fulton Market area. Spoilt for choice there. Apartment could have been cleaner. Main areas absolutely fine but visible dust in corners & behind bedside tables. Only complaint.

Lobby was very small and crowded. Check-in was slow. The parking garage door has to be opened by the desk staff. We came back after a concert at midnight and waited 20 minutes for the garage to be opened . I had to call the concierge desk 2 times to get them to open it.

This property is a great option! Our room was located in an elevated floor which provided great views of the city. Conveniently located in the Fulton Market area with plenty of restaurants and near by transportation. Ten-minute train ride to the loop and river walk. The property also has plenty of amenities. Including outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, a gym and a recreational area at the 31 first floor with amazing views of the city.

I celebrated my birthday during my stay at Level Chicago. It was amazing! My room was great! It looked just like the pictures. The amenities being 24 hours was the perfect touch. I am a night owl and I was able to get out of my room and go into the lounge areas and/or jacuzzi when needed during my stay! Level owes me nothing!! Best hotel stay I’ve had in Chicago.

It took 24hr to have the bathroom drain fixed. The bathrooms weren’t as clean as I would expect. Also 24 hours wasn’t around to allow us access to the parking garage. However, Employee Ms Parker found out about the issues the next day and worked to resolve

When we arrived we were told we need to put $200 a night down for incidentals, if we break anything or have a party. The price of this hotel is expensive enough already I was not happy about the additional hold on my credit card. Then we were awoken at 2am Friday and Saturday nights with people being loud in the halls and rooms near us. The walls are thin, you could smell people smoking marijuana. My sheets were dirty and stained. So even though the staff were very nice, my overall stay was not pleasant and I will not return.

Nice room, however the front door has a 1inch crack at the bottom which makes it incredibly loud at all hours with neighbors and the elevator bank. Excellent amenities.

Located in an attractive part of the city, reasonable price, clean, next to parking, but.... Super inconvenient process to stay here that includes a background check, small sleeping area and difficult to get in and out of the bed, on-site parking is more expensive than most @ $65, entry and elevators are complicated, and it's next to train tracks that kept me from sleeping well.

Absolutely loved it here! Would 100% stay again. This is the best location in Chicago for tourists. Super walkable, so much to do! Close to the train from the airport. The only thing is, the bed I had was like bolted to the wall so if you drop anything down the side, it’s basically gone forever so just be careful of that

My fifteen year old daughter and I were visiting Chicago for her introduction to Big City life. We couldn’t have had a more perfect stay at Level. The staff were so friendly and my daughter commented that they made it feel like we were coming home each afternoon and evening. The amenities are over the top. An ideal place to both work and play. We almost didn’t want to leave but had booked several outings. We felt very safe walking to and from downtown. We enjoyed a night at the Emily hotel Rooftop Cinema just a few blocks away and dinner at the Time Out Marketplace. The bed was incredibly cozy and the full kitchen and washer dryer meant we saved a bunch of money and enjoyed our leftovers from the fabulous meals we did eat out. We will absolutely trust staying here or any sister properties in the future. My daughter actually wants to move in!!

We were pleasantly surprised and now already planned our next trip in a couple weeks to stay at the same hotel. Only concern is we were told pool area was open and hour after rooftop. That is mot correct and bed in single studio is too close to the wall. Had to crawl out as my wife sleep on the otherside. Other than that really like the stay.

I cannot rave enough how great of a stay we had here. It was close to several different train stations & walkable to many restaurants. The room was amazing & clean. And lastly and most important was the concierge on floor 1. We met several staff who were amazing! Two gentlemen & Parker (we stayed April 25th - April 28) . So kind and very helpful throughout our stay ! Have recommend & WILL recommend

When I arrived there was no one there to let me in so I was standing outside at night for a while, then a resident let me in but there was no one at concierge so I waited in the lobby for a while unable to check in calling the hotel phone number and even Expedia called the hotel number but no one answered the phone. Finally Expedia referred me to relocation services to get me another hotel but at that time the concierge came back and checked me in. Once you check in you have a key card to get in and out. But just the day you arrive if you arrive at night sometimes there may not always be somewhere there at concierge at that time which I noticed when I went in and out during the evenings and nights as well. That said gorgeous place to stay for a few days. Note there are no cleaning services unless you stay there for more than 6 days which was fine with me. Really beautiful property.

The room was very nice plus the staff was friendly especially the women who worked the front desk at check in Parker she was so helpful, professional and over all set the tone of the stay with such a good and welcoming vibe. 10 out of 10 for this property i definitely would go back!!!!

We booked 2 1-bedroom suites for our wedding weekend for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready. Upon check in, we were given a 1 bedroom suite and a studio room. Level claimed it was due to how the booking came through from Expedia (hotels.com) despite my email confirmation showing the correct rooms were booked. The rooms were nice but this was a very stressful way to start our wedding weekend and we absolutely needed the extra space the 1 bdr suite provided.

I was excited about this stay as we went for the holiday weekend Strike 1: Complications at check in_ I had to swipe my card twice as it was declined, but an $88 fee came up on my statement anyway. Strike 2: No bedding for the pull-out couch. Asked the staff, and no one gave us anything. Hubby & I shared our sheets and pillows with our daughter. Strike 3: Understood the $200 daily deposit but didn't know that it came with MORE charges on my account the following Monday. So Level has $800 additional that I am certain at this point I won't get back. My account is overdrafted because Fulton keeps charging it for God knows what. The place doesn't have food service, nor are we pigs & party animals But Fulton Market is loaded with food and nightlife. That's it.
